The people at the Miracle Ear location on Cam Bowie are awesome. From the moment we were greeted by Janna as we walked in their door, we were treated as family. Janna and Cyndi clear know the business. Cyndi was great at listening and helping me find the hearing aid that is just right for me. She also took the time in fitting a temporary hearing aid to let me know what it is like. She make you feel at home. I am glad we started there as we begin our search for the best hearing aids for us. Go see and hear for yourself. I am sure youll be glad you did.

I want to tell that I have been through at least three managers and a move to the Camp Bowie site. I have so enjoyed Cynthia and now Janna at the desk. Questions are answered and replacement in a timely manner. I do like my hearing aids.

Such patience! I was so impressed when my 93 year old mother came in with me to check her hearing aide last year. Not only were they so gentle in removing her ear wax but when asking my mother questions during the hearing exam they couldnt have been nicer and more calm and clear.

I have been with Miracle Ear, on Camp Bowie since 2011 and I must say they always give me great service and an occasional laugh. They make each visit worth coming back, I would highly recommend Cynthia aka Cyndi. She is a wonderful Specialist who is giving me the opportunity to be Captain of my own ears!.

I had an appointment today and could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the staff. After the hearing test, I was told that my hearing was such that I did not need a hearing aid...they did not try to sell me something I did not need... I would recommend this facility to get an honest opinion.

I have found Miracle Ear to be professional in all that they do. I had hearing aids from another company and had problems getting help when I needed it. ME has provided me with several different hearing devices and tested my hearing every year to gauge how affective the devices are providing me with hearing. I have been able to get a appointment when I needed it. They have been friendly and not pushy about selling me an upgrade
