They always go out of their way to help me find stuff and carry stuff. Im handicapped and usually sit in the car but people really bend over backwards to do everything they can to make me comfortable and happy! They treat you like family

We got everything we needed here minus just a couple things they were totally sold out of. The store personnel were super nice and helpful and actually took the time to walk us around the store to help us finds things. Got boots for the kiddos, an outdoor outlet cover for the house, and, food for the dogs and cats. Nice, friendly place.

Got what I needed. TSC seems to have what Im looking for, the cool things Im not looking for, and then plenty of other stuff. My wife asked me whats it like and I said its like a Redneck Macys (with all due respect). Place is clean, stocked and has friendly staff. No complaints.

I love it here. The atmosphere is kind and helpful. If an employee cant answer your questions they find another who can. Ive learned more from the informed and experienced staff than I could ever Google. And the selection never disappoints. Its fun to just go and meander, even if you dont have chickens! Or cows or horses...

Wonderful store, all kinds of merchandise for the farm, like equipment, Feed, fencing materials and tools. Also clothing, cold weather wear. Employees are very helpful and cordial. Look forward to going back!!

Honestly my first time in one, employees were very nice and friendly. Found everything I needed very effortless. The store is also very diverse in selection and has many different tools and equipment.

Waited for over a half hour for someone to bring out my curbside delivery order. After 45 minutes and another phone call they couldnt find and order with my name. A gentleman came to the truck an wrote down the order number. My order came out the door five minutes later. Will not purchase anything from this store ever.

Store is well stocked on Zep cleaning products for cleaning and Covid 19 prevention, masks too. Isle are clean and clear, nuts and bolts and washers and neat and not mixes together and well labeled without the chaos of Home Depo or Lowes.

Customer service is awful. Ask a question get a million excuses why they can’t help you at the moment. Waynesboro is further from me but I’ll be going there from now on. Always had a pleasant experience with very helpful staff there. I’ll wait for my items if I have to.

The people are very nice and the prices are fair. The store is always clean and parking is convenient. My biggest complaint with the store is when I do an online order it takes longer to check out the online order then if I just pull the merchandise off the shelf when I get there.

They didnt have what I needed in stock, but checked inventory for me at nearby locations. Great people!

The staff here was great! While walking the store I was asked by 3 different people if they could help me find something. When I did finally ask they were able to not only direct to it. The persons knowledge actually helped me out by turning me on to a different part that was cheaper and ended up working better.

An urban homestead supply store. Very convenient and has the basic products for home or farm. Reasonable prices although most home goods are cheaply made in China. Continuing changing products as the seasons change so great deals can be found during clearance sales. Overall a niche supply and home goods store that has all the necessary provisions at the same or better prices than the big box warehouse stores.

Personable staff, stocked well. Good selection of pet supplies. Our golden retrievers thrive on the grain free food. We have purchased a variety of goods here from a Cub cadet mower to bird seed for our feeders. Best of all, the store is pet friendly with a treat for your pup at checkout♡

Somehow, my review of Applebees at the Francis Scott Key Mall in Frederick, MD got labeled as Tractor Supply Co. Cant change the label. My wife ordered a Caesar Salad (with traditional Caesar Salad dressing) and, instead got a tossed salad with tomatoes (which she detests) with a mayonnaise dressing. My Mother-in-law ordered baby-back-ribs which she could not finish they were so bad and cold. My fajitas were not much greater. Only the service was acceptable, but only because the food was so bad.

One of my favorite stores. If youre in need of anything homestead, farming, etc. This is the place. Period. Great staff and an nice location for the people out in the northern county areas.

Great Tractor Supply, but crazy parking lot. Store front is to Route 15, so you find yourself driving through from the back and its disconcerting because theres absolutely no signage telling you how to get around to the front. Friendly staff and clean store though.

Employees are always happy & helpful. I usually go to get cat food cuz they carry big bags for great prize. Overall, it is a great place for shopping stuff for gardening, farm & others.

Covers home, gardening, farm, and garage needs. You name it, they have it; from pet and animal needs to home security! If it isnt in store, you can more than likely find it online. Customer service is excellent and support is just as good. Been shopping at this store for 4 years and have not had a single problem to date!!!

The largest tractor supply location Ive been too thus far! Huge selection of products, from Equine to dog to clothes to hardware to tools and decor. Typical tractor supply, Great customer service. This is a much larger tractor supply than the Hagerstown or Frederick location .

This is my favorite store. They always have what I need for around the house and yard.

Overall good store if you dont mind not knowing how much things cost before you get to the checkout. My estimate is that about 50% of items are not marked with a price. That being said, my wife and I bought a utility knife which was clearly marked $11.99 and the cashier tried to charge us over $20,

They have a lot of stuff to choose from and propane. Good prices and convenient to Walkersville. Good alternative to going to Lowes at Clemsons Corner for most things.

The staff at Frederick, Md store #1466, went above and beyond normal customer service today. They were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I debated purchasing some outdoor chairs and store personnel (Rodney, Sherrie, Tracey, & Daphie) assisted me with the purchase and even help load up my truck. Anytime we are in the area I look forward to stopping off at this tractor supply. We will be back again soon.

Seldom stocked well with what I need, and feed Ive purchased has been moldy. Two employees were bickering in front of customers today. Unprofessional! Its convenient for me, but I prefer the Gettysburg location.

The store has a little bit of everything you would expect it to have. The prices are mostly fair but you can get better prices on the more common items other places. I would say though that if I want something right away, I go there and dont kind paying for the convenience. The store can feel a little cramped but is clean and the staff are mostly friendly.

Tractor Supply is a great place catering to farmers, pet owners and home owners. Theyre not a mega store like Lowes or The Home Depot, but you wont find most of what Tractor Supply sells in those stores anyway! Its real parts, tools, clothing, feed, heating supply, animal supply, Tractor Supply, home supply, farming, gardening all rolled up into one store. Theres always something in sale!

No help. Got there at 7:50 pm to pick up an order. No help. Too busy looking at pictures on their phone. Had to load order myself. They did nothing. Locked the doors at 7:55. I wasnt even done. What ever. Will use other TS stores.
