We had a very lovely experience here! It was quick and enjoyable. The man who helped us, Justin, was very kind and immediately found us a phone that would work for me, to replace my old phone. He talked us through the process and answered all of our questions very clearly. We had a waiting period of 20 minutes and during that time, Justin talked with us! The 20 minutes felt like 5. I love the new phone, it works perfect and I’m very happy about my time there.If you ever go here, do ask for Justin! He made it an awesome experience and a wonderful time! 🤗

My wife and I were eligible for phone upgrades. We were help by Logan to start the process. Shortly after starting we were helped by the manager Brandon as well be uase he caught wind that my wife owns a business and we were still on a consumer account. These 2 gentlemen help us out to get switched to a business account. They stayed 2.5 hrs after closing to sort out issues with the switch. Everything got square away and we left happy. We will return in the future for anything we need. These 2 guys were awesome, thanks a bunch.

Incapable of completing a simple phone upgrade and do not know of any type of escalation process to help. They don’t answer the phone unless you use code 55#. If you don’t, you get routed to a main call center. These guys are. A joke.

Lexi was super friendly and helpful ordering my tablet and even called ahead to see if she could put the screen proton on before I got there to save time! She showed me how to set the tablet up and then simple moves to make using it easy. I highly recommend her!!

Logan was so helpful and patient - changing over multiple phones, putting on glass covers and new cases. He (and another associate) even stayed past closing time so that Logan can finish my phones. The store was clean and proper safety guidelines were followed the entire time. Definitely recommend!!

I would never go here again. I feel like all they try to do is sell stuff. They don’t truly care about the customer. I bought two iPhone 12s. The guy told me I had to buy all new chargers because the old iPhone chargers wouldn’t work. This wasn’t true, I called Apple to confirm. Also, he sold me a glass screen protector. He said if it breaks they replace them for free. This was more false info, they charge $12 to ship the new screen protector. Would of given zero stars if I could.

Excellent customer service at this Verizon location. Specifically I was helped by Cody and Brandon who were absolutely outstanding. They provided prompt resolution options. With great compassion and understanding they listened to my concern and without question they promptly attended to resolving the problem.I observed as well the same excellent customer service to other customers that were there. Everyone behaved and worked with the same manner of being, humble and using kind responses such as: “we thank you for your patience”. Continuous humble kind service all around. They work like they enjoy to be there and in a manner that they enjoy working with each other. I have to be honest, I thought those days were over and that such kind service could only be dreamed of. However today it was proven that gentleness and kindness still exist. Even during this time of COVID where we are all wearing masks, and we can only see the eyes, the non verblas, kindness, compassion and the nice gentle tone of voice is still not lost. We came to Verizon Wireless on Spectrum Drive in Frederick today. Our representative, Kaila, was amazing! She was so very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She was extremely patient with us while I searched for passwords, etc.! She transferred all of the data from my old phone to my new one flawlessly and made sure all was in order. We sat at this store well over 30 minutes just to be seen. Then we were helped by the only person working. It took about an hour and a half to two hours from the time we walked in and out. Kayla was the only person working and she did great! Any other person would have gone crazy having 5 people come in at the same time and wait and a handful more leave because of her being the only one working. Shame on Verizon for letting her be by herself. The girl couldnt get lunch becuase of how busy she was. But she kept a great attitude and was amazing.

Do not go here, worst experience I have ever had. Went in for an upgrade and the guy barely spoke English. I told him I wanted the Pixel 2 and he asked me over and over why I wanted that phone and what I liked about it. I told him members of my family have it and they are happy with it. He asked again why I want that phone, I told him again. He then asked me to explain all the specific features about the Pixel 2 that I was interested in trying to compare them to other phones. It got so annoying trying to relay unnecessary information I walked out. He also tried making me add another line that I dont need for $87.00 and change the number ive had for 15 years. I have no idea what he was trying to pull but he lost a sale.

Dealt with Verizon online for 2 hours last night. They couldnt get a newline added because my account needed to update they told me to go to this location and they could take care of me. Hahahhaahhaahhahah Kay or Kaitlyn or whatever her name should NOT be employed here if you want to keep customers. I pay $250 a month on a bill and want to add another line. This employee was AWFUL. As soon as I walked through the door she made it clear she would not help or try to help. She also told me no one could help us and to go to corporate. She was the rudest person I have EVER dealt with. If I ever have to deal with her or someone else like that my money will 100% take it else.

Im an Active Duty Army Soldier. On Feb. 1 at 3pm arrived to your store at 5599 Spectrum Dr #104, Frederick, MD 21703 needing support on creating a new account for my family before Im deployed this month.  Your Customer Rep. Coby DID NOT showed any type of great customer services; in the contrary, his unwillingness to help us find a plan for military families, checking his phone while talking to us, information was wrote it down in a piece of paper with inaccurate information. After I talked to him, I wanted to discuss it with my wife and return later for a follow up to create an account. Around 6:30pm, returned to create and account and Coby did not want to work with us because said the system was not working properly and stated fiercely about the system would not generate any type of offer for us and to come back other day. My wife and I feel betrayed and hopeless to open an account with Verizon. However, after I went home and chat with customer service over the internet, I was able to open an account and obtained greater offers than Customer Rep. Coby provided to us. It is not fear to mistreat future customers and even those who fight hard to get Americas Freedom.

I went to this store assuming that it was actually run by Verizon. I wanted to replace my current phone (Droid 4) because I cracked the screen and am due for an upgrade. I originally wanted to just get the same model and went to the Verizon on the Golden Mile, but learned that they no longer make the Droid 4. So I looked around, left and considered my options.One or two weeks later, Im ready to make a choice and end up here because it was closer to my home. BIG mistake. It was empty and had the feel of a used car lot. A salesman cruised straight over, and once I told him the model I was looking for, he quoted me a price of significantly higher than the 2 yr upgrade price that the route 40 store had been offering (and the price named on the Verizon website). When I expressed surprise, the salesman claimed the phone was more expensive because it was a 3g phone (what?) and insisted that the other store couldnt have been offering it for less. So I asked for a few minutes to browse, but left after being stared at and almost immediately re-approached.

Avoid this store at all costs. Horrible customer service. Phone sold to me about 13 days ago was defective. Brought it back in to exchange it for the same model phone and, because I failed to show with the original box, they said I had to pay a $25 no box charge. I told them that was ridiculous. I should not have any additional fees to pay since having to return for a defective product is fee enough. They so generously pointed out they were waiving the restocking fee...a restocking fee on a broken device. Please. So, I called a Verizon directly, while in the store, and explained the issue. They told me under no uncertain terms that there is NO fee of any type on a defective device. I had to pay the $25 to this awful store so I could get the new device but Verizon credited me the $25 to my account even before I left the store. So they made $25 off of me, lost a customer for life, a customer who will report here what a terrible store this is, and I was made whole anyway. I should have read these other comments before choosing to go here. These people at this store need a lot of help in learning how to run a business and deal with customers.

Dont fall for the free tablet deal, and, in my opinion, I would take your business elsewhere. I was not happy with the 3 tablets we got for free, and I returned them within the 14-day window and was charged $140 per tablet because I had cut the UPC label off each box (as I was instructed to do by their salesperson). Basically, I just handed them $400 for three tablets that I returned because theyre cheap tablets. My opinion: Any store with these scam policies is a store you should avoid doing business with. Although this is not a real Verizon store, after hearing the story, Verizon Wireless helped me out as much as they could by waiving the $40 connection fee for each device. Verizon Wireless is awesome. This store is not.

Beware, to get customers they lie. So dont take any verbal offer and commit/switch service. They charge $20 per phone to switch service. Check any offer provided by VICTRA with Verizon customer service before you commit. I was told $5 off per line if I sign up for autopay with the limited plan but as per Verizon there is no $5 off autopay for Limited XL plan.

My 20 month old tripped and hurt herself during our visit. The employees were so helpful and concerned with how she was doing. Outside of her getting hurt the staff are very knowledgeable in the products and services that Verizon offers. This will be the location we always go to now.

They are not with the Verizon Corporation but just a store selling Verizon service/merchandise (this is per Verizon customer service that I spoke to).Verizon over all has amazing service but this store finds ways to charge you fees that shouldnt be charged (also per Verizon Customer Service) after they have run your bill up with no notification. Go to the rt 40 location. Yes you may have to wait but at least you wont get charged fees unnecessarily!! :(

Lied to our faces on two separate occasions. Once about needing to upgrade every phone on our plan to use one upgrade and a second time about the warranty on a Lifeproof phone case, stating that the warranty would replace both the case and phone if anything happened when the phone was not actually covered, potentially costing me ~$600 if the phone had broken before I found out the actual terms.THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE.They call themselves a Verizon Wireless premium retailer, meaning that they will sell you the exact same products you can find at a legitimate Verizon store (like the one on the Golden Mile) for higher prices and in my case, lie to you to make even more money.Terrible experience, terrible establishment. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place like one would avoid lepresy.

This store got me good. Get everything in writing before signing but, better yet, dont ever go here. The employee told me repeatedly that he was giving me a free iPad and I would only need to pay $17/mo for 24 months for a cellular data contract. I thought that seemed wrong because I know the data lines are typically $10/mo. I paid $78 at the store. The rep verbally broke down the bill and I paid but after I got home and looked at the itemized receipt I was charged for things he never once mentioned. I was charged a $19.99 set up fee for both this free iPad and my upgraded phone but all he did was turn them on long enough to make sure the sim cards were installed. I was angry but I didnt go back to dispute those setup fees. I finally got my first Verizon bill after getting the free iPad and Im now locked into 2 years of $20 payments on a device I was only interested because it was FREE, plus the $10 line. My Verizon customer service rep called the store and they told her the promotion was free out the door which means I wouldnt have to pay sales tax on the iPad. There was no misunderstanding on my part or miscommunication, Victra straight up lied to me. Looking through the reviews it seems like this is how they operate at this store. The Verizon rep was nice enough to credit my account for some of these charges and said she would be passing my complaints to a superior but she couldnt do anything more since this was an authorized retailer and not a Verizon store. I encourage you to file a complaint letter with Verizon if youve had a similar experience. I dont think this is how Verizon wants to be represented as a company.
