First of all, all staff were masked and that was so appreciated. They had a great selection of chairs and even though I always thing Circle is expensive, they were no higher than anywhere else. The designer was non-intrusive and incredibly helpful. No pressure and very easy to order.

We found the barstools and countertop stools we needed for our kitchen at Circle furniture. Although we have visited other Circle showrooms and the website, the Framingham store had a wider selection from which to choose. The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I like how she reviewed all the details of our custom order before finalizing the sale. We also like that pick-up is an option at the Acton warehouse. After our purchase, we enjoyed looking at the showroom for potentially a future purchase.

Being able to actually sit on the sectional I was interested in and to borrow fabric samples was so important in making my purchase. Staff at the Framingham store were wonderful in helping me decide and in placing my order. Sectional and sofa were delivered on schedule and look exactly as I wanted. I have already recommended Circle Furniture to friends and will continue to do so. Great style, great price, great service.
Sales help was excellent. We tried out quite a few recliners, and the 2 finalists were at Circle and one other store. We visited each store several times, and the Circle folks were always very patient and helpful.Delivery services were excellent (both times - see below) - professional, on time, and quick.Support was excellent. We noticed almost immediately that, although pretty comfortable, the seat and back of the recliner seemed a bit light on the cushioning. We notified Circle, and they readily agreed to pick up the chair, replace the padding, and re-deliver it. That all happened more quickly than we were expecting, and they did a great job on the repair.
There really is a difference between ordering something online and working with a designer at a store. My experience at Circle Furniture affirms for me that there really are times when its best to go to a showroom, see floor models and get help in real time. Karen was so helpful and patient as I considered my choices, and her expertise made such a difference. Id highly recommend Circle to anyone looking for quality furnishings and excellent service.
Purchased Stressless recliner. Very knowledgeable staff to help us through all the options and configure perfectly for our home. Was kept up with delivery outlook. Despite the pandemic, actually arrived early.
I visited one other store before going to Circle. As usual the staff were helpful and efficient, and the product is well-made, looks good, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Her knowledge and advices have been very valuable to both me and my wife. We didnt received our furniture yet, but just hope that manufacturing and delivery would be up to the same standards as stuff in Framingham Circle furniture store.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Circle Furniture. The design consultant, Anne Marie, listened to our needs, pointed out the pieces which could work in our space, helped us with fabric selection, and then gave us time and space to make a decision. Anne Marie even referred us to a great local restaurant so we could get some lunch. We felt no pressure - only patience and support.
I went into the store without any appointment and was able to work with Alisha. She had some great ideas and worked with me to choose custom dining chairs which I have been struggling with. Alisha was so pleasant and very easy to work with. The experience was very comfortable without any high pressure sales feeling.

Catherine sat down with me and graphed out an excellent plan and was very helpful making furniture suggestions based on my taste and needs. It was a wonderful experience and she took a lot of time working with me.Several months ago I was helped by Richa when picking some initial pieces for the condo. She was also lovely to work with.

Great exceptional stools!
I can only give 2 stars as I am very disappointed in your service. We ordered a chair and ottoman on Aug 17th and told it would be 4-5 weeks delivery. We finally after several calls and apologies that no one had called us it would be in by Oct 30th. Again I had to call because no one called to say the chair was in. Circle is very good at taking your money but I feel the fall short in keeping any updates with your funiture. All set, there are so many furniture companies out there i will be shopping there going forward. i do however like the chair and ottoman.
When you go to a furniture store, you want to see nice furniture and decor, not a huge warehouse. Circle has that in spades. We wanted to check out Stressless recliners, and the store had 20 or 30 floor samples of different models, sizes, and colors. The sales person was low pressure and helpful and very knowledgeable.

Salespeople were helpful but not pushy, communication before delivery was good, delivery crew was on time and super friendly, they showed me the various features of the media cabinet, piece was delivered assembled and unwrapped with no damage. Only thing I didnt love was the constant stream of requests to leave them this review...
We enjoyed seeing the variety of fabrics and styles. We bought a few one of our sofas and two chairs here. The style is more fashion forward that many of the other stores we visited.

We just bought new Ekornes chairs, two couches, bar stools, and a complete set of bedroom chests, tables, and armoires from Circle Furniture in Framingham and couldnt be happier with the professionalism of the team or the quality of the furniture. Store Manager Catherine Willey was a delight to work with, providing excellent taste and patiently guiding us through the decision-making process. I highly recommend this wonderful store.
My sales associate, Ann Marie Gillis, was knowledgable and patient. She worked with me to ensure that the mattress height would be exactly where I wanted it and that the shade of the wood would be the right stain. She was also mindful of issues of cost containment and did not push other purchases, in fact quite the opposite. It was a pleasant and efficient experience.

We had been looking for a comfortable, ergonomically designed, stylish sofa for years. We went to Circle furniture in Framingham and were introduced to Stressless furniture by Ekornes. Our design consultant Ann Marie was informative, helpful and not pushy at all. This was an expensive purchase but we were not put under any pressure and in fact left the store to measure the room and look at a rug before returning the following day to purchase the sofa. We purchased the floor model as the color was perfect and were given a very attractive price. Ann Marie followed up a couple of days later to offer us the matching ottoman also at a great price. Circle furniture has quality products and offers design and style not offered at the chain furniture stores. You may pay more initially but we think the investment was worth it as we plan to have this sofa for many years to come.
The staff are fantastic but we have not been totally pleased with either of our expensive purchases. We have the Hannah sleeper and its a great sleeper if you put a soft mattress topper over the overly firm mattress. no complaints guests love it. But......even with the new softer seat cushions that we were generously comped, the couch is still very stiff and uncomfortable to sit on. Better seat cushion design, which is totally unrelated to the comfort of the sleeper would solve this problem. Our recliner is another story. After a year of so of use the fabric (looks like burlap) is sagging and the chair is uncomfortable (another hard seat -- and I am a relatively light person) and the means for getting out of the chair, which is just pressing your legs down, is still stiff and hard to operate. Both look great but I would go elsewhere to find comfort!
