Ruben and Samantha were an excellent tag team! Repairs were done early, car looked fantastic, was cleaner than when I dropped it off, and received daily text updates through the entire progress. Not surprising they are known to be the best around, they truly are.

This is the second time I have needed body work after a collision. Both times these Champs have not only performed the job beautifully but completed it ahead of schedule. Their attention to detail shows. I have an older truck yet when they were finished it looked showroom ready. Thanks Crash Champs! Took my 2021 Subaru WRX STI in for front end repair on Tuesday. They said that I should get my car back by Friday. Sure enough, on Friday morning I got my car back, looking as good as the day it left Subarus showroom. Fair price. Excellent workmanship. Friendly and courteous staff. I brought my car to get repaired. Rob Green and his team are helpful, friendly and customer service oriented. There were other customers in the lobby when I arrived; I was acknowledged right away. Rob gave me an estimate and explained all of the work that would be performed. He finished my car within three days! Crash Collision did an excellent job - I will definitely refer my friends and family to them.

Check in and estimate process was smooth and efficient. Juan was assigned as my service advisor. he was courteous, professional and answered any/all questions i had. the ladies at the front desk were helpful as well. they gave me a ride home via Lyft.while my car was in the shop, i received status updates via text message every week as well as new/updated estimated completed dates (ECD). the car took over a month, but it wasnt the body shops fault as the dealership didnt have parts in stock. since my car is european, im assuming there were shipping delays. the body shop cant work on the car if they dont have the parts.my final ECD was 9-30-2021 and they finished my car 2 days early. when i got to the shop, Antonio had just finished washing my car and was putting the finishing touches/wax on. and even though they close at 5 PM, Juan came and picked me up from the rental car place as the rental car place wouldnt give me a ride back.car looked great except the hood needed a slight adjustment. Juan told me to bring it by any time and that they could adjust it in an hour or two. i dropped it off today and was greeted by Antonio before i even got out of the car. he drove it in to the repair area and they adjusted my hood in under 30 minutes.i was completely satisfied with the work that was done and service i received. i would definitely recommend to friends

I highly recommend Crash Champions Express in Fountain Valley. I had a driver on the highway side swiped me, and they kept going without even pulling over. It left a not too pretty transfer paint mark on my white Buick Encore on the passenger side. I took my car to Crash Champions Collision Repair, Service Advisor Horacio Franzetti came out and buffed the ugly mark away. Im so happy, not just that the mark is gone, but due to the wonderful service he provided. I would definitely bring my car back to them again!

Awesome experience. They said it would take 5 days to fix my car, and they did it in 3. Plus theres absolutely no trace of any of the damage. Between that and them cleaning my car for me, it looks just like it did when it was new. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I wont have to think twice about where Im going.

My parents neighbors lit off a large firework next to my car and created a golf ball-sized dent (with paint damage) on my rear drivers side door. After some research, I requested a quote through Yelp from Fountain Valley Bodyworks Express. I worked with Horacio for my repair. You dont need an appointment to get an estimate. Horacio was friendly, informative, and thorough with his estimate, explaining the whole process and what would have to be done to fix the repair. He provided a thorough estimate as well, and never tried to pressure me to schedule a time to repair.I ended up going with them for the repair, and the work was done within the time frame specified. You are provided texts with the progress of your repair. They can set up a car rental for you, but I ended up just asking to be shuttled back home, and they organized an Uber free of charge for me. When I went to pick up my car, I was pleased with the results. You cant tell my car had any damage to it at all! The paint match was perfect, and they even washed the outside of the car and cleaned the inside for free, which was nice of them. The estimate was accurate to the final cost as well. They made the whole process easy and pain-free. Thank you!

Great place although the employees dont listen well. I asked to have extra body work done to a car they were working on called and reminded the guy went in there and reminded him and waited for a quote after having to talk to him twice and once in person after I said do it. I picked up car and didnt do any of the extra work I had asked and reminded him to do. Other then that did a good job car wasnt done on day they promised both times I went there.

These guys are tops - their pricing is competitive, their service is unparalleled. If like me, you’ve dealt with other body shops, you know an estimate is just that, an estimate. Fountain valley has repaired four of my cars over the past six years. Each time the estimate was the final price. On three occasions they also buffed out some scratches not included in the work order. Why? Because they assumed correctly I’d be pleased. Every time I brought my cars in for their appointment., they were promptly returned at the promised time, I’m sure you’ve heard horror stories about other shops holding cars for days, weeks and more. Just a suggestion. To leave the car with you it would be nice for a lift home, and/or a pickup from home for people like myself who live 2 miles from the shop. I went in for an estimate to fix my car’s front end. Jeff was my service provider and did the estimate and ordered parts. I got a call few days later that the parts were in and so I made the appointment to take my car in for repairs. I was told the car would take about 3 days tops. I left it Monday morning, July 27th, and got a call Tuesday morning saying it would be ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon. I received a call about 4:00pm Tuesday, July 28th, telling me my car was ready for pick up. The staff were all very polite, helpful, and my car looks brand new again. Horatio did an excellent job fixing my car! There was extensive damage and was unsure if it was getting totaled or not was a headache. But he was able to fix it and Megan and Irene at the front desk were very nice and efficient!

Update to my posting below.I got my car back after another 10 days or so but the company paid for a rental car this time so that was helpful. I found out that the reason for the delay was because they had to wait for the insurance company to approve and they also had to wait for the parts which had to be ordered. So Im changing my rating for that reason and also because they did a good job with the repair. The front of the car got smashed pretty bad, and now it looks as new, and everything is working just fine so far. They also have a lifetime warranty for the repair which is great! I would have gave them a 4 or even 5 if i didnt have to wait so long.--------------------------------------------------------------Too Slow!!Well I have not gotten my car back yet so I cant say if they are doing a good job or not in repairing, but my car has been in the shop for over a month! Im very disappointed, my friend referred me to this place, so I was being patient at first, but a month is way too slow. I have to rent a car for a month out of my pocket since my insurance does not cover rental car. The last time I called the agent and left messages, its been a week and I havent got a call back for a status of my car. I would not recommend this place.

This was my first time using Fountain Valley Bodyworks. I was VERY happy from the time I walked through the door. The 2 ladies at the front were very friendly.I could see and hear everyone in the office being friendly as they greeted a customer.Eunice was the one I worked with on giving me the estimate for the work (my bumper) I needed done on my car. She was very friendly and but also very efficient. She told me the car would be ready 4 days later at 5:00. I got a call from her 4 days later and a few hours early! She went over the repair work they did had me look it over. She even sent me home with some touch up paint to use on a chip I showed her on my hood (which had nothing to do with the work they did) or any future chips I may get. I forgot to mention they also washed my car!Overall I am a VERY satisfied customer and would do business with them ANYTIME!

For the record I would like to say that my service writer and personal point of contact Oscar was extraordinarily service oriented quality minded and a wonderful human being served me well had my car completed my new hood installed am I 1993 Land Cruiser inside of two days I cannot say enough about the organization of each staff member the respect the courtesy and the expeditious attention given at all times and their notification system the automated notification system is superior and very very accurate a wonderful wonderful outfit and organization !!
