Bought a brand new GV80 and I absolutely love it. The sales person was so helpful and spent a lot of extra time with me. The technology team is super amazing. I highly recommend buying from Herb Connelly. They make you feel like family rather than just someone buying a car from them.

Peter is an excellent, low key professional, and he makes the whole car buying experience painless and rewarding. My wife and I both enjoyed working with Peter to get our vehicle. Hyundai/Genesis vehicles are excellent vehicles, the Connolly Hyundai dealership is a friendly environment filled with knowledgeable people who treat you with respect and Peter Franklin is the guy you should ask for when you walk into Herb Connolly.

I compared the price and service of the two Genesis dealers in my area and Genesis of Framingham (Herb Connally Genesis) was the easy choice: they beat the other dealer both on price (by a lot) and on willingness to go the extra mile. Neither dealer had a car with the exact trim and options my wife desired, but it was only Framingham Genesis that was willing and able to search New England and found what we wanted, get the car back to the dealership within 48 hours and then deliver it directly to our house.Impressive is what they have been.Elliot

I recently leased a G70 from Genesis of Framingham. My sales person, Tre made the process quick, easy, and painless. Tre took the time to show me several cars well answering my many questions. Tre never rushed me or made me feel pressured to buy a vehicle. This is the third dealership that I have leased a vehicle at in the last 3 years and can say without a doubt that this transaction was the smoothest because of Tre. I could not recommend Tre more highly to any future Genesis customers.

As a person who practices intentional positivity and enjoys leaving great reviews I am not at all enthused to say that I am thoroughly disappointed with Genesis in general, particularly their Framingham location. My husband has been discriminated against, met with extreme unprofessionalism, and treated poorly by Genesis. I was privy to several interactions he had with the company and I was outright disgusted not only with the way they spoke to him, but I was outraged by the blatant disrespect they showed for his needs as a loyal customer. I advise not to do business with them

Went in there to test drive the new Genesis GV80. Since no one approached me for help I asked the only person at a desk for help. He was their IT guy. A very nice gentleman who ended up grabbing a salesman by the name of Peter for me. Peter seemed a bit distracted, scrambling for papers and what not. Immediately started asking for my info while attempting to answer my questions about the GV80. Which led him to grab a booklet as he didn’t know the answers. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, he said they were very busy, and the car was just finally released this past week. He takes my info down and walks away, I assumed to grab the keys for a test drive. I was quickly approached by who I can only assume was a manager by the looks of his attire and demeanor. He calls me “buddy” and asks “what is your interest like in the GV80, you looking to buy today or “? I told him not today as I have issues with my current genesis right now that they’re refusing to fix. Story for another time. But the manager literally says we don’t have time to just do test drives if you’re not going to buy today. Like what?? I just walked out but wanted to say well I’m definitely not buying today nor ever from you guys now. Completely disrespectful. It was the way he said it too. Honestly every aspect of Genesis USA seems to suck. The cars are beautiful but everything else is terrible. Especially their treatment of customers. I would not go to this location. They’re rude, inattentive, and apparently won’t help you unless you tell them yes I’m buying. FYI I’ve said I wasn’t buying today on the last 2 car I purchased. Jokes. The only respectful person was the IT guy. Beware of buying Genesis.

Very professional to work with...

Bought a car, but turned out the transmission has problems. Got it fixed. The dealership received the car in early March, and was finally fixed in late July. Got a renter for a week during the 4-5 month period.Other than that, this place is ok.

Got to test two cars with no sales ride-along, they even let me come in three hours earlier. They were fast and didnt keep me there for the hard sales pitch. Oh yeah, they have some nice cars too.

The service was great. I like the way they took care of me even though I couldn’t make a deal. Tray was helpful.

I brought my 17 Genesis G90 (great car!) in for routine scheduled service and tire/wheel replacements.An idiot Valet parking guy drove directly into a granite curb and destroyed the front passanger wheel and tire and the front drivers side tire had a bubble in the sidewall. All of the replacements and repairs were covered by insurance of one sort or another, but it took work to coordinate everything.Dan Senechal, Service Manager at Genesis of Framingham, took care of everything and got everything squared away.I have had my cars serviced by Herb Connolly Acura and Genesis for the past 6-7 years.My experiences have always been excellent. However after this last service was above and beyond.Great job!Thank you, Dan!
