My car had a lot of damage to it, that had started with a nail in the tire and snowballed from there. Joe was excellent at explaining everything and making sure everything was taken care of for a car dummy like myself. I had been taking my car to another place for routine maintenance for the past year or so but will be coming back to Nissan for all future services now. Joe made this a quick and easy process, which I greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service. Paige got me a better interest rate than any other dealership would and Corey got us a great car in our price range. The sales manager Carl helped get us approved and in and out quick. Thank you all for your help and staying late to get it done. Its hard to find a business that truly cares about customers. I will never buy another Nissan product...ever! I can only tolerate incompetence and lack of respect for a small amount of time. The Service manager should be fired for lack of respect to customers and trying to play cheap games. Even though I dealt with the advisor who was good, to have the manager send me an email telling me that I didnt do everything that should have been done or was recommended, is your lack of knowledge of real customer service. This is all based on my experience with the service of my car. Twice in 1 month. $3000 dollars later. The fact that I did what was recommended or at least what I was told, is the lack of competence on your side. To send me an email and when I returned your email and was told you will be out of the office for a couple of days, is your lack of respect to the customer. Three strikes, youre out, In fact, you are thrown out of the game,,, forever! Bye,Bye!

Ralph was a great help in trying to get my car fixed. However, I was originally told it would take much less time than it did. Also, I was supposed to get my entire car detailed, but ended up still having to clean some of the car on my own. I was also charged much more than I was at a different location for the same issue a year ago. Nobody I interacted with wore a mask.

He made sure that I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I traded in a vehicle to this dealership for a vehicle. I have asked them to inspect it which they said they did. I don’t want to risk driving all the way to another state on a 10 hr trip and then it breaks down on me. There really should be a grace period to return my vehicle even though I haven’t driven it off their lot yet. They showed me all the stuff that was done but what I experienced with the vehicle even after driving it around the parking lot (after inspection). I am not worried about the mileage but worried about I felt completely taken advantage off. And now if I want to switch to another vehicle in spite of not driving it out of the parking lot. They know exactly what they’re It’s not easy right now to be in the position that I’m in. And I haven’t even picked up the vehicle yet from the parking lot. The manager tried to help me with some of the things but it’s my word against there’s.Update: Even though I know that there was some dishonesty and lack of straightforwardness, I’m glad they gave me my vehicle back. Always go with your guts. The financial manager was one of the most honest people here. If you have any questions please go to her. She is dependable and does her best to serve you.

My husband and I had been searching for over a year for our next vehicle when we came upon Younger Nissan. I immediately called down and was connect to Logan. He was very prompt on getting us all of the information and setting us up for a test drive. When we got to the dealership we were greeted right away and able to look at the vehicle until Logan was finished with his other client as we were earlier. The process was quick and easy and while waiting on the finance manager to get the paperwork together Logan checked in on us and got us drinks while we waited. Highly recommend this dealership and they even checked in a week after we got it to make sure everything was ok.

Salesman was great but the But the guy who work in finance the only thing he tried to do was push a sale on me. The end result was negative I did NOT buy. Plus they tried to get me way below my trade in value. I when across the road to Tate Dodge and was treated GREAT!!!!! Talked to one of the Best salesmen Aaron Stanton totally took care of all my needs. Got over what I expected for my trade in bought the same kind of car for 6,000 less and with less miles with more of a Courtesy package.

This dealership pulled a classic bait & switch with a new vehicle, advertising at MSRP on their web site and cars.com, then refusing to honor that price when I attempted to purchase. They cited supply and demand issues related to the pandemic, which in my opinion amounts to price gouging (the supply issues are caused by a pandemic-related computer chip shortage). If a dealer wants to jack up prices, okay, but dont pull customers in on false pretenses.

Sent an offer for $160 doing a trade of my current car with $0 down. Got there at 2 pm and just walked out at 5 pm. I just bought a house and know my credit score is 850. Was told my credit is 605, need to put $1000 down on a 2017, my payments would go to $440 with an 18.9% rate. Keep in mind I currently have a 2018, paying $279 at 3.7%. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Complete waste of my time.

When I went into this dealership I was planning on buying my first car, so I was very nervous. One thing I loved about this dealership is that everyone was so helpful and kind. They let us drive the cars by ourselves which I think is excellent because then you can really get comfortable with the car. They let us know step-by-step what they were doing during the process. They were all extremely accommodating, I had Jim as my car salesman and his assistant Jared who were great and knew what they were talking about. I also had Jesse help me with finance and words cant even explain how much he helped. I got a quote from M&T bank and Jesse was able to bring my monthly payments down to match the quote M&T gave me! I was so happy and relieved, he truly made the night even better. A huge THANK YOU to the gentlemen I had a pleasure of doing business with, would 100% recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking to find a new car! I had a great experience buying my Maxima. I received top dollar for my trade and a great deal overall. I never felt pressured to buy, which means a lot to me. I did not feel rushed to make a decision and I felt like they listened. The buying process went well as I did not have to wait long to sign the paperwork and be on my way as I have in other dealerships. They took the time to explain the options on the car and answer any questions I had. Everyone was super nice and helpful. If I could give zero stars on the dealings of Younger Nissan I would . I dealt with Brenton Spears on a Vw Gli in June on 2021. The car was currently in service being inspected. I was early for my appointment so I gladly waited and came back to test drive it . I took the car for a long test drive car seemed to perform fine till about a few miles from the dealership. The cars tire pressure sensor came on and then at a stoplight the car shut off. I spoke to Brenton and some manager before I left told them I needed to think about it since I had concerns about the car cutting off. A day or two later I emailed Brenton Spears asking about including a warranty in the price. The sales person stated he could not give me a free warranty (which I was not asking for a free warranty )The sale person did not give me a price for a warranty and then stated it was my fault even after saying he would get the car checked by service. Two weeks after my visit I was sent a generic sale email by a manager. I stated I had purchased another car (which did have a vw warranty with it )and I was unsatisfied with the car I had seen at the dealership and with the sales person I dealt with. So who responds to my email a manager nope it was Mr Spears stating he shouldnt give me a free warranty (which I didnt ask for and would gave Gladly have spoke to an Finance manager to get a price on . Which would have been better customer service then dealing with a passive aggressive sales person .

When I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change, there was no line. They service the car perfectly. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because we had a previous appointment and the guys doing the oil change was out and we were not notified until we got their. Two mechanics had failed to fix the problem in NJ being that the noise in my nissan was so faint and hard to pinpoint were it is coming from.I happened to be in Frederick MD so i took my car to younger Nissan of Frederick. They were able to get a team to test the car in so many different ways until they identified the cause and fixed it. I am one happy customer.They also work in a timely manner and always called me to give updates on my car while it was in their garage.I will definitely be going to them when I am in MD.

I went browsing around on May 3, 2021 to the Younger Nissan dealership in Frederick not knowing what to expect. Logan came out in the most professional manner asking my mom and I if we needed help of course we said yes because I was not sure what car fit me. I knew that I wanted a Nissan but I was set on an Altima but Logan sold me on a Sentra. Logan made it his mission to make sure that the car I was looking for not only fit the features that I wanted but fit me as a person and Logan made that happened. I walked off the lot with a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra thanks to Logan. I just purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Younger and had a great experience with them; this especially stood out to me because I had a pretty horrible experience at another used dealer in VA. I found the car on Facebook and received very prompt communication back and forth until I came in person to check the car out. The salesperson Jim was very friendly, low pressure and had the car sanitized and warm for my arrival. Working with the finance team was also low stress and efficient and they even delivered the car to my home for free. I did a ton of research and visited multiple dealers and think overall I got a pretty good deal! If I buy another Nissan I will be back and would recommend Younger to anyone looking for a new Nissan.

I was very nervous about buying a car, especially since this was my first new car. Overall, the experience was great! The car I wanted was in stock. Everyone was following safe covid protocols. Everyone was very personable and upbeat. Kudos to the floor salesman Frank for making it a fun experience. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. We had to wait awhile in the main lobby before talking to the financial specialist and he sat down and chatted with us for a bit which made the time pass faster. Michael, the sales consultant, did a great job at explaining the cars features and answering questions. He even helped me sync my phone to the car and showed me how I can play my podcasts through the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I was very disturbed talking to Dominick on the phone. He was very rude and passive aggressive and was acting inappropriately. He would ask me unnecessary questions like my body type, and bra size and said that it was because of the size of the car I was interested in and that it was important. I don’t understand why that was asked and I was very uncomfortable.

Overall our experience was a positive one. The paperwork was completed quickly. We feel that the salesman & manager worked with us to give us a great deal that worked for our budget. We came in with the option of a pre-owned car or a new car, not thinking we would be able to afford a new car, and we are so happy with the deal we received. We feel that Younger Nissan held our insight with high regard as customers so that we were satisfied and comfortable with the deal. What a terrible car buying experience! I am from PA and traveled to Frederick because they had the Pathfinder I wanted. They screwed up the tag and title process which led to me not having a license plate for months. They kept telling me they would take care of it but that never happened. Finally they said I could go to PA PENDOT and they would reimburse me since it was their mistake in the first place, and now I get radio silence after submitting my receipt for reimbursement. I am out time and money because of them. They are so disorganized and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend, especially if you’re from out of state!
