Very personable, quick, and professional service.I found a screw lodged in my tire one day. When I showed up they said they would help me out, and had it fixed in under 15 minutes. In addition they charged less than anywhere else I looked (most places estimated a 3-4 hour wait.) I highly recommend them, and will be taking all my future service needs to them

On the way out of town, I had a nail in my tire - not the best way to start a road trip! They fit me in immediately and fixed it quickly - I love that there are still small town businesses like Rosemont Service Station in Frederick!

Made an appointment for 7am a few days prior because I was told it was the only time I can wait, I came today and when I arrived some other mechanic guy with a bluetooth device was disrespectful towards me for no reason stating “ I don’t care what the other guy says we don’t do waits” disgusting attitude. Won’t ever come here again.

I needed air in my tires they helped me. I am a regular here and so is my sister. We didnt have to pay for air that day. Friendly staff.

I called a little before 11:00am for a tire patch/repair service. Steve said to bring in my SUV. Fast and efficient service! Very reasonable cost. I was back at work at 11:45am. 5 stars!!

I cannot believe the exceptional customer service here. The things I was quoted for to fix my car, were right on! Steve was so kind. I had a little emotional breakdown when I realized how much I needed done. He calmed me and was able to get all the things done in a timely manner with professional service and great quality work! I had my car inspected and re-inspected there and the service was excellent! All 3 gentlemen that assisted me somehow were super kind and were always smiling. You would expect a place like a mechanic station to have unfriendly and rude staff, but it is not the case. Steve, the mechanic is very professional and efficient. You can be sure your car will be ready by the deadline. It is a pricey shop, but quality service is rarely cheap. I will definitely go back there for other services on my car.

Not the cheapest place around, you can get the same quality of service for a lower price. I went there for some work and was charged 20% more than I wouldve paid at the dealership! I was up charged 33% on a part. The reason I know this is because I called the dealership that the service station got the part from. So dont think just because it looks like a mom and pop it should have the best prices, simply not true.

The starter on my 07 Corolla failed. I called Rosemont and was informed they could fit me in. Luckly, I drive a stick and was able to pop start the car and drive to the station.In less than two hours, by phone, I was given a price for a new starter that came with a nationwide warranty through Technet. Work was done by the afternoon. The price actually came in less than the quote over the phone. Not bad.Great service.

Unfortunately if I could give zero stars I would been since this is the third time that Im stranded next to a broken car that I just paid at Rosemont service station $1600 to go through Maryland state inspection.... as well as safety inspect this vehicle which is feeling about as safe as Russian roulette and this is my repayment for being a loyal Customer and dropping over ALLOT of money at this place.Im pretty sure it stems from the fact that my trusted mechanic pond me off to a new person who obviously didnt know what he was doing and for a $1640 shop bill you would think he wouldve cared to make sure I was safe driving across country....so much for loyalty

This is a great service station. Gasoline prices are good, Theres always coffee, everyone who works here is wonderful, and Steve is a fantastic mechanic. I wouldnt trust my cars to anyone else. Ive been using this station for fifteen years, and I have always found them to be honest and dependable.

Great place just down the road from us. Gas prices are usually the cheapest nearby, or within pennies, and Id rather patronize the local business. The people are friendly and courteous and very accomodating about getting the customer in.Last week I noticed a screw in my tire, so I called and they said to come in first thing the next day. They removed the screw, saw that there wasnt a leak (short screw) and didnt charge me a penny.Next day my wife stopped in to get gas.While she was pumping the service guy asked if she knew that one of her headlight bulbs was out. Sure enough it was. He offered to replace it on the spot, and was done nearly by the time the cars gas tank was filled. The price was reasonable too.

Too expensive, charged $491 just to replace 4 Spark Plugs and remove check engine light. Charged $120 for diagnosis even though already told him Spark Plugs needs to replaced. Total rip off.
