My hood was marred by a large rock while driving on the highway. I brought it to a few shops, last of which was this one. The staff was engaging and the customer service was absolutely 5 star. When I picked up my car I was so impressed with the repair it was astounding. Completely clean and the paint blend was as good as it gets. Thanks so much yall Ill definitely be back.

This business made my day. On a whim, I went in for a quote for a broken taillight. I already had the part, but the car dealership was unable to replace. Upon inspection, I was able to get the part installed within less than an hour at the most reasonable rate I could have been offered (for free). Needless today, when I do have another need for car repair, Autobody Dimension is the place for me.

I love this place. Every time I have gone here, the staff is so pleasant. I’ve never had a bad experience. They always call to update me about what’s going on with my car and how long they will have it for. My car is always nicely cleaned when I pick it up and they are just an all around great place. We have used Autobody Dimensions for more than 10 years now. This year, it was our misfortune to need their services twice in quick succession on the same car.We came back because previous work was exceptional. However, service here has gone seriously downhill. Communications were acceptable, but the repair work was substandard. They missed important front end damage and simply failed to do an acceptable job on several of the minor bits of the repair. Getting them to follow up on commitments to complete missed or overlooked work was like pushing a string. The only way we got any resolution was by contacting our insurance carrier and advising them to not pay the shop since the work was incomplete and inadequate.Hopefully we will never need the services of a body shop again, but if we do, we will never return to this shop.

Wow! I had to get my rear bumper cover replaced via insurance claim means and I was shocked at how perfect the paint matched and the speed of service. I dropped it off at 9am (they pre-ordered the part the week prior after the inspection and assessment) and it was done by 4:15pm the same day. They painted and put on the new bumper cover and washed the car inside and out. I couldnt be happier. They worked effortlessly with my insurance company and the process was 100% painless. Wont be going anywhere else for repairs and probably any other service I need that they offer. Dont hesitate to have your car fixed here!
