Love BB& Beyond! They always seem to have the kitchen gizmo you need or one you never knew you needed until you saw it. They also have a great selection of simple human liners which I shop for every six months here for. Great place to look for towels and other textiles as well. I have been fond of this place ever since I learned how they stand behind your purchase and the return policy is incredible.

Quick order online and pick up. Saw lots of mask wearers, too.

Customer service was helpful but the store is in a hard to reach location, with a nasty parking lot. Store is perpetually grungy looking and the quality of many of the products has decreased significantly over the years. Corporate really handcuffs the store when trying to rectify online order issues.

Professional employees, bedding selection crisp!

Great items, excellent cashiers. Did not appreciate being so blatantly followed by their internal security. I was purchasing curtains for a second home I purchased, had 2 carts and my 80 year old mother with me. Kept getting confronted by the same employee (security) asking if I needed help. Kept saying, no, I was fine. Yes, I spent a good 2 hours in the store finding everything for 4 windows. He even followed me to the cashier. I wanted to just leave everything and go somewhere else. I know he was doing his job, but there are ways of conducting yourself doing this type of work. I have worked in the same industry so I know. Very inexperienced and rude. Will not go back to this BB&B.

So under stocked lately, not sure if its a manufacturing, distribution, or staying issue but if there is nothing on the shelves Im not going to continue to go looking for whats not there

Been going there for years and my place to go and buy all house things.

High prices and poorly, inaccurately, or just plain unmarked merchandise made it difficult to get pricing, and I saw no employees on the floor to help. I went looking for a simple reasonably priced comforter, and besides expensive goose down ones, they only had 4 and 6 piece sets with a bunch of stuff I didnt need, and at high prices to boot. One would think that a store that specializes in bedding enough that its named Bed... would carry comforters. Thank goodness for places like Costco and Target!

Customer service on the floor was outstanding, the cash register was the longest stay cant really complain they were waiting on customers ensuring there purchases were ok.

This a great place to be at. I love that ever time I go there I find something else new and exciting to look at. I always find just want I need at there place for my house. Also love there coupon policy. Totally check it out if you need stuff for your home at a great price

Oh my gosh! I had never been in this store before and I am glad that I wandered in. If you like kitchen gadgets, nice cookware, and dishes then you got to give this place a visit. There is much more to this store, but I love me some kitchen stuff.

We found the item we wanted with some difficulty. There are a lot of items and few signs or people telling you where to go. Grocery stores or home depot stores have better signage.

Popsockets!!! Quality brand! We went here first, before going to the mall, glad we did! I got a pretty flowered popsocket and my son got a black one. I got an Alexa there for Christmas in 2018, they always have good stuff!

Howdy ! Sharing stories over a good meal with grandparents is like icing on the cake. And for the past couple months have contemplated an air fryer for grandma, but wanted to make sure she had the best . After a lot of research and reading reviews, I finally narrowed down between NINJA FOODI and NuWAVE. Patrick is the store manager at Bed bath & Beyond, and I am so glad that he is there. Patrick is professional and still takes time to ensure the people shopping there feel that there concerns are important. As always I can never find anything I go for or anyone to help me. Walked around looking lost and confused and I swear the employees ran from me. I sighted an employeee and on approach, NO EYE CONTACT, I managed to say Excuse me, could u.... before she took a sharp right turn and acted as if Id said nothing.
