This company has the worst customer service EVER! I sent back my new phones and tablet after spending 4 days at 3 different stores trying to get them activated!

I came into the store to convert from Sprint to T-Mobile. Sprint made this extremely frustrating after the merger, but the team here at this store walked me through the process and got everything done in a pleasant and professional manner. This included phone ports and then 2 upgrades. Thomas, Alex and Nate did a great job!

I did a Migrate from Sprint to T- Mobil. We were directed to the T Mobil in Fox Lake IL because the first one said they could not do it.I have 4 lines.They had 2 or 3 well qualified politerepresentatives . We had Thomas helping us. I recommend this store with 5 dtard.

Terrible customer service. We talked to a representative online, ordered a phone at their request. Due to the sprint/t mobile merger we have had issues activating previous phones so brought it in store. The only employee refused to activate it, even though it was the t mobile recommendation that brought us in. I would have paid the difference so he could still make commission but he straight up refused. Honestly made the least sense of any interaction i have had with a phone company. Not worth the gas to go there.

Honestly, the team here at this location is phenomenal! They are so friendly and give off such a positive energy. They joke around not only with each other but with the customers as well, but buckle down and get to work. I always hate dealing with trading in my phone for whatever newer model is out there, but the fox lake team made it actually bearable.

General manager didn’t even know how to explain how the warranty works or costs... I find out more information online than walking in the store

Was there last night got 2 new phones and Charlie was amazing he helped us he was super nice. He really looked out for our best interest. Stayed in our budget for monthly payments and it was great. Were super happy will definitely go back.

I purchased a family plan in November. To make a long story short, I added my husband to get the military one plan on the phone (he wasnt with me at the store) the majority of the customer service reps on the phone TOTALLY messed up my account. I went back into the store explained to them my issue and was helped immediately! I wish I could remember the names of the employees at this store that I worked with because the employee that originally helped me, truly enjoys his job.Hes so happy and helpful with everything from.plans, equipment and accessories! I highly recommend to visit them, for help INSTEAD of calling t-mobile. Great store!!!

This T-mobile store has taken good care of me. I recently switched over from Verizon and could not be happier. MATT helped me make the switch which went so smooth. If you stop by you won’t be disappointed.

Ive Benn a T- mobile customer for over 10 yrs and in the Fox Lake store theres a manager called Mike and he is the most rudest person that I have ever met and being customer service yelling at me in front of customers also yelling at my daughter made her cry thats totally unacceptable this guy has got to go I recommend that Dylan be the manager he has helped me out in so many ways very pleasant very polite and he knows what hes doing Mike on the other hand wouldnt lift a finger to help anybody in the store he was just sitting playing on his phone the whole time the store was full we dont need a manager like that and our T-Mobile and Fox Lake

Fox Lake T-Mobile good location easy find.Employees offer suggestion on different phones along with plans on lines. Best part they give time look around not rush you into buying phone. Interested in providing outstanding customer service not paycheck

Sean and John where super helpful and very friendly. They called other stores to find the color of phone we where looking for. I hated leaving there store without giving them a sale. Will definitely be going back for any future purchases.

Called in to see if they had a certain color iPhone x. They were quick, polite and informative. In store, Dylan was helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us find the best option in our case was iPhone Xr.

Came all the way from Rockford to come to this store. The entire staff is amazing, well-informed, and kind. Sean was my rep and he was able to help me get a brand new smartwatch, and he helped me with any questions that I had, and he was very patient. I highly recommend this store. Everyone was great!

Bad customer service. they promised us a promotion of trading a cell for a new one and they screwed everything up and kept on promising to call us back with a resolution for over 2 months until we submitted a customer complaint thru customer service to get it resolved...DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

I went into the Fox Lake, IL store - S Route 12 & Haritgan - on Sun, 1/21/2018 because I needed to get a sim card and switch over to a new device. I was helped by both Kevin and Vhince, who gave some of the best service Ive ever had with T-mobile and, in general! They were both super helpful and knowledgeable about the devices I was switching from & to and were able to recommend exactly what I would need. I was told the POS system was down and they may not be able to do the transaction, which was a disappointment initially. BUT, they worked together were able to work around it! They managed to activate my SIM card and help me change over the data from 1 phone to the new phone, even while all the systems were down. Kevin was especially helpful with getting all of my data transferred over. I was going from a Samsung to a Nexus, so we needed a couple different apps to pull my call log and text messages, as well as my photos and my apps. It took about an hour for the whole process, but it was very pleasant and I would highly recommend them anytime you need help with a new phone or switching your device.
