I’ve lived in the Frederick area for 20 years and have been to a number of body shops for insurance claims. This is by far the friendliest and most professional. Ryan was immensely helpful in explaining options and working with our insurance company; everyone in the office is friendly and customer-focused. Body work done here has been excellent. I strongly recommend this shop!

Dropped my truck off to get the bumper repaired. Not only did they do a quick, but really good job replacing the bumper, they washed it and vacuumed out the inside of the truck. I felt bad bringing it there because we just got back from the beach the same day... So it had all kinds of sand inside still and I hadnt had a chance to clean it out. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up and it was all clean.Hopefully no one hits it again, but if they do, I know where I will be taking it to get repaired!

These guys are REALLY awesome. Took my car in for a little fender bender estimate, and they cleaned and buffed out 90% of it for free! Very professional and courteous. 10/10

I was very impressed with the whole team at Maryland Collision Center of Frederick. They did a great job of communicating through the whole process and keeping me updated. My insurance company did the payment process a little different than usual but they were super helpful in walking me through that. I was also very surprised that all their work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. The workmanship was top notch, I’ve had work done at other body shops and can always find some detail that needs to be touched up but not this time. I’ll definitely use them again for any body work or paint work needed. I can’t remember the front desk women but she was absolutely outstanding! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a raise.

Nobody wants to have their car banged up - but if you need repair, MD collision center takes ALL the sting out of it! They did a lightning fast estimate, scheduled the repair for the NEXT DAY and had my car back in pristine condition two days AHEAD of schedule. Everyone was super friendly in this spotless facility. Id give them 6 stars if it was possible. AMAZING!

Nice people and they were very helpful with getting things out of my totaled car when I couldnt open the trunk due to a dead battery.

The staff kept me informed about the entire process. They pre-ordered a part in order to limit the amount of time they had my truck. The paint match is perfect and the work is high quality.

I had a minor collision that caused paint distribution to the back bumper of my car. I went to MD Collision Center of Frederick to get an estimate for insurance. The owner came out to take a look at the car. He worked his magic and the paint and scratch disappeared. Not only was I thrilled I did not have to deal with the hassle of an insurance claim and repair BUT was so impressed with the kindness and top notch customer service I was given. I will always remember this!

I was able to call and get my vehicle serviced on the very same day. The price cant be beat, the customer service is fantastic, and the workmanship is top notch. I highly recommend this business and you wont be disappointed.

I was recommended to MD Collision Center in Frederick as they were a company my insurance worked with.. Dropped the car off with a working radio and center stack, got the car back with a non working center stack and the body work looks good. Unfortunately the job is incomplete but I was sent packing, told to take my car to a dealership and Hopefully my insurance will cover it, while being called a liar in not so many words. 5 Minutes googling the issue and the shop needed to discharge the electrical system after major repairs to make sure this stuff works. this job is unfinished and therefore a poor job was completed. I had to do the leg work and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Google requires a one star review otherwise I would leave zero stars.EDIT - I was put in touch with Ryan, the manager of the frederick location and let me tell you...... he went above and beyond, even when I told him that was not necessary. my car (my baby) is back and everything works and honestly the repair work completed is amazing. because of everything that has transpired in the last 24 hours, I feel comfortable coming back to MD Collision Center. Ryans professionalism is amazing and although I am leaving my original post available (for now) i do believe that this location has been justified in receiving the 4 stars (would have been 5 but my first post explains why) I am now leaving them

During a badly planned road trip my Dad and I found Ourselves hitting a large bump and the plate covering our engine was torn to shreds after scraping along the highway for nearly 30 minutes. We seen the Collision center from the road and headed over there as quick as we could. Everyone there was so kind and helped us, free of charge and not only helped us, but informed us of everything he was doing and did it with caution to the car dispite us not quite being in a collision! After he looked it over one last time the gentleman showed us, and assured us it was safe and we got home without issue! These people are some of the best I have come across and from now on anytime a collision is to happen, I want Maryland Collision Center on my side, no matter the distance!

Does great work!

Unfortunately Ive needed repairs twice in the last 3 months (rear-ended by a pickup and backed into by a semi... About $8000 in damages between the two incidents). The repairs from both were completed quickly with perfect results. The paint is perfectly matched in color and quality. The new parts are indistinguishable from the original. The car is six months old, has been involved in two collisions, and could easily be parked on the new car lot and nobody would know it wasnt new.I hope my luck improves and I never have to see this crew again, but if I need collision repairs done I know exactly where Ill go.

After I got rear-ended, MCC preordered the parts needed for repair, so the time between drop off and pick up was surprisingly minimal. Easy check in process, friendly folks, overall a great experience.

Daughters car needed extensive body work and this was the closest shop to my home. Was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism displayed. Work was done on time as promised and they took the time to explain the process whenever I had questions. Overall an extremely well run shop.

Could not have asked for a better experience regarding the repair work done following our car accident. I would highly recommend Maryland Collision Center in Frederick!! I dont normally leave reviews but this place deserves a few minutes of my time. My car got hit by another car on two separate occasions. They did such a great job the first time that I didnt contemplate going anywhere else the second time. I had insurance claims for both accidents and Maryland Collision Center made that process SO SEAMLESS. They work directly with insurance companies about the estimates and make an effort to sort out any additional repair costs. Its also helpful that they are located right near a car rental facility. I highly recommend MD Collision Center for the following reasons. I needed my teenagers car repaired because another teenager hit him in the student parking lot. I took it to MD Collision Center to have it repaired. I could not of been happier with the customer service I received and the work that was done. They kept me informed of the repairs that were taking place and let me know how long it would take to complete the repair. Whenever I had a question they were fantastic at getting back to me in a timely matter. The Frederick location was simply awesome to work with and if you ever need a body shop I would highly recommend MD Collision Center. They will NOT disappoint you.

I went in to get an estimate for some damage to my bumper from a hot and run. I dropped in and Eric came out to inspect the damage. He took a look then went in his shop to get some tools. He wiggles things around and popped the bumper into place. He told me to cancel the claim and the fix was on him. Now, that’s a honest place that wants to help and not just get paid. I had dealt with the Maryland Collision after someone scratched my Truck in a Parking lot and would definitely use them again. Work was actually done sooner than i had anticipated, which made me very happy. I was able to return my Rental there too!

I was in a minor fender bender and I was recommended by a friend to come here. Boy am I glad I did, Judge was the name of one of the guys who worked on my car and Eric was my service writer. Judge did a great job on my bumper and isn’t bad to look at either! I’m so glad I came!

Wow this is overdue. Had a Bus hit the side of my 2003 Tundra, and I ran out and stopped the driver. She said she was new and was sorry. The company said they would pay and to get 3 quotes. I got 8 and picked the best 3 and Maryland Collision Center won. They took care of me and my Truck never looked better.

After an unfortunate accident my 2 month old car had with a telephone pole and a deer, MAryland Collision Center took care of everything beyond my expectations! They went above and beyond to sort out any discrepancies with the insurance company (saved me the headache), they were done two weeks earlier than planned, and my car looked brand new again. Some repair shops don’t know how to handle new cars and all their technology features, but that wasn’t even an issue here. I highly recommend going here and trust them with any future work on my vehicles!

I stopped by Maryland Collision Center to get an estimate to straighten the hood of our car, which had had a shoddy repair from an out-of-state Maaco. One of the headlights shined upward while the other shined low. Eric gave me a lot of insight into the condition under the hood, and honestly explained that to get it fixed correctly, the cost would not be worth it, for such an old car. However, Eric pulled the car into the garage (where he could shine the headlights on the wall), and was able to use a tool to maneuver the lights into a more even position. He didn’t even charge me! I really appreciated his excellent customer service.

I hit a deer and backed up on a skid of wood and my car looks brand new. 1 small issue that Im sure they will take care of tomorrow but nothing major. I picked MCC to get my sons car repaired from a minor rear end collision. Liberty Mutual was paying the claim. I decided to use MCC because it was close to home and enterprise rental was close by. To make a long story short they had my car for a month and a half. I was told by Tim 4 different times that the car would be finished. Each time it was longer to the tune of at least a week. He did have to do some additional repairs that were not covered under the claim and charged me almost a grand to repair the quarter panel which should not have been a 15 hour labor charge; he had to have it apart anyway to replace the bumper. I ended up paying 1 week extra for the rental because Liberty mutual said they have been more than nice to have given me the rental no charge for that long. Anyway, after I asked Tim (MCC) to cut me a break because of the time they had my car and that the extra damage shouldnt have taken 15 hours, his reply was: Sorry, I cant help you. Nice people but I dont think they care about your time. Enterprise even said what body shop in Frederick we should have used. Needless to say I wont be coming to them for service again. Jeff Stone
