IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT IT HAS COME TO THIS POINT !! I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 14 YEARS AND HAVE YET TO HAVE RUN INTO A CUSTOMER WITH MORE EXCUSES THEN THIS COMPANY!!! I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR OVER 4 MONTHS ABOUT A BAD CHECK THAT THEY HAVE WROTE FOR 400.00 I HAVE BEEN TOLD CORONA THIS CORONA THAT THEN I WAS TOLD THEREFINICAL MANAGER WHATEVER THAT IS IS NOT IN HE IS IN FLORIDA I ASKED WELL WHO WROTE THE LAST CHECK? DONT YOU HAVE A COMPANY DEBIT CARD I WILL COME AND JUST GET CASH I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE BUT YET HERE WE STILL ARE!!! AT THIS POINT THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM MY COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF 400.00 !! ALL I WANT IS THE MONEY THAT IS OWED TO ME FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS!!! I HAVE EMAILED 3 DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES THEY HAVE GAVE ME NO ANSWER FROM ANY OF THEM!!!! I HAVE SENT A COPY OF NSF CHECK 3 TIMES BUT YET STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID!!!! SO NOW I HOPE THE OWNER SEE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET IN CONTACT WITH HIM BUT WHO KNOW THE GUY DAVE I TALKED TO MIGHT BE THE OWNER AND IS JUST LIEING EITHER WAY I AM GIVE ONE LAST CHANCE FOR THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND PAY THE MONEY THEY OWE !!! ANY COMPANY DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE GET CASH UP FRONT NO CHECKS NO IOU CASH MONEY FOR ANYTHING THAT IS SOLD TO THESE THEIFS!!!!!! JUST IN CASE YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE NOT TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS PROBLEM HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT I LEFT MY CONTACT INFO WITH THE GIRL WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE AT LEAST 10 TIMES SO I AM SURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

GREAT SHOP. This is the only shop Ill take my truck to, they always fix the problem the first time with amazing customer service. Good clean work for a decent price. These guys do a great job of explaining the problem and letting you know exactly what needs to happen and what they will do to fix it. Highly Recomended!!! This is the kind of shop that treats you like family when you walk in the door

Amazing mechanics, Im not sure about these other reviews, but they did the job and they did it good. Theyll be honest with you, and tell you what exactly the car needs rather than trying to get you to buying extra stuff. My car is a very difficult car to work on by yourself it has a tiny engine bay where its almost all taken up by the engine and other parts, and I had to get my water pump and timing belt replaced. They gave me a STELLAR price and had it done in a short time. Mark was very friendly, straightforward, and not rude unlike a bunch of other mechanics, that are usually condescending. I highly recommend this place if you want to have quality work put in to your car you love.

I was referred to MAC by the tire company I use. I had a very good experience. Mark was very professional, honest, and educated me on my transmission worries, price I think was reasonable and provided me with drop off service. Would definitely recommend MAC to my friends and family.

The worst customer experience in my life, I payed for transmission rebuild 1 year ago, the car was never good to drive, it broke down 2 times under warranty and its currently being held there 7 months already!

Mark and Mike are very nice people!!! They fixed my dads transmission with a 3 year warranty. So far everything is driving good :). Mark also changed my oil in my suv. These guys are very easy to communicate with very kind. I do recommend them!!!!

3 years ago I brought my car into the shop to get a transmission done. A year and a half later it broke again. I received a 2 year warranty. In the meantime this shop had changed owners. This past January it broke yet again. I called this shop and they said they would be able to give me a discount instead of a full warranty as they were not the ones to give me the warranty. I was less than enthused about it. When I asked how much it would be I was told it would not be more than $1000 which is still too much after replacing it 2 times prior to that. I did not have the money for it at the time they told me that. I had to borrow from my 401k. When I called them they told me that it was going to be over $1300. I said I had only taken out $1000 and that was too much. They said I needed to fix the radiator. They asked for my credit card. Stupidly I gave it to them. I asked if there was some kind of a payment plan and I was told they had to ask their boss. I mulled it over and went to a dealership. I decided to cut my losses and get a new car. The next day I called them as they had not called me yet. I told them I was not fixing it. They told me to come in and sign off on it and they would release it to the dealer. I got there. I found out they had charged my card $1000! They said that I had to sign the paperwork or they would not release the car as the work had been done. I told them I had not authorized that and they insisted I did. Next I went to get my things out of the car. Nothing worked. It had been unplugged so I could not even open the trunk. I had to leave my things in the car. Right after that I went to the police. I filed an unofficial report and they said that if in the end I did not get my money back I could file an official one. I have not done that yet. I talked to my bank who said they could file a report to attempt to get my money back but that it was definitely a police matter. In the meantime they called me back. They told me if I tried to dispute the charge they would not give the car to the dealer. Playing hardball because they knew they were in the wrong. It took them almost 3 weeks to give the car back to the dealer. They said they were still working on it. Wait I thought they said they charged my card because they had fixed it. I personally think they held on to the car because they were afraid I am going to dispute the charge. Luckily for me I have 60 days to file a fraud charge with my bank. And I will if they still insist on keeping my money. Shady shady people. Stay as far away from them as you can!

Great staff, knowledgeable and understanding. Willing to work with you and make sure things get done the right way the FIRST time. Would reccoment to anyone not wanting to lose an arm and leg at a dealership. Very trustworthy for the fact alone that they service cars for the Big boys like pep boys who dont have the tools, equiptment or knowledge to do so. Thank you MAC Auto Experts
