Upon arrival the manager was super helpful and friendly. Their quote was reasonable and better than the other guys. This repair shop is like no other!They took it upon themselves to repair dings and paint scratches that was not part of the contracted repair work. To them, having dings and paint scratches next to their work is just not good enough.I did not have to call them to find out what was going on with my car. At every step of the repair process, from disassembling, parts ordering, repair, paint job, and cleanup, I received a text message.The receptionist was very professional and friendly. Quick to help and got my car repaired quickly

I was very pleased with the quality of the customer service and body work at Caliber Collision in Fountain Valley. Jeremy, the friendly and helpful service advisor who handled my repair, made it an easy experience from start to finish. He also arranged for a budget-friendly car-rental agency a few blocks away to quickly pick me up and get me into a rental car for a couple of days. Calibers skilled painter did an outstanding job matching the paint of the replaced panels; a much closer match than the dealership did last year when they repaired a ding for me. The car looked beautiful and was ready to drive away before the promised time!

I received top-notch care from Caliber Collision. They (Gio, specifically) fought the at-fault partys insurance for me to replace everything that had been missed with a subpar body shop I was referred to a few years ago. Gio is a great asset to have at this location due to his knowledge and transparency as well as truly caring about the customer as if he were repairing his own vehicle. Tammy was prompt and never left me in the dark regarding appointment times and follow-up calls (shes also a great conversationalist!).Thanks Caliber Collision - Fountain Valley. I hope I dont have to use bodywork services again, but Illh definitely be coming back if I do.

Wow, the customer service here is beyond exceptional! The receptionist, Tammy, was always friendly, accommodating, and reliable. I appreciate how quickly she helped me each time I called. I never had to wait long for the phone to answer nor did I have to wait a long time to be transferred.Ive been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years and their service advisor, Jiovani, at this location is a star. He is genuine, professional, and on-point with communication. He kept me informed every step of the way with the insurance company. And, I always felt like he was on my team.During the entire process, Jiovani provided a calming and grounded presence. I had to manage the entire situation without my husband, so the extra professional support was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to him for his kindness, patience, and for the high level of communication he executed with the insurance company and with me. Hes a rockstar! If I have to return to a repair shop, no question Ill go back to this location and ask Tammy for Jiovani.

3/15/16: Went in to get an estimate, Michael said he will call me when approved by my insurance.4/20/16: Called to find Michael fired, my file was sitting around. James Dunn took over and said will take good care of me. Said he will order my fender now, when it arrives Jim will call me and I bring car in to get fixed.5/5/16: No calls so I called them (again) to check up on status, Jim said parts arrived and will call me later in the day to schedule for 5/6/16 to bring my car in.5/9/16: No calls again so I called Jim. Jim pretend that this is first time we had conversation and I must have spoke to another Jim. Forward email Jim sent back on 4/20/16, now he said he did not speak to me on 5/5/16 and he never ordered the part and when I replied back exact quote from him on 5/5/16 he said I am bashing him and I should go to another company.Be prepared to do all the work of reminding them of what needs to be done, and even then be prepared for them not doing the work they promised to do. Unfortunately this is like many shops in the area, very unprofessional.
