Absolutely terrible. No communication among staff. Most of the staff seemed to have little if any concern about my questions. Asked for the vehicle to be detailed before delivery, and was promised such. The pictures are just a few of the problem areas. Was told the vehicle would be delivered on a flat bed to avoid the added miles on the vehicle and it was driven instead. Only purchased because the deal was decent and with the current market we couldn’t pass on the price. Also had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery because they failed to tell us they didn’t have the title at time of signing. This would be understandable if we had known.

I just bought a car at this location with the help of Hudson and Richard last week. This was my first time buying a car, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. The entire process from the start of the test drive to the signing of the final papers took less than half a day. Hudson was very helpful in showing me the pros and cons of each car that I test drove. Once I picked my favorite vehicle, they helped me get the rates I wanted on a loan and an extended warranty. Richard even helped me setup my car insurance so I am ready to go. I have yet to pick up my car (it needed a detail and some paint work), but Richard has kept me up to date on the entire process and I am very satisfied.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!Heres why. They didnt put my inspection sticker on that I paid for. When I got my own inspection a month later, it FAILED! I had a broken tie rod end that cost 600$! On top of that there terrible detailer who buffed my truck swirled my paint! I NOW HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL TO GET A PAINT CORRECTION! This is BS. These people do not know anything about cars or how to work on them, they cant even buff them correctly.

Terrible experience, communication was awful from the sales man to the sales manager to the service team, i purchased a cargo van they registered it under my personal insurance when it was supposed to be commercial plates! They took a whole month to pay off my trade in which caused me to get a black mark againt my credit, i had to hound then to pay it with numerous phones calls which were ignored. I would never recommend any of my family and friends as i dont want them having such a bad buying experience..
At first, what attracted to the dealership was their competitive prices, then, after meeting Hudson Amaral (salesperson) and Richard (his manager), I new I had found the right place to buy! Within 1 hour of my arrival at the dealer, the deal was closed and all the paperwork completed. The car was delivered extremely clean and serviced, and most importantly, it was delivered on the promised date and they weresuper charismatic and accommodated the delivery within my time availability. Overall... they offered me a 11/10 customer service, so they definitely deserve this review! Big thumbs up for these gentlemen, I definitely recommend going with them!!!
AMAZING customer service! Our agent was Aline D. We were able to test drive any car we wanted whether we were going to buy a car or not. When it came time to purchase the car we loved, Aline helped in any way he could to get the monthly payments we wanted. There was a large variety and we were able to find a not only our personal car, but a work van too!

DON’T EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! 3 year old truck leaking from the roof when it rains. I pay an immense amount to have an extended warranty and I’m responsible to pay for it. I’ve never in my life heard of a car that new leaking. Not only that, my children have mold allergies and they didn’t even replace the roof lining. They said they “attempted” to clean and get the stain out which completely devalues my truck now. These good reviews are fake do not be fooled.

Buyer beware! If youre purchasing a vehicle and you expect that it has the manufacturer warranty, be sure to get it confirmed before purchasing. in my situation the Jeep 2018 we had should have been under manufacturers warranty. However the Jeep was brought in from Canada and retitled in the US completely omitting that it was least for two years in Canada first. once the car leaves Canada and come to the US Canadian Jeeps are avoided for the manufacturers warranty. Oh but the deal is nice enough to give you 90 days :/

Warning. Stay away from this place. I bought a vehicle from here with engine components missing bottom bolt holding radiator missing left bolt holding ac cooling held on with a zip tie. My salesman Hudson would not return my call got in contact with jr the manager said he would call back another manager called stated car was sold as is the would not honor my request nowhere in the agreement was as is.cars come from auctions they make them look pretty and dump them. VERY SHADY PLACE.

My wife and I purchased a used 2017 Range Rover Sport from this dealership. Never again will we purchase a vehicle from here. First I want to give credit where credit is due. Renan was our salesman and he did everything in his power to get the deal for us. Also, Yanni in service was very helpful and accommodating on a recent warranty issue. I thank both of them for being attentive to the customer. Now for the 2 individuals that need to be called out. Christian, one of the sales managers, should not be in a management position. There was a misunderstanding with the title process and a heated phone discussion was had. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation and properly explain things, he hung up on us. Not the type of management material I would want to represent my company. However, the owner isnt any better. We brought our vehicle to the local Land Rover dealer for an inspection and was informed the rear brakes were bad, less than 3mm left on pads and rotors. It was found out that this issue was on the inspection report with Direct Mecca, however, the owner crossed this off and didnt repair the brakes prior to the vehicle being sold. Pretty shady business practice. I would avoid this dealership at all cost!!!!

Even though there were some issues which I was not satisfied with while driving the vehicle, Jeff assured me everything will be fixed. Everything was low-pressure and no drama.Awesome staff! They were all extremely helpful and kind! Never pushed me into buying the car (even though I went there specifically for a car on the lot). The made the process quick to buy and their service department does an amazing job.As promised by Jeff and the manager I went back next week to get the car out with all the issues fixed and including the registration completed with all the formalities. Worst experience! This is my first experience with Direct Auto Mall. Went there for a oil change, it was a no cost service, because my husband bought the car with them. Didnt get a receipt for what was done, not a date reminder for the next oil change. I called two times today, left a message asking for my receipt, didnt receive a call back. So, I decided to stop by, it was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 15 minutes and I left. So disrespectful . I usually go to other places for my car and they treat me really nice. Maybe because it was a free service, but why they offered it? ?
So I went in with hesitations because I usually buy from Dodge dealerships directly but after talking with the sales representative Rafael and him answering all my questions, I felt very secure with the process. He made the process smooth and was able to answer all the questions I had regarding the vehicle. I left there feeling pleased with my purchase and the financial department was able to keep my payment under what I asked for. I called back to check in on the process and again Rafael was able to assure me that the car would be ready on the date we agreed upon. I would recommend looking at purchasing a car from this location as they did a great job and were very helpful.
I am happy I found my vehicle. Overall the place is good. Staff is very friendly and they get their job done. Camilla is really nice and helpful, with what she can help with. A sales rep can only do so much. But I had some issues with my loan afterwards and my vehicle making noises a couple weeks after I purchased it. It’s not easy to get in touch with the people you need to here and they could do better with returning your call in a timely manner.
Aline is the best!! She helped us with all that we needed, she was on top of every question that we had, was quick to answer our questions, always available and she also gave us options according to our budget. I would definitely go to her if I ever need again, and I will be referring her to my friends and family!
Overall they made the car buying experience quick, easy and stress free. It was disappointing that there was 1 or more loose lug nuts on each wheel on the vehicle I purchased (literally not even hand tight) and despite pointing it out to our sales person, the coolant level was still below the minimum line after taking the vehicle home. They also didnt have a manager follow up when the sales person I was working with was unexpectedly out of the office which delayed the date I could pick up the vehicle.Wouldnt recommend service, sales was OK, finance was great.
I don’t even know where to begin. The vehicles are all great, the staff is very outgoing, and we got all of the paperwork done in a good amount of time and they got me into the car I really wanted. Price was a bit high but it was absolutely manageable. I will definitely be recommending people to this place! Special shout out to Luis for the 5 star service and the great test drive experience!

They had a very bad service ( sale manager) specially after you brought the vehicle out of they place.. they dont want to take any responsibility of the vehicle and put the blame on you and question you like did you take the test drive,did you see the vehicle, did you check everything before you took out . And I totally understand but while you test drive very is well.. after a few days later you call back and ask for return policy they try to ignore your call and try to find the way to excuse for your complaint ..

Went in here having previously looked at a vehicle that was ultimately sold while I was asking about it, Right when I was about to go off on the poor guy, the salesman John Brita showed me another vehicle that was even more to my liking than the original. Ended up with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Lux II with 25K miles for 28KI was also able to slightly negotiate the low-ish trade-in offer on my 11 Jeep with him, John is very reasonable and was very knowledgable about the Jeep I ended up purchasing, as well as helpful with explaining how the financing would work sans a down-payment. John is an excellent salesman with a good attitude and easygoing personality, and he really cares about what you want in your vehicle, and not just selling you whichever vehicle he sees fit. Even if exactly what I wanted wasnt sitting right out the window, Johns intent was to find the most similar to the one Id looked at. Keep it up, man!The manager was very friendly and she checked in during our stay in the waiting room a couple of times. The dealership has many many pre-owned, low-mileage Jeeps to choose from as well as a variety of other branded irrelevant vehicles (lol), and although the building itself isnt beautiful, the cars they sell are, and the people working there seem to have walked off of a runway, as well, so it makes up for the lack of ceilings, haha.Lastly, Ill add that after an initial pickup date of 1 week, I asked if it could be sooner, and they ended up giving it to me within the hour. I drove home in my new car, leaving my old one behind that day, that was a sweet feeling.All in all, I would recommend this dealer to a friend thus far, and I hope the service continues if any problems occur.

Very sketchy dealer do not go here, they made me travel for one hour for a 2016 range rover with 50k miles listed at 28,000. When i got there they let me test drive the car, then they sat me down and bumped up the price to 37,000 and made up a story to justify the price. I could have bought the car but i cant do business with a dealer like that.

Ive bought 2 cars from them, both cars were good deals and my wife and I have always been treated with respect from their staff. They do charge a $500 sellers fee for each sale and their prices are usually only competitive after a car sits on the lot for 30+ days. However, if you can find a car thats been sitting and has been dropped for quick sale, you can pick up a nice luxury vehicle for auction price.

I inquired about purchasing a Ram van. Patricia said the van was available and asked if i was ok with purchasing the vehicle remotely. I told them that was fine. She never responded back after multiple times sending a message to only find out a few days after by checking online they sold the vehicle. Horrible service dont waste your time with this place. If they cant respond back when your trying to purchase a vehicle theres a good chance they wont respond back after you purchase the vehicleIf the vehicle was sold the same day than common courtesy would of been to respond after attempts were made for the purchase
Let me start off by saying that I will never again purchase another vehicle from this dealer, nor will I ever reccomend them to anyone else. There is zero communication between the employees of this company. My husband spent hours negotiating a deal on a truck that he test drove and thoroughly liked. This was on a Tuesday. He was guaranteed that he could pick up the vehicle 2 days later, on Thursday. At 9:30pm on Wednesday night he received a call that the vehicle would not be ready because they had not received the funds from the financing lender. My husband called multiple times on Thursday to get insight about whether the vehicle would be ready for pick up on Friday, and no one could give him a straight answer. Every time he called he was told that someone would be reaching out to give him a definitive time of when the vehicle would be ready, yet after hours of waiting we never received a call. Finally, at 7:30pm, after multiple attempts at trying to reach someone, my husband received a text message from the salesman guaranteeing that his truck would be ready on Friday, anytime after 12. The dealership is about a 45 minute drive from our house. My husband arrives around 1pm on Friday and is told that the vehicle is ready, and just needs to be registered. 30 minutes later, the salesman comes out and says unfortunately they can not register the truck because the servers were down, and that they had no idea when they would be working again. Furious, my husband came back home with no truck. He was promised the vehicle would be delivered with a full tank of gas to our home once it was able to get registered. Apparently the registry servers never came back up, because the vehicle was not delivered. Fast forward to Monday, my husband calls when they open. The salesman says that the systems are STILL down, and the managers are all in a meeting, but he will receive an answer by 10:30am. But of course, no one called. So again, my husband had to reach out looking for an answer. Now the manager he spoke to said we would be notified by noon. Again...no call. Once he finally contacted another manager they informed him that the servers were working, but the truck would NOT be ready until later that day. My husband even offered to drive back to Framingham AGAIN to pick up the truck instead of having it delivered, but they said it still would not be ready, regardless. Completely unacceptable. Again, they guaranteed that the vehicle would be delivered that evening with a full tank of gas. After hours of not hearing from anyone, my husband called at 5:30pm looking for an update. He was told that the car was registered and that the salesman would be leaving the dealership at 6:30pm. The truck finally arrived to our house Monday night, after 8:30pm. Almost a full week after purchase. It had only a little more than a quarter tank of gas. He was told that they would be giving us a gas card in place of having a filled tank upon delivery. Three days later, after not hearing from anyone, my husband had to reach out and inquire about the promised gas card. We finally received it, and realized it was for a mere $25. It cost us almost $50 to fill the tank after the truck was delivered. After all the trouble and frustration of dealing with this company, the issue is not worth pursuing any further. The customer service that this dealership exhibits is next to none. The only bright side at the end of this tunnel is that we will never have to deal with this company again. If it werent for the 5 hard inquiries on my credit from this process, I would have cancelled the transaction altogether and gone elsewhere. But the thought of having to start the process all over again was just too exhausting, and not worth more damage to my credit. So we gave our business to a company that could not have cared less about us, just to get things over and done with. A company full of empty promises and null guarantees. It was most definitely NOT a pleasure doing business with them, and it will never happen again. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
My overall experience was great! Angie our sales person answered all our questions. She wasn’t pushy and let us take our time with our decision. This place is hugely busy no matter what day of the week. Make sure you have the time set aside. I love my new car!!
Always a good experience when bringing my car in for service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This time I waited for my car to be done. It was very fast and the waiting area was comfortable with complimentary coffee options.
