Me and my son have been using this auto repair shop for about 2 years now, my old shop retired so I was happy when I found this shop so close to home. They are very honest and when I had an electrical issue of my car shutting off after I started it, they could have said anything was wrong but called me and said bring all your keys in and charged me $20 to reprogram them all. They have done other work, brakes, alternator and I never have any issues with any work they do. Great company and ladies you can feel good about them too, as I am a female and never had a problem.

These guys are amazing! Ive been dealing with them for 3 years and theyve always been nothing but honest. Theyre not out to gain a buck off you. They do good honest business. Its a family owned business, which I appreciate even more. I can see them for anything and I know without a doubt Ill get the best answer. Thanks guys!

My mom and I have trusted the guys here for over a decade now. We love them. They treat us like family. Fair pricing and a quick fix. They truly prioritize and work hard to fix your vehicle and to have you leave safe and happy.

For 1/2 hour of work they charge me 3 hours I can do by my self just for cold weather I cant do I take my car to this shop it very expinssive I ask them for the price before they start working in my car they told me we dont know yet but after the work done they suprised me with the bill also they sale parts double price.If you go this shop be careful ask for price before drop your vehicle your will be surprised .

My repair was done on time and very well. I cant tell that it was ever in an accident. The car looks brand new! Thanks so much guys!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years and I am always extremely satisfied with the service, they back their work 100% and have always addressed all my concerns in a very professional and honest manner, but the most important quality to me about this shop and there work is that I can always have the peace of mind that I will get billed only for what truly needed fixing or needed to be changed and that is extremely important to me, a lot of shops try to over bill you or plain out rip you off, but not these guys! I have used K & K Automoto for years, both on my old and new car. Their service is excellent!I highly recommend it to anyone. I live in California now, however if I move back to Chicago area, I will drive any distance to be sure I get the right service, and have my car in perfect and reliable order. The K & K Automoto guys will be the place to go for that!

They stole my bicycle. Literally. Not figuratively. I brought it in to have it motorized, but the mechanic did not measure the dimensions before buying the motor. He said bring me another bike or I wont give you back this one its not my fault. On the contrary it is entirely their fault.

Dont even think about going to this place this place is a rip-off they charge you for the work but they dont do nothing to fix your car!!! they just keep it so you think that they are working on it, just walk away be on your way or call the police right away!!! This place doesnt even know how to give proper estimate they will not return any calls!!!!

We are not asking anything for free especially after giving you so much business in the past.Very unprofessional and rude from you.And yes I will not come there again.

Warning!!! The rip-off guys very unprofessional service,they use Soviet Union techniques to rip you off of your money!!! That will keep your car for weeks in the shop without calling or giving customer proper estimate !!! Dont ever go there!!! Double charges for the work they never did !!!!
