SANA YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING. I live in Tulsa Oklahoma & was looking to order a hood & a headlight for my Audi which i couldn’t find anywhere & when i did it was extremely expensive. They got me the part i needed at reasonable price shipped & received in timely manner and she was very consistent keeping in contact. Y’all are GREAT.

I called asking for a bumper cover that they had listed online. Sana was really outstanding, called me to give me updates and helped me make sure I get the part on time. Please know that they dont ship to residential addresses and the shop has to buy it in order to have it shipped to them. I was glad to pick up. Thanks, Sana! You are the best.

VERY VERY VERY VERY DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bought a fender and they received full payment. Called and got an email conformation that it was ready for pick up. I drove 200 miles to pick it up and when i got there the guy at the counter told me it wasnt there and it was his problem i needed to call whoever it was that i bought it from. It was from his business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.

This company is committing fraud. Invoice says unable to return part after 30 days. We bought a part, came in damaged and we called within the week to get the part returned. They are blaming the shipping company and do not want to take back the part and refund. Shipping company chosen by them and they do not want to take responsibility. Terrible service and terrible quality. Stay away.

Chris is the man! Called Lucky Line Auto Parts to get 2 doors for my 2018 Nissan Rogue I could not find anywhere on the east coast! These guys had them in great condition and super affordable! Service was HORRIBLE. Placed a order over the phone specifically told them I lived a hour away and they never pulled the part after I had already purchased the part before my arrival. Not to mention they never had checked the condition on the part prior to my arrival no screws was attached and it was very damaged. I asked for a refund they didn’t have my information correct and tried to offer me $20.00 when I clearly had my receipt stating I paid $52.65. There internet service wasn’t working properly so they couldn’t refund my card it took a manager to come and say give me cash. When I had already said just give me cash in the first place but they acted like they couldn’t. Thanks for nothing. UNlucky line auto!!! It made me put 1 but I recommend 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a joke. They dt care about their customers. My order arrived 10 days late and my container was gone so I wanted to returned it but they wouldnt heard that and their customer service as useless, she promises me that she will give me a call to resolve the issue but she never did. I will never do business with them. The order was a hood and it cost me $278.70. I just lost my money and received a trash.

Went in with a laundry list of parts I needed for my 370z. They helped me source out everything very quickly and efficiently. I was beyond happy with my experience and the service from all the guys there. Will definitely be going back for anything I need in the future!

Husband sent me here to get a part they said they had. Went in and talked to the receptionist and she informed me they didn’t have it. Fix the website so it will correctly display items.

Picked up a hood from them in good shape for the age of the car. Everyone is super nice and friendly.

Sent me the wrong item, and because I travel its been too long for a refund according to them. Ordered a steering wheel and it was from a completely different vehicle.. check your item as soon as you get it, whomever labels the items is suspect

We recently ordered a wheel for a 2007 BMW 328i from Lucky Line Auto Parts. When our customer came in for the wheel we discovered they sold us the wrong wheel for the vehicle. We immediately called them back to see if they had the correct wheel which they did not. They informed us there would be a 25% restocking fee to return the incorrect wheel they sold us. They have now realized it was there mistake and have now given a complete refund.Arts Automotive Inc.
