If I could I would give 0 star. 2 weeks ago on Wednesday i took an appointment and went there to see how I could trade my Audi Q5 2015 that I gave to my brother 4 years ago, but bought there and paid cash, new premium plus special order (it took 3 months) in 2014 (no loan, no credit). I met Owen, the guy with tattoos that I really really not recommend unless you’re white. During the appointment, the guy left to take care of 2 caucasian ladies who came after me. He never apologized for the many times he left me on his desk, greeting the other ladies, had them seat and helping them on choosing their car. Even when I left he didn’t care.I went to Audi Rockville, Charles Ellis and the whole staff are really down and, very available and great salesmen, finance manager and so on…There is diversity there compared to Audi Frederick. You feel welcomed, no stereotypes. Eheh also no more car service at Frederick.To be short, I traded my car, added money for the new one. My brother is happy.

I always get great service at this location. I dont drive my car very much, so maintenance is not frequent, but I always feel confident Ill get work performed correctly and theyre not constantly trying to sell me things I dont need or want. They also provide loaner cars which is very helpful.

I just bought a used SUV yesterday after looking for over a week. Anthony G. helped me thru the process and made it so easy. I would not recommend this Audi Dealership. Either for new or old car. Because they will treat you well before sale. And trust me after sale none would ever listen to you or give you call back or bother to hear anything from you. I bought a pre-owned car and having some issues. I tried calling the sales man and his manager several times but none responded.This is so frustrating because its only a few days but they dont bother to call back.

I have two used cars from this dealership and both are as inexpensive as a used car gets especially from a luxury car dealer like Oursiman Audi. However when scheduling and receiving service, I am treated like an absolute VIP. Frances Rhea, a gem of an employee and person arranged home pick up and drop of my 2013 A3 for a simple oil change. The customer service she gave made for an awesome experience. I usually buy cars on the inexpensive side, however if I ever wanted to spend a little more I would go no where else but Ourisman Audi because of the people like Frances and Josh (my salesman).

I typically deal with my Virginia-based Audi dealership for sales and service, but after finding a great deal at this out-of-state dealership, I worked with Chris for what was a great experience. This being my first remote car transaction, I wasnt 100% sure of what to expect. Chris provided me assurances and that if something was not to my 100% satisfaction upon physically seeing the vehicle, I had the ability to turn off the deal. Ive been to this dealer on multiple occasions and Ive never been disappointed. The staff arent your stereotypical smarmy car dealers trying to make a buck, theyll take care of you. Ive dealt mostly with Dan Gugger as my rep and he has more knowledge of cars than anyone in the sales or maintenance business then anyone Ive met. He will tell you whatever spec or metric of any component on any car hes selling, clearly a car nut which is a good thing in this business. He cares about the product and cares about the customer and makes sure the customer knows as much about the product as they can. Top notch experience, which in car sales is extremely rare.

Our experience with Audi of Frederick was seamless. The rep met us outside it was a pleasant experience from that moment was smooth, Anthony did a great job giving us a tour of the vehicle and it was interesting when he told us that was the Hard part. True to his word, our experience once inside was unlike something we had at any other dealership. Sorting out the financing took less than half an hour and we were in and out in less than two hours; which is record time in our experience. Anthony and Jordan did a great job with helping us get the car and I will recommend them any day.

Scheduled a visit to look and test drive a vehicle I was interested in and the vehicle was not clean. Despite the uncleanliness of the vehicle, I was still interested in the vehicle and the salesman gave me a paper with the price we agreed upon. I did not purchase the vehicle that day because I was waiting for my bank to send me a check. I told the salesman I would have the check in the mail in the next day or two. The salesman knew I was approved through the bank, but per their policy, they do not take down payments on used vehicles. Needless to say I contacted them as soon as I received the check in the mail and their response was I am sorry, that vehicle sold today. Beyond furious, especially when the salesman told me if he drafted up paperwork, the vehicle would not sell.

Brought my Audi rs3 2019 in for oil top of since they are known to burn oil and the light came on. The car is under warranty and has Audi care but for some reason I was charged. As a former senior brand sense manager for Volkswagen auto group I dont think this is right. I have never been charged before at bell Audi in NJ and or Audi Rockville. They never pulled up the VIN on my car to check if it had Audi care of if it was under warranty instead I was sent to parts to buy oil and sent on my way. I have never heard of this and will be reporting this to my former manager and Volkswagen Audi auto group of America. I highly dont recommend this dealership. Audi Rockville has better service if you can afford the timely drive.

I bought an A5 Coupe from Joe Holloway at this dealership. It was the absolute easiest buying experience I’ve had purchasing a car. From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left was no more than 3 hours. Joe was not only knowledgeable, but a true enthusiast of the brand. I would definitely recommend anyone to Audi in Frederick if looking for a new or used car.

Appsolutly the worst dealer n service dept to go to. They charge EVERYONE $35.30 even if they dont work on ur car. Charged $140 just to help unload a vehicle. Then go to pay the $177, gave them $190, asked about change n they dont have or give change. There is a extra $13. If times are that tuff that u have to completely rip off in every way. Run and run away FAST.

I just worked with Anthony to buy a used Audi A4. He was great to work with, friendly, professional, and we never felt like he was being pushy or trying to rush us through our test driving or decision making process. I feel like the interaction you have with the salesperson is probably the number one thing that determines how you feel about your new car. You might like the car, but if you feel like you got totally scammed you’ll be upset in the back of your mind every time you drive it. The finance guy was able to match the offer from my credit union, so that was great too. So overall a good experience and I would recommend this dealership and working with Anthony.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, professional, courteous, and thorough. He explained the entire process to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand, including pros and cons of different financing strategies, and details about some of the protection plans I was interested in. I was in a bit of a rush, and he made sure to keep the process smooth and efficient so that I would be on time. I also worked with Jordan, the company Finance Director, who was also fantastic. When choosing vehicle care packages with him, I was impressed that he recommended only things he knew would be relevant to my lifestyle, didnt try to push unnecessary extras on me, and in fact advised against things he knew were unnecessary. After I purchased my new vehicle, I received a call the next day from Dylan, just to be sure I was happy with it and to answer any questions. I purchased an Audi S5 last month, not from Audi Frederick, but another Audi dealership. Before final purchase, I went to Audi Frederick to shop for a better deal than what the other dealership was offering. Audi Frederick tried to low-ball the value of my trade, offering 5K below book value. I let them know I had a better deal at another dealership and actually showed them the written offer from the other dealership. They balked at upping their offer for my trade and so I moved on. However (and the reason for 1 star) the sales manager for Audi Frederick contacted the other dealership letting them know I was shopping around for a better deal. In my opinion, it was an attempt by Audi Frederick to wreck my deal in order to force me to buy from them. The other dealership actually tried to pull back the original offer for my trade but after escalating to the General Manger, my original offer was honored. It was the GM at the other dealership who let me know Audi Frederick had contacted them. Very shady and dishonest sales practice, in my opinion.

My husband and I were planning to buy a car for a while. For me, budget was always a priority... It was also important for my husband to get a vehicle he would enjoy to ride. Anthony was great, and helped me get into a new car breaking me out of a tough situation. Hes an ethical salesman that is more than willing to do whatever it takes to bring out the most positive situation. This is the 2nd vehicle Ive gotten from him over the past few years and Ive had 0 issues what so ever. For anybody looking to get a new car I cannot recommend working with Anthony enough.

When I decided to purchase an Audi, I went to three Audi dealerships in the Washington, DC area. Ian Walker at Audi Frederick was absolutely the best. He stood out among all the others because he truly listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car, and then did a nationwide search of all Audi dealers to find the car I wanted. The others did not listen as well, and didnt show the initiative that Ian showed. During the process, Ian was always very prompt in responding to my questions and requests via emails and phone calls. In addition, it was easy to schedule time to meet with him. He went above and beyond to make himself available on short notice. Ian is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. As a result of all this, I came to trust him and feel that I was in very good hands. When we purchased the car, he did a great job going over all of the features with us. All of the folks we encountered at Audi Frederick were very friendly and helpful. Everyone always smiled and greeted us as we walked through the showroom and around the premises. Audi Frederick seems like a place where everyone is happy and very customer oriented. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend Ian and Audi Frederick.

We had a great experience at Audi of Frederick. Ian Walker gave us a great deal on a new 2019 Q7. He helped get the options we wanted within our budget and did a exceptional job of explaining all of the safety and technology features. We love the car and everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. We have bought many different cars over the years and if you are reading this you know that buying a new car can be unpleasant and stressful but this was the best experience we have ever had. This is my second round of leasing the Audi Q7, because l believe in the quality of the car and the Companys services. But this time, when my 2019 new Q7 needs service for the first time, l called and asked for a loaner car, the guy (l dont want to say his name) told me: they changed the rules, the first time service only need one and half hours, does not provide loaner car, either wait or take the shuttle bus! l repeatedly pleaded with, he just took my phone number, but in the past 24 hours, no response. l had to call back the next day and thank GOD, Ray answered the phone and solved all the problems without any trouble.l will still give the Audi Service Dept. five star rating, because I dont the mistake of one people to affect the whole team!Thanks again Ray!

The lack of service from their service department is pathetic! All I needed was a price quote, I personally made a visit to this location on 08/10 and contacted them by phone 4 times, emailed them at their website and still did not get an answer. I actually contacted Audi HQ USA to make a complaint on 09/10. I was told they reached out to the original person I spoke with and he will be calling me, this emailed was dated 09/16. I didnt actually receive a call from him until 09/26, he left a message saying I need a diagnostic test done first and he never even apologized for his lack of communication. It is apparent to me that this location doesnt care how their employees treat customers. If I received a call from my corporate office stating a customer was upset with my service, I would have immediately called the customer to rectify the situation, it took him 10 days after corporate called him for him to reach out to me. So I waited over a month for him to tell me they would have to do a diagnostic test first, he could have just told me this the first day I walked into the service department with me inquiry! What the heck, really!?!? Why have a business if you cant run it properly? The lack of disrespect is disgusting! I will never do business with Ourisman Audi of Frederick, Maryland!!! Theyre lucky I gave them one star, and its only because it wouldnt allow me to give zero stars.

This review is regarding the dealerships phone etiquette, never had a chance to go to the dealerahip itself. They offered money off the car i wanted which is great but at that exact moment i was busy and had asked them to simply email this offer to me so i can examine it an hour later and compare the offer with other dealerships. The person immediately got snippy and hung up on me in the middle of me speaking.

Purchased a used 2017 Volvo on a busy Saturday. I knew exactly what I wanted going in and the salesman (Anthony Gutierrez) respected that and didnt push me to buy something more expensive, etc. I also think its worth noting that I went in as a solo-female customer and I never felt like he was pulling one over on me or treating me differently because I didnt bring a husband/boyfriend/dad/etc. along. I felt respected, heard, and fairly dealt with. I got a much better value on my trade-in than I expected, got a newer car for a better price than other dealers I looked at, and the finance department was cheerful and helpful. I had to be out of the dealership by a specific time, and even though it was Saturday and totally packed, they did everything they could to get me out of there on time.
