The inside cafe is not a Starbucks and the girl at the register was very unpleasant.The cappuccino was, however, good.The selection of books was decent but also frustrating

Great to get to the bookstore, after shopping online. Friendly service, great magazine selection, lots of bargains, and easy to find the books I was looking for. Remember to buy the reusable shopping bag.

Went to get a drink and kill time reading a magazine. I think there was a new girl making the drinks at the Starbucks cause it took a whole but my drink came out perfect!

I always enjoy visiting this B&N location. The customer service has definitely improved since my first visit. Every employee is always willing to help and everyone has a positive attitude!

Love Barnes & Noble at FSK Mall in Frederick County! When I am not just using the store as a cut-thru to get inside the Mall itself, I enjoy checking out the top best sellers and finding out who or what is on the know as well as the latest and greatest to keep up with the best of the best. I just wish had more time.

So much fun,they have a wonderful selection of family, mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, true life, history, books and games,a star bucks as well. Its also attached to the mall.

Finding an associate for help has never been a problem, always able to order something if need be.The Starbucks in side has been great as well for food and drinks.

This store, the staff and selection are all terrific (and super helpful).

Really big selection of books, lots of manga. When I came in the did not have any volume of Chainsaw Man except for the third volume. They had pokemon cards but sold only two packs per customer. The cashier was really nice.

The store is very well organized but the staff has no intention in helping you unless you hunt them down you can walk by them they dont say nothing to you dont greet you or anything I was very disappointed in the way of their customer service when I finally found somebody to help me with a book I was trying to find I made it seem as though I was asking for the impossible I shall never return to this store again.

Nice bookstore with a large variety of books and magazines.

Im a huge fan of B&N, but the Frederick store is fantastic! The kids section has a large variety of activity books, kits, plush animals, and of course, reading books! My daughter and I stayed there for an hour just looking through it all, and hadnt even finished when we left. A store employee even helped us find what we were looking for. All around great customer service, very clean, and so fun! Well be making weekly trips here from now on.

Barnes & Noble is Well Stocked and Organized. Plenty of Selctions for the Avid Reader as Well as Movies and Music. One of my Favorite Areas to Peruse is the Funko Pop Section, there is Alaways Something New.

I think that they have their things in order in this location. Im not a shopper there per say but I have to go in with my wife and Id like to say its not as harsh of a wait seeing the friendliness. That goes a long way in any business. Great customer service pays for itself and they have it down.

B&N has a multitude of popular authors and is usually well-stocked. It’s bursting with people and the cafe is usually full ( — at least at the times I’ve been! ). Cheaper than local bookstores.

Because its there. All bookstores have closed, like 10 years ago. It was a sad move. We love going into B&N to find specific books or for no reason at all. Thats the whole family! Instead of getting unhealthy fast food we prefer perusing books. Its satisfying and fulfilling! Oh and great service, great selection, but... the in-store Starbucks doesnt accept the Starbucks app.

Its a nice bookstore whats there to say, but they did extended the Japanese manga section, its like a whole new second store just for anime and manga, I love it so much!!!

This employee James rang us up as we were coming out of the store and he was excellent. This guy gave us the deets about the rewards program (broken, btw) and got the job done - simultaneously. The manga section is flippin bonkers now

Excellent Customer Service. Staff is always friendly and ready to assist customers. I recently ordered books online and used the store pick up option and it was fast and easy. I love to browse bc the store is always clean, neat, and well organized. On my last trip, my 2 1/2 year old grandson was so amazed at the childrens section. I didnt realize that they also have a nice selection of childrens toys and educational toys. That saved me time since my grandbaby was also promised a toy from his Mawmaw. I was able to shop with him at one store instead of multiple stores. Barnes and Noble has become one of our favorite places to spend quality time. Whether for the kids or for myself, I always know i will leave with a good book or two. The member loyalty program and coffee shop are added bonuses. No doubt, one of my favorite retail stores ever!!!

When did a 200 page software book become 60 bucks. Barnes and noble is only useful if you need a book pronto otherwise they aren’t price competitive

Found a great book.

Not busy at all, 4:00 p.m., nice bartender who serve me a non-alcoholic drink, had the Korean BBQ wings, then a cheeseburger and fries, forgot to tell the bartender for them not to put salt on the fries but I ate everything anyways!

People were friendly and found the books I wanted. The Starbucks on the other hand needs help. It took the manager to make my order the way I asked for

Love the helpfulness from employees and the kindness to help when I had questions on books and advice. Would definitely 👍 recommend to visitors and to the youth that loves to read and aquire knowledge.

There’s not much I don’t love about this book store. It’s well organized and there are places to sit and read. I miss the big comfy chairs that used to be by the kids section, but it looks like it made room for more books.

My favorite FSK anchor store to walk through. I will admit I am not the biggest fan of the stores current layout but the staff is helpful and there is something relaxing about being surrounded by books

Went for story time and even though it wasnt grabbing my two years attention (Frozen themed) she was happy to ply with the train table they have set up and she got a sample of some hot chocolate from the cafe that was being passed around. We were just trying to get out of the house before the weather turned to rain. And didnt spend a penny!!!(always a plus)
