The woman literally closed and locked the window while me and my three kids were next in line. It was 4:02pm, says they close at 9. The woman did not say one word to us.

This place was a staple in my childhood. I would always past this place on my way to school. It was such a part of our small community that the school took us on a field trip there during the spring. I remember that day so well because i paid for my ice cream with a bunch of pennies. I was poor back then. There was nothing really special about the place itself, but the memories I had with my friends are why Im so fond about this place. God I miss it. If you are ever in Franklin. I recommend you drop by. Its well worth it.

Always delicious, always friendly. Social distancing measures in place. We go to frosty even though DQ is right down the street from us. The staff at frosty are so nice! My favorite is a turtle flurry made with cheesecake twist!

Cheap kids cones and its a cute little place. We like to ride bikes along the bike path and go up during the summer. All soft serve ice cream, have not tried the food there yet.

If I can put a black star I definitely leave a black star. Their employees are so rude. Before me there were 3 families with children and the employee closed the window in their faces saying that they had closed and we had spent more than 45 minutes waiting in line for her to be rude to do that. They dont have a schedule sign or at least I didnt see it. The worst experience I have had and honestly it was not for me but for the faces of the children when they were told. I went for the first time and I didnt try them and I definitely dont care in the least to even recognize it as a place to go. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

My husband and I LOVE Mr. Frosty! My husband has enjoyed their ice cream since he was a kid, and Ive become a loyal fan since we moved here! I always try to get something different every time I stop by, and so far I have no complaints! The only thing that disappoints me is how little time during the year theyre open, but its understandable. We both will continue to stop by for as long as we can! :)

Greedy with toppings, all the flurry flavors taste practically the same, not to mention overpriced and not blended well.. A place way passed its prime, go to dairy queen or literally any other place for decent ice cream. Anyone who says its the best ice cream theyve had are blinded by nostalgia. I grew up in Franklin, and can say without a doubt this place was better back before it was owned by whoevers running it into the ground now.

Im live in Miamisburg for a lil over a yr and my next door neighbor brought up. Went today and bought some food but mostly ice cream and spent under $30. My family loves this placem

Love this placeI have been going here since I was a kid. And now I get to take my son here from time to time. Its a great small hometown place with great desserts and easy on the wallet.They have a awesome little menu for anyones budget. And they accept credit cards which is also great.I would recommend anyone going and trying it out!

Great customer service. Love all the flavor options with the crushed ice. The food however is subpar. The footlongs and hotdogs with chilli were cold. The only food item that was good was the stadium pretzel with cheese.

The Cone has better chocolate soft serv but Mr. Frosty has the best vanilla! They lose a star because the servers, while very friendly, have no sense of urgency when there is a line. Pick up the pace a bit and you will earn 5 stars for sure.

I love places like this, however not this place. We stopped here after a baseball tournament and were very disappointed. We took our hot dogs, which were low quality to begin with, back to the counter because they were cold. The girl working in back took them without apologizing and closed the window. We were given two replacements that were colder than the first set. We didn’t stay for the ice cream due to the food, flies, and cleanliness.

Mr. Frosty is a local staple, with a hometown feel. Super affordable prices, and an overall nice staff. I once went when they where closing. I was given a free ice cream sandwichel since I couldnt order from the menu.

Everytime I come here the ice cream is great and when I ask one of the employees to make something different they do and its amazing. They are so great. Just dont like how people stand around and not leave after they are done eating and block your way.

The ice cream 🍦 was nasty. Spent $7 on 2 ice creams an after just a few bites ended up putting them in the trash. Seems like the layer in the season it becomes worse they get cuz when I went there the beginning of the season the ice cream was awesome now its nasty.
