When it comes to your eye health; everyone wants to make sure they are taken care of in the most exceptional service. Urbana Eye Care have that exceptional service. Although I did not get my prescription here; they will now be the ones I go to to get my contacts and glasses.When I came into Urbana Eye Care; it was a late Friday Afternoon. As I walked in; I was greeted by Dustin at the front desk. He quickly helped me by getting me into his system and ordering me my contacts. The whole process didn’t take longer than 5 minutes. During this time; 4 more people came in and his ability to greet and manage everyone efficiently was good.Do recommend and great job Dustin.

I have been going to Urbana Eye Care since they opened. I have always had a positive experience. David Markowitz was very kind and helpful in taking care of my selections on glasses.

The staff out front is kind and courteous . Dr.Gan is rude and makes you feel as if you are bothering him just by being there. Not a pleasant experience

Ive been wearing contact/eyeglasses for over 20 years now. Never in my life have I had someone do such a thorough examination. His demeanor and tonality may not convey compassion (all that well), however his practices relay that more so. Got the feeling that he genuinely wanted me to see and feel the best I could, and he worked towards that. Definitely would recommend.

Glasses and contacts way overpriced. Get your written Rx and buy glasses online for 1/10 the price. Law requires them to give it to you but they will try to get you in a fitting chair. Questionable billing practices. Staff refuses to return calls. Watch out for unnecessary exam ad-ons that insurance wont cover. Gave 2 stars because they gave me a rebate coupon for contacts but still cheaper online. Would not recommend.

I have been going to Urbana Eye Care for several years now. I have been to several other places and I prefer Urbana Eye Care by far. Very personalized service, excellent choices in frames (although tend to be on the higher end of other places), and can get my prescription in my own Maui Jim sunglasses. I missed seeing Dr. Gan with this last visit but his substitute was outstanding as well.

Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable with insurance and frames. She even called the insurance to confirm my coverage when I had questions. Very impressed with her. My family has been using Urbana/Clarksburg Eye care for years and by far this visit was the most impressive. Thanks Nikki

Went to Urbana Eye Care for a check up for mom. The staff upfront, Nicky, was courteous and helpful. Visit with Dr. Gan, I felt, was rather hurried . It was as if he wanted to finish it as fast as possible and get the next patient in. Maybe it was because we wanted to get an eye check up done which was covered by insurance and declined to have refraction done as that was not covered by moms insurance and the office would have made extra money by doing that. Doctor was Not personable or social skills on how to deal with patients.

I would highly recommend Dr. Irving. He is really good at what he does, but is still humble and kind. I have been going to his office since it has opened & i will not go anywhere else. They know me by name when i walk in, and always make sure everything is correct.

I love Urbana Eye Care! Doctor Gan was quite thorough during my exam. Asked all questions and made the exam unrushed and comfortable. Been wearing glasses most of my life and this was the best experience by far. His team are all welcoming and wonderful to deal with. No long waiting. Nice huge selection of STYLISH frames to choose from. I picked these Cole Haan frames- super mature, yet feminine and fun! Best experience from start to finish!....Also, the staff is great with kids & teens too!

Clean and tidy facility. Receptionist makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Gan gives you the personal attention that you need to feel comfortable.My only gripe was that one time an employee mislabeled my contacts lenses (right as left and left as right). I figured out the problem quickly and recognized that we all make mistakes.

Dr Gertz is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very caring. He explains everything in such great detail, in terms that are understandable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Have been going to Urbana Eye Care for more than 5 years, as well as my kids. Great family practice, always very helpful.

Bad Customer Service. I had to call twice to find out the status of my glasses, only to find out they were already received after the second call. Went to pick them up on a afternoon at around 2 30 pm, and couldnt pick them up because all of the opticians were out to lunch. Its been a month or so, and I still dont have my glasses.

No customer service at all. Just missed out on three new customers.
