She connected me with my sales person Tim and he was awesome as well. Tim made the whole process super easy. We did all of the price negotiations and financing over the phone and via text. The process was super easy and very thorough. Tim even offered to drive over an hour to bring the vehicle to us to test drive. Buyer beware. Dishonest business practices in place.Radley Cadillac in Fredericksburg, VA sold me a car that had twice been in an accident, which they did not disclose to me at the time of sale. I called them to let them know that and the manager Mr. Michael Jordan told me that Carfax is online so it is available for me to look at. Which is true.My impression is when I bought the Cadillac CT6 certified pre-owned, that Cadillac wouldnt certify a pre-owned vehicle that sustained damage. This car was in two accidents, one minor rear end, and second was moderate damage and vehicle was not drivable.In fact when I first started driving the car it made a clicking noise, and I brought it back into the shop, which they were able to fix. Then I noticed the alignment was off. I planned to bring it back in for that but then I decided to get rid of it. While at the Toyota dealership they informed me that the car was in accidents, and that they werent minor so it would affect the trade in value quite a bit.I should have done my due diligence and looked up the carfax. However I was misled by the Cadillac certified pre owned sticker and thought a luxury car dealer like Cadillac wouldnt have such poor businesses practices.I dont know if this is standard practice for Cadillac - or if this is just a Radley thing?I got rid of the car today and paid 10,000 dollars to break even on it after owning it for 8 months. Im putting it in the past, but I definitely dont feel like I was treated right by this dealership.Reading other reviews it sounds like things arent all bad, and the manager called me back promptly and was very nice. But nice doesnt equal integrity.
Absolutely love this dealership. Our business had been looking for our first cargo van and we looked extensively for the perfect van for our needs while also finding a great deal. Our first drive around the lot was a rainy cloudy day and no less than 30 seconds of arriving comes Todd Gough (the most knowledgeable, low-pressure, and most accommodating sales guru you could ask for) with a big smile through the rain offering us his card quickly as we were on our way out. Todd worked hard on our deal with his manager to fit our exact needs. Their pricing was by far the best on this vehicle including surrounding states and worked on our trade in value which was the best by far from 5 dealerships that appraised it. A quick a painless financing happened next with no hidden fees or hold back. A straightforward car lot that prices their cars right the first time, does what is within their means to accommodate your deal, and doesnt take 5 hours of your time with a mountain of papers. Todd, you are outstanding and have earned yourself and Radley our business for a lifetime and as many referrals as we can give.
I decided to buy a new car on a whim while down in Virginia for an unrelated matter. I live in New York. After looking for a Cadillac XT5, we found a great deal on a new, rollover model at Radley. I called the dealership at 9 that morning when they opened and inquired about the vehicle. Penny was excellent and explained that she would pull the vehicle from the lot so that it didnt sell while we took care of other matters.Before we left to head to the dealership, my husband reminded me that the title to my current Cadillac was back home in New York. I texted Penny that I didnt have my title. She replied instantly letting me know that wouldnt be a problem.The vehicle was ready for us when we arrived, as promised. Todd walked us through every part of the vehicle and the ins and outs. He spent so much extra time with us and answering all of our questions. My experience was surprisingly short of the five star quality that it should have been. I was not offered coffee or any type of beverage as some other customers were in my waiting experience. I was even more VERY DISAPPOINTED when they allowed a customer to not only come in WITHOUT a mask on protecting themselves, but also protecting everyone else from covid-19. They allowed the lady to sit there for at least 45 minutes to an hour with no type of protection on at all and she coughed several times. That was VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.
My husband and I stopped here to check out a car we had seen online. Todd Gough came out pulled the car up for the test drive. This was the single best car buying experience I have ever had. Todd Gough gave incredible service and attention without cheesy or annoying pressure. Sad to say that my experience with the service department was sub par.. I went in to have an oil change and had an appointment for 8am. After 30 minutes I had to ask what was taking so long. Ryan said they were finishing up and if wanted they could skip the wash. Well, yeah. I didn’t ask for a wash now did I. Service needs to understand the idea behind an appointment. I had other obligations scheduled accordingly. I have never had an oil change last an hour. But I guess that is how long it takes when 4 guys are standing around laughing leaned up on your vehicle. I saw this through the window. They stood there for 10 minutes.... at least with Grease monkey or Jiffy Lube the employees are there for your sake.
I had a great experience getting my vehicle inspected at Radley Cadillac. The service staff was friendly and respectful. When I arrived for my appointment, the team was punctual in getting my vehicle in for inspection and out in a reasonable time.
I live in Stafford and i used to drive to Alexandria to visit Lindsay Cadillac. After a buddys recommendation i decided to give to Radley Cadillac a try. It was the best decision i made. They are very courteous and the communicate well throughout the maintenance process.
I had in a horrible experience with the Cadillac any Fredericksburg. I ask that they diagnose my truck and Give me an estimate of how much it will cost to get the work done for everything. They told me they check out my whole vehicle and gave me an estimate. When I got my truck back After a month or so, My truck was still a running horribly. If they would have diagnose and a thorough check on my truck like I asked. I would have gotten a new vehicle instead of wasting my money on the vehicle that I have that Im stuck with now. Ive been doing plenty of business with Cadillac and I feel like they treated me horribly I will never ever recommend Anyone to go there. I saw them treat other customers much better than they treated me. I felt like I was being profiled
I have been going to Radley Cadillac for 6-8 years, and for the most part have received good service throughout those years. However, 5 out of the last 7 times I have been here to get service, which included rotating the tires, they have failed to rotate the tires.Even after verifying with the Service Rep that the rotation would happen, it didnt.

Got a second opinion and found out my car did not need the repairs Radley Cadillac claimed I needed. I saved myself $1000 by getting a second opinion. Beware of scams and auto repair fraud! Recommend getting a second opinion before having any repairs done at Radley Cadillac!

Came in paid with cash no financing at all drove the vehicle home and with in less than 500 miles driven in the vehicle it starts smoking terribly. I called and informed them and informed them of what was going on and told them I havent even had the vehicle 2 week . I would like my money back. They insist that the vehicle was fine and that I could drive almost 2 hours back to them to diagnose and they would give me estimates to fix the problem are you kidding me????? Absolutely outstanding service. My mom & I were on a long road trip passing through town as the brakes on our Escalade failed in the middle of the night. We were towed to this dealership hoping to be repaired as they opened. I explained to the service dept how weve been on a long trip, still have far to go, and had to be to work in another state the next day. Everyone was very helpful. They changed our front rotors, calipers, and pads and had us back on the road by noon. Thank you so much for the help, prioritization, and outstanding work...great people doing great work.

Everything went well although I like the guys who handle the service department on Saturdays better than the folks on the Monday I was there. The Saturday crew are much nicer, more helpful and more detail oriented. They go over anything that the mechanic finds in addition to what I came in for and then make suggestions. On Monday that did not happen. But I still like the dealership. I will just make sure that I come for my service appts on Saturdays only.
On February 1, 2020, I placed an order for a set of floor mats for a 2014 Cadillac CTS. I paid an additional $18.00 to have the floor mats overnighted. On February 3, 2020, I received an email stating the floor mats were on back order. I spoke to a Radley Cadillac representative in the parts department and he confirmed the floor mats were on back order and I should receive them in 4 or 5 business days. On February 10, 2017, I called Radley Cadillac and spoke to the same representative, who stated the floor mats should be in on any day. On February 13, 2014, I received an email stating my order for the floor mats had been canceled with no explanation for the cancellation. On February 13, 2020 at approximately 10:30 AM, I called Radley Cadillac to speak with the same representative and was told he would investigate the reason my order was canceled. On February 13, 2020 at approximately 4:00 PM, I called Radley Cadillac and asked to speak with manager to ascertain the status of the order, since I did not hear back from the representative that was assisting me earlier in the day. The Radley Cadillac representative that answered the phone told me the manager was busy with another customer. The representative took my name and number and stated she would have the manager call me. On February 14, 2020, I called Radley Cadillac to follow-up on the status of my order. I spoke to the same representative in the parts department and was told my order had been canceled because there was a problem with my card. I had used the same card on several occasions the previous day with no problems. After waiting for 2 weeks for an order that was supposed to be overnighted, I would have thought someone would have contacted me to let me know there was a problem processing the order. Instead Radley Cadillac chose to brush me off, not follow-up and not return my phone calls. As of February 16, 2020, I still have not received a call from the manager. I know a floor mat order is a small thing, but if they can’t come through on floor mats how will they deliver on something like a car purchase.
The Radley Cadillac Service Team was able to assess, isolate, and correct the issue with my Cue system in a very small amount of time. Then the technician that worked on my car came out and explained it to me. This is one of many satisfied trips to the dealership. The Radley Cadillac Team is OUTSTANDING!
I just bought a second car from Radley Cadillac. I thought my first time buying a car there was a great all around experience but the second time was even better! Not only was the sales person and the office people friendly and helpful like last time but the service department and the mechanic was part of my very happy experience this time! Tony is my salesman. He is a older gentleman and obviously has some issues physically BUT that did NOT stop him from walking around the dealership multi tasking to get things done for customers. And to top it all off it was very hot outside and he went outside to put tags on my car that required him to get to the ground and sweat and get dirty! I asked him to come inside and not do it but he said that is what he wants to do for his customers is give them the Radley Cadillac treatment! I was in awe of him. Tony did his job selling me another car but he was not the reason that made my mind up this time. I had a few reservations and questions about the car I was buying so Paul the service manager got all the paperwork and service records on the car and allowed me to look at them and ask him any questions I had about the car which made me feel more comfortable. And what really made me buy the car with confidence and peace of mind even though the car has a 6 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty is the mechanic Robert! He explained to me every service record and what was done during the service visit. Then he put the car on the lift and went through the car with me from front to back so I can see how great the car looked underneath. Robert took his time out of his day to re-inspect the car after it was inspected. I never had a service manager or a mechanic sell me a car but these guys did! That just goes to show you that everyone at Radley Cadillac care about the customer and take pride and confidence in the dealership and their product! If you want a Cadillac or any car I strongly recommend and suggest you go to Radley Cadillac.

Absolutely LOVE Stephanie. Shes very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help me. I had trouble learning the remote start and she came outside to take me through it. Shes prompt in her return phone calls if I miss her when I call, and keeps me informed of progress on parts etc.
I had an issue with my SRX ..the dash and center console was blacking out and eventually shut all the way down. ..car wouldnt even start. I feared it was the full electrical panel failing but the service department is hopeful that with a new battery and cable that the issue is resolved. They even informed me that if the issue continued to bring it back and they will take care of it. I am impressed with the quality of service.....they were more than accommodating. Definitely a good dealer to do business with based on my experiences.

My salesman, John Druiett, never gave up and convinced me to fly to his dealership after I walked away from a dishonest dealer in a different state. The dealerships F&I Manager, Ryan, did an excellent job as well.
Eric did such an awesome job dealing with my service issues. It was a very expensive fix but he worked with me and I left there feeling extremely satisfied. I truly appreciate his efforts!!

They did my state inspection free as a courtesy. They also did 2 updates that I didnt know it needed. I also appreciate my seat position was in the same place I left it. Its a small thing but so many times at other dealers Ive come out to my car and the seat was either to far forward I couldnt get in or way back and I fall in.
Robert and his team found the problem in my EXT and repaired completely, great service. I have one problem I believe you over charge on the parts, I am checking with GM to ascertain what my price would be for the items installed. Will definitely return for work needed Thanks

I will never step into Cadillac Escalade dealership again
It was seamless and great to deal with everyone involved with our purchase. That is why we are on our 4th car with Radley Cadillac of Fredericksburg. They make us feel like part of the family and take care of all our needs and wants.
I had a recall on my Cadillac and they handled it great. The repair did take some time but they have a comfortable and clean waiting area. Nobody likes to have to repairs but if you do I suggest using them.
Service was excellent. Axle issue covered under warranty. Headlight issue is not resolved but that is not the fault of Radley. Cadillac should replace the faulty headlights. I have friends with the same headlight issue and they say they will never purchase another Cadillac and Im leaning that way also.
This is an AWESOME service center.... Mr. Troy and the engineer that worked on my vehicle were excellent. They kept me informed and treated me like I was a VIP. I am proud to say this is my service center.
The personnel I dealt with were very helpful, however I still have a problem. The reason I took my car in for service was because the two tires were wearing on the outside tread therefore I requested a complete front and rear alignment. Once the car was on the rack and all wheels check it showed that none of the wheels were out of alignment. I did request that the wheels be rebalanced. Once I got home and thinking about the problem I feel that it is a tire issue. I plan on going back to the dealer tomorrow and talking with them about replacing the tires.
After my experience used car shopping here today, I would strongly caution anyone considering buying used from this dealership. The condition of the vehicle under the hood was shameful. What was offered to me as a good car at a great price, was actually a nightmare in disguise. I am so glad I had my mechanic look at it, which the dealership salesman said wasnt necessary. They insisted if I didnt buy it tonight it would be put up for auction tomorrow. If thats the case they will be lucky to get rid of it, but if thats just a line they pull with people others should be aware and not fall victim. I wont be shopping here again, I expected so much more from Cadillac.
Ive never had a more unprofessional experience in my life. I dealt with the internet sales team. It was a Sunday night when I reached out about the vehicle that I liked. On Monday I received an email and a call about the vehicle. I informed the saleswoman (Penny) that I was interested and inquired about shipping. She confirmed that they could ship the vehicle and she would get quotes back to me that day I looked and looked with no quotes. I also received an email from an online salesman (Ben) who works with Penny. It was a lot of back and forth via phone and email and finally on Friday we had everything in place. They had run my credit I was approved with 0 down payment and they just needed a payment to pull the car and hold it for shipping and return of my paperwork. I was happy to provide this and did so immediately. Provided my credit card for payment around 1130 am CST and received a text about 2:30 CST that someone was test driving the vehicle and they would let me know the outcome. Im puzzled and confused on how someone could test drive a vehicle that a purchaser already provided their credit card to hold the same vehicle And then furious because the person who test drove it was allowed to purchase it. Please do not waste your time working with the internet sales team here. Its a waste of time, energy and check of credit that was not needed. They then wanted to find me another similar vehicle No thank you, I do not have confidence to work with your team.
As always Eric and Stephanie were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The maintenance was performed quickly. A trip to Radley is always a pleasure.
I have purchased two Cadillacs from Radley Cadillac and I am very pleased. The team there has always gone out of their way to address any concerns I may have and they have been more than helpful. I can also say that I am pleased with the deals I have received on the vehicles.

Marketed me for a recall on my vehicle. They called me once the part arrived, and I scheduled an appointment with them. The shop is an hour from my home. I get to the shop and they tell me that they have the wrong parts. There were several days between the time they called me to schedule an appointment and the actual appointment. Why didnt they figure this out before I drove 2 hours total for the appointment? There was no apology by any of the staff and they acted as if they were doing me a favor. Horrible group of people.
