OMG! In this day and age of rush rush rush and assembly line service what a refreshing experience at Frederick Autobody. The service manager was especially good. He returned all calls quickly, responded to text messages, answered all my questions professionally, thoroughly, and treated me with respect. As a result he got my respect in return. WOW. What a nice experience. The work on my car was done on time and it was done extraordinarily well. The paint match was dead on and the new body parts fit like a glove. Thank you! The pricing was very fair as well. Overall, they hit it out of the park!! I recommend Frederick Autobody with enthusiasm.

Frederick Auto Body was wonderful to work with. Our Honda Pilot was absolutely perfect after hitting a deer. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently. And, they finished it 3 days earlier than estimated initially.

I brought my Audi to Frederick Auto Body to fix my bumper, but after some consideration I also had them repaint the hood. By the end of that same week, the front end of my car looked perfect. The front office was kind and helpful throughout the process and I cant thank the shop enough for fixing my car in less than a week!

Wow! These guys rock! I took my boss sisters car in because she had a small fender bender and had scratches on her front bumper. We were worried that we would have to leave the car there for days which would be a problem because she takes care of her father and small son at home. Instead, they whipped out a magic solution and wiped the damage away with a cloth. We were on our way in 10 minutes! This is the second time this month we have used them. I would recommend them to everyone!

These guys are great. Did a wonderful job fixing up our truck after a fender bender. The only suggestion I would make is for them to be a little better with communication. If they find more damage and have to call the insurance, they should call the customer too and let them know that the truck will not be done when they said it would and why.

This place is great! They painted my Lexus (3 stage paint) in Eminent White Pearl. I thought they may have over-painted and there was a subtle streak but it was due to another job. I went back and they got the streak right out. In addition, their paint has a lifetime warranty on it (if it bubbles etc).Highly recommend this place

They had my car towed to the shop, and took care of all the details with the other drivers insurance company. I learned that you DO NOT want to take your car where the insurance company tells you, take it to an independent shop who works for Customers, not big business. My car came back looking like new, and it was a trouble free experience. Frederick Auto Body is the ONLY place I will ever take my car, customer for life!

I have a Honda CRV. Got rear ended and obviously the insurance people want you to go to the preferred body shop. Guess what the preferred one are not rated high. I called Frederick Auto as they were rated high. Had a talk with Kevin who is a gentleman. Explained why he not the preferred because he will do the things right for the customer and not the Insurance company.And he was right, very professional kept me in loop from day one of what is going on and where we are with insurance company and body work. He treats you with respect and like family. I got my CRV back better than before I had the accident. The team at Frederick Auto Body are awesome! My vehicle was recently the recipient of a hit and run in a parking lot. Kevin and his team did an excellent job repairing the damage to my vehicle. When I got in an accident my insurance company sent me to another body shop in Frederick, but after asking my around I decided to take my car to Frederick Auto Body instead - and boy am I glad I did! Kevin and Will in the office were great to work with, they had my rental car waiting for me and took care of all the details with my insurance company. But the best part was when I came back and saw my car after it was fixed - it looked better than when I bought it! I will NEVER take my car to any other body shop, these guys are THE BEST!

My car got hit while it was parked. The entire side was crushed in. I had it towed over to the shop where Will and Kevin took great care of it. They were great, dealt with my insurance and kept me in the loop the whole time. The car looks just like new and drives great! I would highly recommend them. Great work...body and paint! Did a really nice job on my Infiniti G35X a few years back after an accident. I just had them do the work on my Prius that was involved in a minor accident. It now looks good as new...nice job Kevin!

Extremely disappointed with the condition of my car when I picked it. Especially that they left deer blood on my wheel the entire time it was being fixed causing it to bake onto the wheel in the summer heat. Needless to say, after I picked the car up three weeks later, the blood did not completely come off. I couldnt wash it before drop off because I needed the insurance adjuster to see that I actually hit a deer. Your employees couldnt have rinsed it off? Disgusting. Also, my undercarriage was still dragging on the ground when I pulled away, I had to go back and all they did was cut it off...isnt that supposed to be replaced if it was damaged? I will never let them touch my car again.
