The sales staff has been pretty right on at this location every time Ive come in. I tell them what I need and if its in one of the aisles theyll say Ill five and then come out and walk over and show me and talk to me about it etc. Ive been able to find what I need just about every time. Thats always a good thing. Well located, and well worth the price.

I came in here for windshield wipers... When I walked in I went straight to the aisle and started flipping through the book. This white guy behind the desk says, you want me to look them up for you? I said sure! Ok! So he did... I went to pick them out, paid for them, went outside and began changing them myself. Next thing I know, the same dude is coming out the door and changing them for me... Without me asking!!! And he was super nice the whole time! I was literally here 5 minutes and had a great experience. Very grateful for people like him.

These guys go above and beyond. I had auxiliary batteries checked on my rv. Three employees came out. Tested, offered ideas. Autozone didn’t have the kids I needed, but they told me exactly where to find a new one.They even let me test the electrical system by plugging into their outlets!

This place is great. The guys are super friendly, helpful, and efficient at looking up equivalent parts for me. I go in here several times a week for projects and I always come out with what I want.

Ben and Dean are great! Had a crazy light issue that no one in town could figure out. Ben diligently looked for the connector we (thought) we needed while Dean went full superhero outside and toyed with the light to get it to work. Ive been to two of the Autozones in Frederick and this one is much better than the other one across town. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have always given me the right part and tips to go with it. Its also nice to be treated like Im not an idiot because Im female (some car part places have done that, unfortunately). Theyve always been respectful and helpful.

These guys are really helpful. I can tell you that its not every autozone, because I went to another and they were horrible. I guess its based on the people in the store.

Poor customer service, attitude problems, high prices. I thought I would stop in this store since I was in the area. When I was told they dont match prices with Amazon, I justified this in my head, thinking that the extra 25% Im paying for is for the convenience and excellent service I would get in a brick and mortar store. So after standing in front of the cash register for a few minutes, while the clerks chatted it up trying not to make I contact, I paid the extra amount and went about my day. Definitely not the service oriented feel I get when I walk into a competitors store. I ended up buying the product I wanted online for 25% less, with free next day shipping and no tax. Then I went to return the original item. I got eye contact when I first walked in, but it wasnt the good kind (is it because I look different?) Stood at the register waiting for the clerk to finish up his watercooler chat with a customer halfway out the door, then made my return. If I have to say something positive, its that the clerks at least know how to use the registers quickly, once they acknowledge that youve been standing in front of them long enough waiting to check out. Ill keep using Amazon and AdvanceAuto (which offers many coupon codes online). The demeanor of customer service I received from this AutoZone had all the hallmarks of a store that was about to get shut down. Maybe AutoZone is hard to work for.

Was very happy. Some parts I needed they had to order but I had everything in 12 hours or so.

I found what I was looking for (a replacement light bulb for our camper) with almost no help from the incredibly mouthy and obnoxious clerk. That jerk literally told the customer in front of me that everyone but him counts change wrong and then proceeded to miscount his change and then miscounted mine. He was also complaining that teens are entitled if they think they are worth over 6 bucks an hour and even worse, when they want benefits. I wanted to spit in his face or even better, be the undercover boss for that AutoZone. I told everyone I knew not to shop there again. It is a shame because they used to have really decent customer service and competent cashiers.

They are good for simple parts like Gas caps and sorts but only some of the guys knows what they are talking about here. At the location off of route 26 in frederick
