Place is NOT Cool Heat anymore. Been years since I been there and wont be back. Place has kept the sign out front, but is DBO Auto Repair now. Went for some AC work (Nitrogen leak test and O ring(s) I didnt have). Explained the issue/what I needed them to do and the stories filed about wrong part here and there, then they offered to WELD the lines when they finally saw what I originally told them. Seriously, they offered to weld the lines or weld on different fittings, ensuring a mess for anyone working on it later (ME). All I really wanted was access to an O-ring assortment and a nitrogen leak test..... Instead I gave them $40 and RAN elsewhere. Friendly guys, but my 20+ years as a tech has me questioning if anyone there went to school or has ever been certified(not that that necessarily of the utmost importance, but....). We got a name for shops like this in the industry..... a butcher shop. Be ware, they told me this, a 20+ year heavy tech (with experience in tractor trailers, AAMCO transmission and miscellaneous other smaller shops/fleets), what will they tell/sell you? What will they do to your investment in the long run? Again, friendly guys, but not looking at my cars ever again.

Went today to get my car fixed, really fast service. They did not take a whole day, not only that but they gave me a really great price compared to the other mechanic shops. Super nice and friendly :) I highly recommend, they know what theyre doing.

Had my new radiator installed here after old radiator failed. Great guys, gave me a free ride home after leaving my truck to be fixed. Its been almost a yr and the radiator is working awesome.
