First time we walked into the store we was warmly greeted by Gary; He paid attantionn to every detail and was able to find us our dream dining room and sofa; We have purchased few items since; However recently we have build a new house that needed to be re-furnished. Neo was the furniture store of choice for us. Gary has used his fantastic intuition and style. He was able to help us retain some older furiture pices we had and blend it well with new items we added. He creatively brainstorm alternatives, fabric choices, shapes, flow, you name it. We are so grateful to him for helping us through this process. I should add that i am kinda picky, and he was able to thoughtfully respond to all my needs, special requests, etc with ease. We bought the Mid Century design with all electric recliners. We’ve had them just over a year, and the framing is all coming apart. They sag down to where they won’t retract with someone sitting in them. These were VERY expensive, and they are built VERY cheaply! I would NOT recommend this brand to anyone.

I am delighted with my new custom sectional from Belgium sofa maker; they look much more expensive than they were. You get to choose size, shape, fabric, legs, level of firmness, etc. Nothing like this you can find in Jordan’s Furniture or Boston Interiors. The whole process went well from the moment I placed the order. There was a very short delay, only to be expected during the Covid crisis, but I was kept informed of this. They let you choose your delivery date and could not have been more helpful. The sofas arrived when they were supposed to and I was more than happy with the service. Dont worry about buying Custom Orders, make sure you check the measurements of the sofa you plan on buying and that it will fit your room. I highly recommend NEO Furniture and will use them again.

I bought all furniture for my whole 5600 sqft home from NEO Interiors. The selection of styles is endless. I have never met more knowledgeable and educated specialists in furniture retail. They also offer custom designed Italian and Belgium furniture which is unheard of from other stores. It might take some time to receive your order, but this is due to the lead times of the manufacturers this company work with. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience shopping at NEO. Very very bad service. No customer service at all. All the care is to sell their furniture for a lot of money, which is overpriced. We bought leather couches from them and spent more than $13,000. One of the recliner gave us a problem and we contacted them. They gave us the number of the guy who may or may not know how to fix it. We called him, he promised to call us back. Nothing. We called again and left a message, nothing from him. We called the store, left a message, send them email. NOTHING. Will never buy from them again. And I will never let my friends to go and buy form them.The owner posted their response (below) and it is a total lie!!! We never moved the couch while it was plugged. It is just stopped working and we just wanted the stores help and they completely ignored us. The wife of the owner was very annoyed while talking to me on the phone.

Had very positive experience with NEO. Four months ago I was shopping for a sectional sofa. A friend of mine recommended NEO. The sales rep spent over 2 hours with showing their floor models and then helping us to find exactly what we wanted in their catalog. I ended up purchasing ROM sectional sofa, which we enjoy very much. Waiting time was reasonable and all got delivered on time. I live in CA and was hesitant to make such an expensive purchase online, sight unseen and store unknown. Our local Italian furniture store was having issues with the port of Oakland and receiving containers from Italy so I started looking online for a way to order the bed I had seen and set my heart on. I worked with Justin who immediately put my fears to rest. The service was excellent and we absolutely love the leather bed we ordered from him. The quality of the bed is incredible. And it looks fantastic in our newly remodeled bedroom. He guided me on colors and stitching....all over the phone and by email. Our bed arrived white glove, and was quickly and professionally assembled. I highly recommend this store.

We LOVE NEO! Their furniture is super modern, reasonably priced, and their options are awesome. This time I was looking for a good quality organic mattress for my new bed.Guys at NEO will work with you to make sure youre getting what you want. Even when it comes to delivery, they will make all appropriate recommendations.I have rarely gone furniture shopping when I didnt feel like I was getting robbed. But not this time.I would recommend going to NEO store if youre nearby since their prices are a lot cheaper than buying the same product online.I ended up getting my Magniflex Mattress Dolcevita Comfort Dual 10 Queen delivered from Italy in 9 days and damn am I happy with it. It is by far the most comfortable mattress Ive ever slept on.NEO is a gem.

I LOVE NEO! I walked into the Framingham showroom looking for a dining table which could be delivered within a month for my anniversary celebration. I was greeted by the salesperson Michael, who told me that if I ordered a table that would not arrive in time, NEO would give me a loaner table. They really went out of their way to accommodate my situation.I purchased Calligaris Tower table (thanks to the helpful sales people), and it arrived in time.NEO totally worth it. Great design, and great customer service!

I purchased a couch from Neo Furniture. When I bought the couch, I was told by the sales person that the couch is from Italy. Also, the sign in the show room stated the origin of the couch is Italy. On the day which the couch was delivered, I saw the tag in the bottom of the couch states the couch is made in China. I feel like I was given misleading information. In addition, I am very suspicious now whether the couch is really made of 100% genuine leather which I was told by the sales person.Even worse, the couch that I received was damaged during delivery. I am very disappointed as I paid more than $2,000 for the couch. I would not buying any more furniture from Neo Furniture again. One lesson that I learned is never buying anything from a store that does not show the detailed descriptions of the merchandise. You just never know what the sales person tells you is reliable.

This is the place for high end modern and contemporary furniture at realistic prices. I purchased Italian living room, dining room, and bedroom pieces from Neo. The Calligaris line Neo carries is superb and they have good access to just about any furniture I found on the internet, and met or beat the lowest internet price.They arranged for out-of-state delivery with a highly professional and personable shipping company. There was some hidden paint damage to one piece of a bedroom set. Neo ordered a replacement to resolve the issue. Its refreshing to see a furniture store that stands behind their merchandise and provides service after the sale.

We have been buying all of our furniture from NEO Interiors for about 7 years. The quality is top notch and so is the service. They carry very contemporary and modern lines and the furniture easily accommodates to both houses and apartments.Once in the store you should realize that you are not in just a furniture showroom per se, rather in a boutique, where not every piece of furniture is displayed. But use your imagination; they have lots of catalogs, samples, swatches as well as interior designer services.I find their prices to be good or better than most of the other similar furniture stores. Theyre more expensive than IKEA, sure, but you should not compare them with IKEA, Bob’s or Jordan’s. Some lines (Rossetto, Gamma International, Euroform, Presotto) are comparable with product lines from Roche Bobois, Montage and Ligne Roset, but without the “Downtown Boston” price tag.Each delivery weve had from NEO was on time and the delivery guys were friendly and respectful. Sometimes theyre even funny. Sales people are very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I highly recommend NEO Interiors.

Nice people but expensive. They also need to have some more furniture available for the stuff in the cataloges. They need to update their show room because most of what is there are chairs while on their website they offer a variety of furniture. Sweet and upscale place, but the prices are high and he has no furniture. I wish they exhibited after a little more.
