Since it was changed over to D&M from Advanced, the personal are much better but there are fewer of them and are hard to find someone when they are out back. That needs to change.

Discovered I ordered the wrong part after tearing apart my car, called CARQUEST of Framingham and they told me they could have the part sent over from another store a few towns over and it would be there in 20 minutes. Talk about great service...these guys came in clutch big time, all other stores told me I had to wait a few days!
