Very good chain franchise coffee shop. Your not going to get artisanal coffee but the baked goods are very good in the morning when they are fresh out of the oven.Family run vibe and neighborhood meeting place.

Honey Dew Donuts are all pretty good. I’m not convinced of their Chocolate Glazed Cake but I would recommend their Blueberry Cake, French Cruller, Boston Cream, Jelly, and Honey Dip Glaze. The sandwiches are not bad but their donuts with coffee is my recommendation.

Good coffee but no more coffee rolls.

Service was rude, impatient, and questions were met with eye rolls. Donuts tasted dry and stale. What a frustrating and disappointing experience. Go to Dunkin instead.

Excellent customer service at this location. They remember my coffee when I arrive always with a good morning and a smile. I even witnessed a customer come into the place distraught because she lost her keys. The employee (Kelly) didn’t miss a beat threw a glove on and in the trash she went and found the customers keys. The customer was so appreciative and it really was above and beyond her job requirements. Thanks for being my morning coffe place!

My favorite place to get coffee mocha madness is amazing and the people that work here are so genuine and polite and makes my day when I come in to get my coffee.

Honey Dew Donuts in Framingham is okay. It certainly serves a purpose and is a decent substitute if I cant make it to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.

Had a an oreo cookie blast along with a few donut holes. Unfortunately both of them had a hair in them. First time trying honey dew, being out of town, I will not be returning to any of there locations.
