Wally, Matt, & Melissa were great to work with. No hassles, no issues. Tub was delivered faster than original time frame (great for me). Set up was easy, financing was as advertised and I paid a extremely fair price! No competitor came close in price and features. Best part(s)? I was treated as special, never felt ripped off after seeing a Hot Tub fair in my town after I signed on the dotted line, and it is so much better than any hot tub I have ever used before. Thanks!

Our hot tub purchasing experience has been miserable. The company is continuously non-responsive to our many issues with the faulty hot tub that we purchased four months ago. We have had several issues with our hot tub resulting in it being unusable. After numerous attempts we cannot get a response from Wally and Matt Hayden. It really has been the worst purchase we have ever made!

Dont waste your time with these guys better off buying locally trust me Ive went gray just dealing with them

Completely unresponsive, they take your money and then never return phone calls. 6 months later and Im still waiting on parts that I paid for to be delivered. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Aqua Living sells a good product for a great price, but be prepared to have another resource for service issues, unless you can repair it your self. Never got a call back after the initially speaking with them, even when reaching out by phone, and email.

By far the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. Wally has yet to fulfill an order from over 6 months ago. The customer service is nonexistent at best. Call all you want and you won’t get a straight answer or even a return call. Very disrespectful to say the least. If it’s this bad trying to get the items you already paid for, I can’t emagine how bad it would be if you need your spa serviced or any type of warranty claim.This place is a joke.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I purchased a spa from Wally several years ago and had a great experience and love the spa and the personal service that I received. I had a question on how to change the filter cycle last night and Wally answered my call at 9pm, thats service!!!!!

I strongly recommend to not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Dr. Wellness Spa from them 2 years ago, because their price seemed lower than most other companies. After one year, during the summer in August, two valve controllers broke. I called them left several messages, after 2 months of leaving messages they finally returned my phone call. I had to pay to order the replacement parts. In December, the valves arrived and their service guy Matt came out and said the wrong valves were ordered. He took the parts and said he will order the correct valves. In February I still hadnt heard anything and I called the manager Wally, who said they were still waiting on the parts. In March, I called him and he said the parts came in and Matt would come to install them. I am still waiting. Now, their number actually has changed to go to a phone service company where you have to leave a message and they never call you back. It has been almost one year and i still dont have this fixed. Worst service ever, unbelievable!
