I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. Friendly & professional service from the front desk to the Gentleman who did the work on my truck. Hands down,Some of the best service.

I originally went to them after I was rear ended earlier in the year and they were incredibly professional, timely and kept me updated on when the work would be finished. I realize that that someone elses insurance was covering this but I have unfortunately been involved in other accidents where my vehicle was clearly put aside until they could get to it at other body shops.Recently some of the safety features/sensors in the car where the work was done began to have issues and as it had been almost 6 months since the work was complete I wasnt sure if they would be willing to still look at the car as a warranty issue. Not only were they immediately responsive, they took a look at the issue the next day, ordered replacement parts, provided a rental and replaced the failing items within 48 hours all with the same level of day one professionalism. While I hope I am not involved with anymore accidents I would highly recommend this company and they will be my first call in the future for any work that needs to be done.

Great service! They gave me constant updates on repairs to my vehicle and to my surprise even cleaned, detailed, and disinfected my vehicle before I picked it up! Very friendly and helpful staff was able to answer all my questions. Vehicle was finished when they said it would be. Only draw back is that the place is in a section of Frederick that is slightly difficult getting to in heavy traffic.

They got me in same day and quickly provided an estimate. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able assist me. The estimator did a great job of explaining the work and how he came up with the estimate. I would recommend them to friends and family for the estimation work. I am not able to speak to the actual body work but based on my experience I would be willing to try.

Just picked my truck up after having My tonneau cover rip off in the wind going up the highway and bang my truck bed up in the process.What an amazing job!!! Looks like new if not better!! The truck is cleaner than it’s been since I purchased it. They even detailed the inside and it wasn’t exactly tidy inside either. That’s Definitely going above and beyond in my book! I would certainly recommend Precision Auto Body to anyone that needs body/paint work in the future.

Got my car repaired here after an accident. They did a great job. The customer service is second to NONE. They make you feel like family. Everyone is so caring and understanding. If you have to spend thousands of dollars on repairs this is the place to do it. You will not regret it.

Amazing people, just picked up my honda civic, talk about having fast reliable service. My car was brought in monday and had parts order and fixed by Friday evening. The paint work is amazing the new door they ordered lines up perfectly not problems what so ever. Even went out their way to match custom work Ive done to the trim work so it wouldnt stand out. If I ever need car work definitely will be returning

The damage was extensive to the right side of the car where I was hit making it impossible to open my driver’s side door. I was sure my car would never look the same again. It was my insurance company who referred me to Precision and I’m so glad they did. The car looks perfect and they even cleaned it inside and out. A very nice bonus. My experience in the past is that most companies just do the work, but Precision went above and beyond and the quality of work is exemplary. The people (Larry & Holly) were friendly and helpful and walked me through the steps of dealing with insurance, rental car, etc. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in need of a good body shop.

My experience with Precision Auto was immensely insufficient. This was my first time utilizing their services, as I typically take my vehicle to the dealer branded shop - respective to my vehicle. The first mishap occurred with the disorganization and miscommunication of the completion of my vehicle. The date was changed numerous times, so I was extremely inconvenienced and forced to rearrange my schedule a variety of times to accommodate this. The service from the front desk secretaries was also inadequate, as they did not extend any warmth or courtesy. The biggest issue occurred when I came to pick-up my vehicle, as the passenger side door frame was not placed back correctly, so I had to inform them of this and have Tim fix it, which is extremely inconveniencing, as this should have been taken care of on their final inspection. There was also a huge mess within my vehicle, as the workers did not place my belongings back into place after they retrieved my wheel lock. Lastly, my right wheel lock was missing, so I had to have it replaced. The series of inconveniences heavily impacted my experience.

I have been going to Precision Auto Body for over 10 years. They have always taken good care of our familys cars and trucks. They have a friendly professional staff and when needed, fought the insurance reps to fix it the right way. I took my pu back a couple of weeks after getting it back from them to tweak something I decided I wanted changed. They said no problem!

Nice management on a personal basis, but they have someone who doesnt know what grit sandpaper to use BEFORE you paint. Had to return since they seem to have poor oversight. I would return to a great shop in West Virginia next time someone hits my parked car. However, they do give you a free ballpoint pen, but it is no good for writing this review So I had to buy a computer. Now Im out another $1,500. Now Im done so like Poncho said to Cisco, Lets went

I had the Worst Experience in This Precision Auto Body, My Car Was Her for Close to 40 Days and They Don’t give you Updates on the Car, i get it some Delays on Parts, but I least be honest with your Customers, I know the money is their priority and my vehicle is Mine, I will not recommended this Shop to Any Of you guys Repairs......
