I have a 2003 TL. Was sure it was on its last legs. Almost all the warning lights were on. The car was shaking when it was idling. It turned out to be almost nothing, needed a new coil. It took a few days to get the part, guess they dont stock too many parts for what is almost a 20 year old car. Was very happy to be able to drive it home.

We had a great experience buying an Acura MDX in between this chip shortage/pandemic.. Gil Burkman (salesperson) was really accommodating as we took test drive twice (me and the my wife) and also ended up changing the configuration twice.Luckily Acura Framingham had good inventory and cars coming in so was able to put a deposit on incoming MDX advance and pickup 2 weeks later.. seemless experience.There is a Hyundai dealer in same premise so you can test drive multiple cars in same visit (MDX, Palisade and GV80).. choose Acura MDX at the end .. thanks Gil for your help. 3 weeks later...still waiting on receiving the car I am now making payments on....dont hold your breath on receiving the vehicle you paid for from this dealership. They dont want to hear your frustrations or help with the problem. At time of the sale I was told the vehicle would be delivered within the week and now 3 weeks later still no answers. Dont waste your time if you are in a hurry to receive a vehicle. I lost out on trials, incentives and had to have insurance from the beginning without even receiving the vehicle. I asked them if we can move payments and trials back so I did not lose out and they said no. They have no ambition to figure out the problems. Save yourself the time and find a different dealer.

The buying experience at Herb Connolly was truly great. Jimmy (sales) was on top of our request, had the car(s) ready and walked us through all the features very patiently. At no time did he force the purchase, and in fact gave us the space to think through and assisted with pricing where possible.He proactively sent text messages to confirm appointment, take picture of the vehicle and send it to us and made me excited about buying a quality product.Working with finance, he got us a really good APR rate, infact two other Acura dealership stated and I quote, If that is the price and the interest rate, stop shopping and just buyHighly recommend Acura of Framingham, was worth the drive from Boston :)

I just leased an Acura TLX A-spec from Jacob at this dealership and the experience was outstanding. I wasn’t in that dealership for longer than 1 hour total, which I really appreciated since other dealerships can take upwards of 6+ hours on some occasions. The negotiation process was painless, and so was the credit application process. This was my first ever Acura, and most certainly won’t be my last due to how great of an experience this all was. My family has purchased 3 Acura MDXs over the years all from Herb Connolly. We recently noticed that I had paint peeling from the roof. And with some very light internet research, found out that this is a common issue. So common an issue that Acura has extended the warranty for the paint job to cover the repair. I reached out to the dealership months ago and can’t get them to acknowledge the warranty extension and do the repair. Not sure what else I can do besides leave this review. Have loved driving my Acura’s, but if you’re looking for customer service (and quality paint jobs) stay away. I went from lifelong Acura buyer to never purchasing one again due to my experience with Herb Connolly.

Breanna and Ryan were very professional and informative when I called looking to test drive an Acura. Once in the dealership Ryan assisted me with the features on a ILX. I stated to him that I needed some time to think about what I wanted to do and he never pressured me into buying the vehicle.I then returned a few days later and test drove another ILX. I really liked the vehicle and still he wasn’t pressuring me into buying the vehicle.Once I made the decision that I’d like to purchase this car, the sales manager as well as Ryan then were discussing the cost of the vehicle and what offer they could give me.They were very professional and still were not pushy with the sale, after going back-and-forth with the price of the vehicle I decided to purchase it. I was very happy and couldn’t wait to pick up my car.On the day that I picked up my vehicle Ryan met with me and made sure that both keys fabs Had batteries so that I wouldn’t have any issues. I then met with Josh who went over all of the features on my car so that I would be comfortable when I was driving away. Josh even took the time to set up my phone as well as my home address in the navigation system. He also took the time to show me how to add addresses to my navigation. He went over all of the safety features and showed me how to properly use them. This meant a lot to me as some of the features on my vehicle or a little overwhelming.I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking into purchasing an Acura, I definitely give them a five star rating.

I brought my car in for service the other day and Cindy was phenomenal! She took me so fast I barely got out of the car. Once it was in service where it needed an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection sticker she came out three different times. One time was to check to make sure the alignment in the car felt OK since there was a little curb rash on one of the rims. The second time was to recommend a brake fluid change, and the third time was to just informed me that the vehicle was ready to be washed. The entire process only took about 90 minutes from start to finish. Everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend both service at Herb Connolly Acura as well as Cindy. She is a top-notch advisor. Wonderful experience!

Couldn’t be any more happier with the excellent customer service from Cindy and also the service manager Jim brown ! Cindy came out to me at least 3 times to check up on me and was also very honest to recommend that my brake fluid and my rear transmission fluid needed to be changed. Jim brown also gave me his time to try his best to pass a recall I had on my vehicle and also gave a me a huge discount for the parts I had for them to be installed. They all went above and beyond to help me in any way. This is definitely my number one place for my service and would recommend it to anyone!!

I had to threaten to walk out in order to be seen and they act as if they have no experience in dealing with disabled veterans. My wife and I purchased a 2021 Acura RDX from Herb Connolly Acura of Framingham. This is our first car, and no doubt that the 2021 RDX exceeded our expectations. But what exceed our expectations more are the car-buying experiences at Herb Connolly Acura. The simple fact that we went there last Saturday for the first time, and now I am driving the car to work only three days later, testified to how smooth the whole process is. Baily Sousa, their internet sales specialist, is very responsive and has been super helpful in providing detailed information on the car as well as transparent pricing. Mike Taverna, the sales representative, has been very attentive and answered every possible question we had (my wife and I are both scientists, we had A LOT of questions 😊). Together with their financial person Jose Wells, they processed our purchase within two days. I am also pleasantly surprised when the car was delivered to me as the delivery specialist Josh showed me features of the RDX that I did not notice! I have never heard of Herb Connolly Acura, Framingham, MA, but I can honestly tell you they are definitely worth checking out. I researched about six separate Acura dealerships from my home in Albany, NY on line. After doing about a months worth of pricing tracking on a 2020 RDX. I decided to visit the dealership a two and half hour drive from my home. Dealerships, much closer to my home would not commit to a test drive. I negotiated the entire deal through email before my visit. To be honest I was a bit skeptical they would honor the committed deal. I am so glad I made the drive. They honored every aspect of the deal, not to mention giving me more for my trade in then originally offered. Complete honesty from start to finish without any hassle. Jimmy Goon was great to work with, always responsive answered every question quickly and honestly. If you are looking for an Acura definitely make the effort to check out Herb Connolly. If you see it online it is real and worth the time. Not sure who owns or runs the dealership but you are doing a great job! I bought a car during the Pandemic which is a unique time and experience. Everyone from Brian, Ryan and Nana on the sales team was excellent and each one had a hand in the process from an online quote, test drive and final purchase. Justin, the finance guy, was also great. I had a few questions and changes that I requested after I left the dealership with the car and signed the paperwork. Justin was flexible and able to make some changes for me after the fact which Im very thankful for. He was also helpful in some pricing on add-ons during the purchase. I drove down from Vermont to look at two cars. Accepted an offer on one. After discussing financing with the salesperson and the fact that I am a loyal customer with my local credit union, the manager came over. He was an older gentleman, tall and skinny. He informed me that they make money on the auto loans and that they would not sell me the car if I used my own financing. He was rude and caustic. I left without a car, and was very disappointed in the experience. There are dealerships that mention this requirement in the description of the car, they did not, and felt blindsided by this requirement.

We purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V. We asked that the passenger seat that had a small rip in it be looked at before it was made worse. Two scratches that should have been buffed out and a small dimple pushed out. We were told by the salesman he would look into it. When we went four days later to pick the car up, nothing had been done to any of those items. The car had a rejection sticker for its inspection. I had just spoken with the salesman before I had driven the hour and a half from my home. He didnt mention the fact that nothing had been done for the items we had noted on the day we bought it or the inspection sticker. When I questioned him, he said that there was nothing they could do for the rip, scratches or dimple. That was something they dont do there. You would think he should have know that when we asked four days before. He also told me that the inspection sticker just need the car to be driven for 50 miles to reset the system. I would just need to bring it back after we put 50 miles on it to get the inspection re-done. The Sales Manager showed up at this time to first inform me that the items we had requested to be fixed were asked after we bought it! What does that mean? We had given the list to our salesman before signing for the car but I still dont understand why this would matter. The sales manager did offer that we have the inspection done closer to home and they would pay us back after we sent them the receipt. Well, as long as its not an inconvenience for the dealership!I then drove away to find that the car had 1/4 tank of fuel. 5 minutes after I got onto the highway, the tire inflation warning light came on. As I pulled into the service are and applied the brakes, the car shook violently. There was no problem with the tire pressure. I drove directly to my mechanic who showed me how to re-calibrate the inflation monitor system that is suppose to be done after the tires were changed and the front wheels needed a brake job. These are things that should have been taken care of before this vehicle was but on the line for sale!I will give credit to the service writer, Jeremy. After having to drive three hours round trip to get the inspection completed and the brakes fixed, the service department did a great job.This is an Acura Dealer, I expect a higher level of service, we got some of the worse I have seen.

My second experience with Herb and it was just as good if not more seamless than the first! Experienced staff who are very professional. Communication is great and the ease of the entire experience was great - I highly recommend them from the sales staff, manager and finance person.Update - still loving Herb Connolly. Brought my vehicle in as the AC was broken during COVID-19 and they were amazing. Extremely careful with cleanliness, top notch service and very friendly. Great communication!Keep up the good work!

I just purchased my very first Acura. It was a CPO 2018 RDX. I have been searching far and wide for the exact model, colors and features that I wanted in my RDX, not to mention a great price. I finally found it at Herb Connolly. I had a not so great interaction with another Acura dealership in my area, which is why it was so important to find a dealership that made me feel comfortable with my purchase. David A. the online specialist was my first interaction. He called me promptly and set up an appointment for me to look at the RDX. My sales person was Mike T. He was great! Answered all of my questions and just made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure at all. I have to say, this is the first time I have not broken out in a cold sweat sitting in the dreaded hot seat. Justin, the finance manager was amazing. So nice and personable. Also, felt no pressure at all. He got me a fantastic rate and explained everything so clearly. Again, first time I wasnt sitting there signing the papers saying to myself, what did I just do? Bottom line, I did my research ahead of time and one of the most important things was finding a dealership that made me feel comfortable. Herb Connolly Acura exceeded that expectation. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy and Acura.

The service person that greeted me was very personable and informative, and my services were completed more quickly than I expected. My Bluetooth/phone service had been quirky and the service staff members were determined to resolve the problem - 4 guys helped out (it was a weird problem!) but they fixed it. They were all very nice. Ive always had great experiences with the service staff.
