The office is super busy so sometimes you do have to have some patience. Recently I dealt with Carlos who was really friendly and provided great customer service. I will continue to come to this location for my vision needs.

Kendra spent so much time helping me pick out my new frames! Her taste was impeccable, and I walked out with a pair of glasses that I love. Cant recommend this location highly enough!

BEWARE OF OPTICAL DEPARTMENTmy wife simply went there to get my prescription for my glasses .but she was told that is not their problem that we have to go get a new one and we cannot get ours and we paid for at Walmart why is that???I dont understand why my wife is met with so much aggression this morning theyre supposed to be there 8 did not arrive until 845.Why does Walmart management put up with this type of of behavior at their business?

Kari and the associate who helped me were incredible. I know his name starts with a D, but I forget his name now. Came in with broken frames, they were replaced in under 5 mins and I was on my way. Highly recommend.

Went to the Vision Center for an eye exam and pair of single vision glasses. Dr. Lingenfelter and her staff were very knowledgable, polite and efficient. I had picked frames out on a previous visit so it took no time checking out. Carlos was wonderful and didnt try to push products on me that I didnt need. I would definitely recommend the Walmart Vision Center to anyone who needs glasses on a budget!

I called them to ask couple questions ... i think she isn’t getting enough pay .. that’s how she answered me .

Absolutely horrible experience it’s been three months and we have still not gotten the contacts we ordered!!!!! I would not recommend going here!!!! If I could afford to pay all over agin I’d go to another place and maybe my child would receive her contacts!

This experience ended in a complaint to corporate. Enough said.
