I have my general liability insurance with CPI and had questions about the need to also get workmans comp insurance. Joe returned my call the same day and spent over an hour on the phone with me. Horrible, horrible, horrible company. They are con artist. We had an incident in our house with one of their client and they refused to cover the incident. They keep giving you run around and tell lies just not to cover the incident. They need to have their licenses revoked....

Thought I had policy already written up, was told I was going to get number the same day I spoke to her, never did, couldnt get to talk to the one that helped me that was a no go. So I went for almost or way over a week thinking she just didnt do the policy. Told me to cancel the policy I was in the first day if I would have canceled I would have been in trouble. Not good at all.

Erie is great but the agents in Central park are so unprofessional. I was mislead by an agent back in Nov 2017. I called to see if the confusion could be resolved. I explained to the manager the situation and he stated that my phone call to an agent never happened and stands by his agents and not the CUSTOMER because he trains them well. I was also told he knew my kind. I was pretty much called a liar. He told me that his agents do not make those kind of mistakes and it was my fault for misleading myself. I was shocked that something so simple turned into a manager disrespecting me. They asked me to email them documents to resolve the issue and they stated they did not receive it. They were still giving me a hard time. I called corporate and they said a district Manager was going to call me and they never did.
