Courtesy of an employee, who answered my call, the day before, was also great! The price paid for parts and service was better than I expected. Thank You Walmart Automotive Team at Frederick North!

I went there to fix my tire, the lady that took my details was very nice and professional and I was told that my car would be ready in like 3 hours. I get a call almost at the 3 hour mark saying they wont be able to change my tires because the power gun cant loosens the nuts. ( this is the second time I am having this issue in the same location), I go back there to pick up my car. The guy at the counter looked liked he was forced to be there and as though he was doing me a favor, he gives me my keys and I go get my car, getting to my car,I noticed my tires are not in the car, go back inside and ask for my tires, he tells me to pull up to the bay and someone will put my tires back in the car, I drive to the bay as instructed and I wait for almost 5 to 8 minutes, while I waited I noticed that the cap covers were taken out and put in a bag on the passengers seat. Then one other guy walks in and looked away, then the guy came in and walked towards me and said my tires are by the entrance door and that I can go pick them, I showed the same guy ( I later found out his name is Simon), he said the forgot to put them back and I asked him if he could do it, he said no, I can just pop them back on, but I wasnt the one that took them out,my tires wasnt changed and I have to put the tires I didnt take out of the car back into the car. I reported the issue to the lady that attended to me in the morning,she shook her head and offered to put them back on. Which I declined and I had it done myself. This is the second time I have being here and staff that work in the tire center are not nice,zero customer service. I wish I could give them a negative rating, what do they care..they will get paid end of the month either way. It is really really sad.

Canceled my first appointment 20 minutes before the appointment. Went the second day to find out they didnt have what they needed to replace my tires waited 3 hours after tires were installed after telling them to please replace one of my TPS sensor still didnt do it tires are nice service was horrible.Good prices on tire service not good at all sorry to say I like Walmart but thats the truth....

The lady with dreadlocks was super nice and helpful. And the young man at the end who rung our order was also super nice. He even allowed me to pay for everything I had in my cart from shopping so I didnt have to walk upfront to pay for my items, it was a relief since it is so hard to walk and I use a cane to help me. Thank you for your hard work. And thank you for taking extra caution with covid procedures. You have given me a since of security. Please be safe everyone

Broke a lug off one wheel. Decided, what the heck, how much more damage can we do? Broke a second one off. Had AAA tow it to a garage that repaired it and loosened all the nuts. Back to Walmart, who paid for the repair, but refused to sell me new tires because the nuts were on too tight, even though the garage had loosened them up for them. 🙄

They don’t pick up their phone and when they do, they put you on hold and start talking about their stories of the past when they were young. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. Very bad experience

They use to have Jiffy lube there. You could go in, get an oil change and do a little shopping while it was done. You could be in and out of there in as little as 30 minutes. Now you go in there and depending on the location, its anywhere from 90 minutes to 3 hours. Thats almost a half a days work. And the oil change costs almost 3x more! So not only are you paying $60-70 for an oil change, but you could possibly be losing up to 3 hours of wages as well!

Oil change took 15 minutes. Out the door with full synthetic for 45 bucks.Edit: took my girlfriends car here for an oil change. Place was busy. 2 weeks later her oil light came on. I checked it and the oil was 3 quarts low and jet black. I am suspicious that they didnt change the oil.

Never again. Called ahead to see if I needed an appointment and if the kids and I could stay in the van while they did a standard oil change and tire rotation. They told me no appointment needed and yes, we could. Got there, no other customers, had to park and go in w kids for service. An hour and a half later, they still hadnt started tire rotation. $30 for oil change. Go somewhere cheaper and faster.

Waited 2 hours still havent installed a battery in my car. Car wont start without one so I cant leave .3 people were ahead of me but no one told me that until after they pulled in my car. I dont even want to pay them for the headache it has caused. Im still waiting.Now my radio doesnt work . Will never go back and I dont even want them to fix what they broke

Went to Walmart in Mt Airy, MD 3 times to request an oil change. Each time I was told they were too busy. Went on Friday even, Sunday afternoon, and left wotk early on a Tuesday afternoon. Finally called and spoke to a supervisor, who told me to come in after work and it would be done. Awful customer service!!

What started out as an easy day quickly became one of the biggest displays of incompetence Ive ever seen, not to mention be spearheaded by a General Manager (specifically the lube center GM). First I waited about 40 minutes (20 minutes past the quoted time) which I calmly kept to myself about until one employee walks in from the shop and just drops te keys on the counter as the GM precedes to initiate a conversation with all four employees about Whos going to the Frederick Fair as my keys just sit there. Finally I inquire Those are my keys, is it done? as they struggle to remember which of the two cars in the bay the keys came from, I finally get a response of We couldnt change your oil, cars too low which would be feasible if it was say a tuner car that had been lowered, or some specialty car. Not a 100% STOCK COROLLA. Theres more of these cars on the road than people on the earth and yet they were telling me the largest superstore on the planet couldnt accommodate? and not just that but after making me wait almost an hour just to tell me, Cant do it?. So I finally after calling over and over I end up getting the same manager that did nothing to explain or reason why the situation had happened as his Frederick Fair conversation was clearly more important. After bickering and saying I wanted to speak to a different manager, he pretended to put me on hold as he listened to a personal conversation I was having with someone on my end, then had the balls to respond with a snarky comment which Im sure is on the Walmart call logs for confirmation if need be. Finally I supposedly got to speak to a different Manager who took my info and said he would look into it and then his assistant would get back to me. Although aggravating to be pushed off to an assistant at least something was being done. Of course almost a week later Ive yet to hear back from anyone and after the fact that every one of our 3 vehicles has had its oil change (mind you including the same Corolla that I was now being told was not possible had already had an oil change in the past at this location) at this Walmart but will never again. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars spent on food at Sams Club every month. Then again I guess I shouldnt have expected any different from Walmart.

Been here for oil changes and tires, it can be very crowded and take quite a while to get your service done. I waited for 2 hours and they havent even gotten to my vehicle even though I was told 30 to 45 minutes. After 2 hours I told them to forget it, I cant spend all day here for an oil change and went elsewhere

Absolutely terrible service. despite arriving at 7 when they opened, the door to the automotive section wasnt open untell 730 it then took them untell 9 to do an oil change despite being the first one in line and the first one serviced

Oil change gone terribly wrong. I had to get my car towed because by the time I got home my low oil light was on. The Kia dealership image attached shows evidence that the oil filter O ring was missing and my engine had barely any oil left.Assistant manager Crystal fought me on even filing the complaint according to Walmart policy. She was a bully and claimed that oil leaks were impossible due to the removal of the oil via the dipstick.Claims Management Inc (3rd Party that handles these claims) took up so much of my time. I called so many times for days and days and never once spoke to my case manager Terry Nguyen. Eventually after much effort Claims Management Inc admitted that Walmart was at fault via email.I got part of my repair expenses paid in cash at the store as instructed by Claims Management Inc. There were many expenses such as towing, rental car, time and gas, mileage that were not paid out.I even had to ask Assistant Store manager Crystal for a refund for the original oil change preformed by Walmart in the end. Had I not been the type of person to persist in getting this claim paid it would have never been paid.In the end I wonder if Assistant Store Manager Crystal, of Walmart store #02756, was trying to avoid following proper Walmart procedures in filing the claim so that her store would not be hit with a ding from corporate that would result in a negative impact on yearly bonuses. (When I was at Sams Club this was called Sams Share. Im pretty sure Walmart employees have the same thing. Claims like this can reduce yearly bonuses and end up gobbling them up entirely.)((Attached image is evidence from Kia Dealership of Hagerstown that the oil change at Walmart was done wrong. This could have destroyed my engine.))
