Ashley was awesome to work with. She showed us the issues with our car and worked with the mechanic to turn it around quickly. She worked with us on price and let us know the urgency of each repair so that we could decide what to do. They did great work, were definitely returning any time we need repairs.

Great experience. Easy process with no haggling. My trade in value I received was right in line with my own market reports I checked prior to arriving. I was only a hundred bucks or so off on final out the door pricing I calculated on my own using their online prices. They dont hide any charges like other dealers to get you in the door (ahem, freight). All in all, I had completed everything in just a couple hours.

We stopped by your service department on a Saturday without an appointment and was able to leave my car. I got it back on Tuesday and it’s running well. I have a hard time swallowing the fact that you charged over $500 to change a battery but, on the positive side, Mauricio was great. And not just with us, we watched how he patiently spoke with frustrated people on the phone. He’s very, very patient! He should get a raise!

The service department is very rude and everyone seemed to have a bad attitude which made me very uncomfortable. I got many eye rolls and comments that were not professional. I am not a mechanic, so when I take my vehicle in I don’t need to feel stupid when there, if I was a mechanic why would I be there. I would ask a simple question or answer a question and get nothing but condescending remarks back. There was also a huge list of things that they said my vehicle needed, but when we declined most items due to cost, we were surprised that on the paperwork there was no mention as to what all they said the vehicle needed in the near future. They did fix my airbag sensor, but due to the huge lack of customer care we will never go back.

Hand to demand that a part be replaced after researching the problem on my own. Paid for the entire repair and now noticed that the lights on the shifter that was replaced do not work. Will be bringing the vehicle back again. The service manager did fix the issue quickly while I waited. Although it was an inconvenience to bring it back in again I am pleased that they were willing to fix it quickly with no appointment. The main problem that I originally brought the vehicle in for appears to be corrected as well. So after bring my issues to the attention of the service manager I am pleased with the end results. Thank you!

Just the easiest buying experience imaginable. Henry Vasquez was terrific. He was very welcoming, responsive to all questions, knew the product well, and was never pushy. Mario was similarly welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Even though I had special ordered the vehicle, there was still no pressure whatsoever to buy it once it arrived. I really appreciate how easy these folks made the experience.

Ashley was very helpful. My vehicle was towed in with engine light on & oil pressure gauge acting crazy. I had a feeling it was the oil pressure sensor. Ashley walked me thru all the issues with my vehicle. The service was performed much quicker than I could have gotten it done locally.Thanks to Ashley & all the people in the service department for getting my Tahoe fixed . Customer service needs something to desire. Question, when you come in for a mileage check up and the service advisors does not suggest/recommend a better service review? I suggest the 82.5K (online) mileage check up when I actually was closer to the 90.0K mileage check up (88,059 miles). Would it have been better for my vehicle if the service adviser recommended the 90.0K check up for my vehicle? I had also suggest that I would be looking at getting tires, since I had the original tires since purchase. In addition, I would like to a new battery for the remote for the car. Once I suggested that I would be interested in getting tires, that appears to have been his only focus. The service adviser suggested that I replace my tire with the same that were on my vehicle. He indicated that they would be best, in addition their were no other tire were available or the others were more expensive. I actually check online, which indicated that your location did have several brands in stock that were less expensive or the same cost. I do not appreciate the lack of honesty or the ability receiving options. Once I picked up my vehicle no one went over or indicated if anything from the review/mileage check up needed to be update/changed. Just like the last time, a car wash was not offered. Lets end on a positive note: I did not have to wait very long before the advisor informed me of tire replacement and received a loner.

I was initially greeted by Mario. He’s an awesome guy! Friendly, knowledgeable, and made an instant connection with me. I worked with Henry as a sales rep. He seems like a young guy who works hard for all his clients. Just the kind of guy I want to work with. With that high bar to beat, I might say I was most impressed with Jesse. I looked at my numbers and felt that I couldn’t make the decision to purchase the vehicle in good conscience. Jesse worked hard to find a way to make it agreeable to me and was able to do so.And I’m so glad he did. This truck was a surprise for my wife. And while I was driving it home, my wife texted me a picture of this *exact vehicle* asking me to “pick it up on the way home”. She was being sarcastic and could not possibly imagine that I had bought the truck just an hour ago. I know my wife’s taste! This was the surprise of the decade and I don’t think I’ve seen her so happy since the day we were married. Thanks for being a part of this memory!

Our vehicle was in for a leak from prior repairs performed out of state (not by Fitzgerald). Our vehicle has been at Fitzgerald for more than a week and not once did we get a call from a service writer. The car was left with Ashley, then given to Tom, and somewhere along the line back to Ashley. Neither writer has contacted us to tell us what the status was. I received a call today, Wednesday, from our insurance company stating that the car was finished yet still no call from either writer. The writer that we normally use, Jim Hoss, is no longer there and apparently Ashley has taken his place. We had problems with Ashley with my daughters car and now this. I will not use Ashley as a writer ever again and have no interest in using Tom as for some reason this is the second time he has bowed out of writing our repair requests or told me that he was too busy and maybe another writer could take me (about two years ago). Not very happy this time around.

I went to Fitzgerald’s to try out the 2021 Chev Silverado 1500. My sales person was Alex Mendoza and he was awesome. Explained the features of the new vehicle easily and answered all questions and wasn’t pushed. He ran various payment plans and showed what it would look like with added accessories. Though I ultimately didn’t buy a vehicle due to money issues today I do plan on coming back in the future.

Jim Hoss is absolutely an AMAZING front desk attendant/specialist for your business. He is quick to get the vehicle in dock and then on to the work, he explains what is being done to the vehicle to precision so that there is no question as to EXACTLY what the is being done to your vehicle. He is SUPER courteous and makes the customer feel as if they are walking into a family business that truly CARES about you. He answers all questions no matter how layman they are and puts the customer at ease with the discussion and questions. I just love that I never feel like I’m getting ripped off or upsold with any service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly great people. I have never had a bad experience and usually my service is finished earlier than I would expect. Tom is a great service advisor and went above and beyond in my opinion with coordinating everything that needed to be completed on my vehicle while staying within my budget. I’ve recommended Fitzgerald to my family and friends and even though I live in Clarksburg, I am more than willing to drive to Frederick to make sure that my vehicle’s needs are taken care of. I was in town from Kentucky and found myself in need of an oil change to avoid a power train warranty being voided from the dealership back home. My car unfortunately broke down on me while I was driving 2 hours into an 11 hour drive. This was after putting $1,600 into it just before I left. I had my car towed to Fitzmall Chevrolet and got a rental car to continue my trip. I couldn’t put anymore money into my car and not knowing everything that was even wrong, I knew it wouldn’t be cheap. So I needed a new reliable car and my finances were shot. Luckily, I was put into the hands of salesman, Mike Gooden. He was great, put in the extra time and helped me find the right new car for me that I could afford. Not to mention, it was all done by phone since I wasn’t close by at all. Once we knew that was the car for me my boyfriend and I took a train there asap. I was looking for a new truck to pull a camper. I had an F-150 that I loved, but it just couldn’t do the job. Brian and Mario helped me make the right choice to pull my camper. They also went as far as getting the truck I needed from another dealership. Everything was double and triple checked. The professionalism, attentiveness, and overall care that you receive here has far surpassed any dealership I have been to. I must have asked 200 questions about the truck, towing, options, financing, and warranties, and every single question was answered immediately and accurately. I highly recommend these guys! >was told verbally on a phone call by a service rep (not the advisor I had in person) the labor rate was $135 per hour when I was shopping the job...charged $145 on the bill>told the service advisor to replace all timing chain guides while replacing the infamous 3.6L Traverse/Acadia/Enclave timing chains....they replaced none...if they were in good shape after 136k miles they could have called to explain. I must assume they passed the technicians inspection but if you had a customer saying replace them...wouldnt you?> provided a parts quote from their own parts depart at Fitzgeralds, who WOULD sell me all the parts at at least 10% off what I was charged when giving them the repair work! How does that make sense? The service advisor took my quote and copied it, but did not honor any prices!>was not provided or offered and type of written estimate that could have averted the above scenarios>The work of the repair tech seems good at this point. Will see if CEL returns> the facility was clean and organized>The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time> I had been advised in the past by another GM shop that I needed to replace the power steering rack and the Fitzgerald tech inspection revealed it was not leaking and not in need of replacing. Saved some money there>I have purchased 2 new Chevrolets vehicles at Fitzgeralds in the past and also own a VW which they carry. Would love to make them my #1 dealer but the type of lack of communication/performance mentioned above prevents that at this time
