Constant problems with communication. Then today they mount the priciest tire after I specified the cheapest and out of nowhere claimed my dad called and asked. Having been going there for years I assumed it was possible but ended up not being the case. They then forgot to mention labor so after an unnecessary headache of a conversation I got a cheaper tire and an hour of wastes time to save nothing. Un believable.

Setup advanced appointment. Met service personnel, added my newer SUV in system. Went in for an oil change / tire rotation. Took vehicle in right away while I waited in waiting room. Has TV and complimentary cofee or bottled water. Completed work within 1 hr window as promised. Vehicle left clean and reset Oil reminder on display.

Went there because I had a tire that was loosing about 5 lbs of pressure ( not due to cold weather ) in about 4-5 days time. They did the dunk in water test and took the tire off the rim, found nothing. They remounted it. Good customer service as he explained what they did. Only 4 stars because I have to go and buy a air cap they did not replace.

A little torn about what to say here. In May 2020, my tire blew so I got all 4 new tires from this place. Everything went well except for my tire light was on. Fast forward to December 2020 and my light is still on. I made an appointment and when I went in for a complimentary tire rotation and alignment check at my appointment, I wasnt on their schedule. They were short staffed and werent expecting me to come in. They said the rotation wasnt necessary which is totally fine. Then they performed the alignment check. Then they gave me a few different quotes for brakes, alignment, etc. i denied all services at this time. I never got an answer as to why my light has been on since May.. and its still on. I picked up my car and it was totally dead. I have no idea if it was negligence on their part or if my battery just so happened to die on the same day. Just a weird series of events and Im just not sure about this place. There was nothing negative ... just off.However, Chris was very helpful at the front. He called me a few times throughout the day letting me know what was going on. He was also the one to come jump start my car. 5 stars for Chris professionalism! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When you have a 10 am appointment and are 5 minutes early to be told that you have some people in front qnd would have to wait is ludicrous. I am a disabled man that can not wait around that long as I have had 4 back surgeries with crps

Not friendly service. If you make an appointment, anyone who walks in a minute before you will be taken over your appointment. Thats not right.

Went to get my brakes and tires replaced. After one week, brakes sound like they are grinding. Went back 3 times and said that they found no issues.On the 4th try, they “replaced”all the brakes. 2 weeks later the same issue. I don’t get it. Never had the issue before. Who can I talk to for a refund?? This is very frustrating!!!!!! Nice guys, but you need to be able to troubleshoot the issue!!

Did not tell me about a problem with battery cable, if they would have warned us we would not have taken on road trip and wasted 4 hrs drive time

Juan always helps me when my tires are low and Chicago tires in Elmwood Park or River Grove will make me wait for 2 to 3 hours to just check my tires. For fast air go to just tires dont go to Chicago tires all youll get is a headache except if youre a man.... Very male-dominated there!! One of the reasons why I dont like going there

Great honest company! Took my truck in for an alignment, and was told my tires were over inflated. I didnt need an alignment after all. Any other place would have gone ahead and did it, and charged me for it. Glad they have honest workers.

They are always upfront with pricing and with what my car needs. My 2007 Toyota Highlander has almost 300,000 miles. I’ve never taken it anywhere else except this place. When it has needed brakes, they tell me. When it needed suspension, and they told me. When it needed a new control arm, they told me. They always tell me I can either fix it myself or they can fix it for me and they have always told me the importance of a proper alignment after any work is done to my vehicle. Never any sales pressure, always educating me and respecting my decisions.Cesar and his crew do a hell of a job. I’ll be back in another 5000 miles.

Great service! Had a single tire that I thought may need repair. They took it in right away and found that it was leaking around the valve stem. The counter guy (sorry I dont remember your name) said they would take care of it. I asked how much and he said no worries. They did it for free. Gotta say Ill be going back there! Pricing is the best and their service is amazing, and from what I heard of discount tires does it for free it’s just a plug not a patch job like these guys! These guys care about their customers, and their safety! And they will always back up their work. Great service will come back!

Stopped in to get a tire patched, simple right? My fault, but I didnt think I had to ask what it would cost, because it is always reasonable no matter where you go.Not here. it was $39.50 to patch a tire ! ! ! Most places can do this for $12-$15, and SOME places like Discount Tire, do it FOR FREE!Ridiculous price, and that explained why there was an hour and half wait and Firestone, and you could walk right in Just Tires.Their showroom is empty and it looks like they will be closing soon, and rightfully so.

My Tire Pressure Sensor alerted me to excessive low pressure in one tire.I arrived 10 minutes before closing.I was greeted in friendly & professional manner.Up front manager told me if needed repair it would be about $40.Gave them the keys, they took suspect tire off, troubleshooting it found no leaking. Over pressured & tested for leaks again. Still no leaks. Remounted the tire, checked pressure in all tires. Kept me informed every step during the work.No charge, thanked me for choosing them.

Their best practice is to overcharge, and they would never offer you a reasonable solution, I ended up paying $$$ for a flat tire, even though I took it off the vehicle myself. Moreover it took them about an hour to finish it. The hole wasnt on the sidewall therefore they could just use the plug to fix it but they decided to take advantage and overcharge.

My mom just went inside this location and the guy in the front refused to help my mom because she didn’t speak English. He also refused to translate anything for her.

They jump started my car a few times because the person working there said my car did start. If they didnt know how to start my car. Someone should have asked. Force starting a car can cause damage the electrical wiring. I kid you not, I started my car fine with no issues for the past 3 years. Somehow now when I drop this off for a tire change this is an issue??? Yeah ok...

Fast and cheap tires change and rotation, they supposed to balance my Wheels to buy they didnt do it and i was charged few bucks any how Liars!!!

Their prices are way overblown I used to do business with them quite a lot I will never go back they charge multiple times higher than the competition for the same product. And they dont come right up front with the pricing they try to add on everything to get your price higher then what they advertised

Seems like theyre not interested in providing services. Every time I go Im given a wait time of 1.5-3 hours for an oil change. Last time I went in I was told 2.5 to 3 hours. I went to jewel and went back 35 minutes later and it was done.

If you want to go somewhere where the guys no nothing about what they do then go here. Went for a tire rotation and oil change ended up leaving 3 hours later after the idiot drained my trans fluid by mistake. Of course they didnt even apologize.
