He had us test 5-6 different mattresses but also encouraged us to try others that might be the one. He was very open about prices, shared their specials, and explained how the warranties, deliveries, and window for deciding if we were happy or not worked. We didnt feel pressured at all to buy and left for a few hours only to return and test our top 2 again before making a decision.

My husband and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Leonard, our sales guy, was super knowledgeable and was able to help us find a bed that would work best for us. After explaining to him our issues with finding a bed previously, he was very thorough in explaining each part of the process. He even ensured our mattress would be delievered on the 48 hour time frame. This was very important to us considering we waited three weeks for a different mattress that was never delivered (it was purchased with a completely different company). We are really pleased and are looking forward to having our new bed!

Bought the Serta iseries hybrid 4000 king plush mattress. They said it would take a couple weeks to break it in and get use to it.... it literally took me about 5 mins!!! I have always had traditional coil mattresses with pillow tops etc, but would still wake up with aches and sores (Im only 38 y/o). After sleeping on this for one night for the past 2 weeks, I can honestly say I have never slept this GREAT in my life!!! Zero numb arms, zero aches or sores during the night or in the morning. This bed is also super cooling, so I NEVER sleep hot which is amazing!!! Truly worth every penny!!! I am a side sleeper, and this bed truly takes away any pressure areas!!!Mattress firm staff at Central Park: TRULY amazing!!! TOP KNOTCH!!! EXTREMELY knowledgable!! And NOT PUSHY!! You dont feel rushed to buy the first mattress you lay on. I have dealt with Joey, Moe and Shaun and all have been EXCELLENT!! I absolutely LOVE the mattress I ordered from this place. I don’t remember what it’s called, but it’s one of those hybrid memory foam/coil mattresses. I went in so I could walk out with mattress in hand, but this store actually didn’t have it in stock at all... better yet none of the stores on the east coast had it! I went in already knowing I wanted this mattress.Typically in these situations I feel like a huge burden and end up just caving in and settling for whatever just to make sure I don’t upset anyone. But the man that sold me the mattress (his name started with a J, maybe Joe?) was easily the nicest, ready to serve customer sales rep I’ve ever encountered. I’m still blown away honestly. He called all kinds of people to get it worked out, gave me an amazing deal on the mattress, and had it shipped to me from a warehouse somewhere in California. It came within a week! And it ended up being better that it was shipped because I was in the process of moving, and the mattress showed up at my new apartment literally the day I needed it. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I’ve found that my back pain has improved and I’m sleeping a lot better. I’m so happy I went there and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new mattress!

After spending 5 hours looking around, we visited Mattress Firm in Central Park last and they were definitely the best! We were greeted by SHAUN who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We tried about 6 different beds before choosing a plush medium BeautyRest. But I wanted the night to think it over and Shaun did not push or pressure us to buy today. He advised us to come before 2:45 pm next day so were able to get the bed delivered next day.We came back the next day and LEONARD was there to assist us the rest of the way. Before he had us initial or sign anything, he explained what we were signing. Saved a load of money buying during their King bed, Queen Price sale.Overall, best decision weve ever made!! He was very knowledgeable and knows his mattresses. I was in there for a couple of hours trying to make up my mind on which mattress I wanted for my issues with my back problems. He was so patient with an older lady. I kept going back and forth trying all the different firm feeling mattresses. He listened to my every comment on each mattress. He kept sending me back and forth trying the feel on each mattress and suggesting to me the difference about each mattress. I eventually settled on a firm Sterns and Foster. I would have liked a Temperpedic but the Sterns and Foster was in my price range. I had a Sterns and Foster for 10 years and it served me well. The mattress has been delivered and I am very satisfied with its firmness. Thank you Leonard for helping a very indecisive person make a good choice on a great mattress.

I will be moving soon to Virginia and walked into the Mattress Firm in Fredericksburg. As I walked through the door, I was instantly greeted by Moe, who was nothing short of amazing. I purchased a Mattress for 1500 ! I was supposed to get a 10 year warranty! Ha ! What a joke ! I paid 89 dollars for Warrenty company to come out . They claimed they didn’t service the area ! Same one they delivered it to ! I made over 40 attempts to contact people no go ! My mattress lasted me 4 months . Shame on this company! Bought 600 dollar mattress from wayfair! Amazing! Mind you the one I bought from mattress discounters folded like a taco . It’s in the dump ! Poor customer service! They get 0 stars

My husband and I bought an adjustable mattress base from sales rep Joseph and were happy with his friendliness and the fact it could be delivered that same week (about 3-4 days later). However I’m disappointed with the delivery and set up process. Joseph explained to us that the set up was quite complicated and would take about 30 minutes for a professional to complete so it would be best to spend the extra $100 and have them set it up for us. Also with that they were supposed to wear protective booties and I would think they’d wear masks since we are in the middle of a pandemic. However, neither was done. To top that off it took the delivery driver a total of 5 minutes to unbox our mattress base and pop on four legs to it. My husband and I could have easily done that and saved $100. I feel mislead and wish I wouldn’t have agreed to the set up fee and letting unnecessary people in my house during this time.

Came in about an hour before close and unlike most salesmen, Joe was more than happy to help out my fiancee and I who are to be wedded soon and getting our first place together. He took his time showing us through the different matress types and what was comfortable for us while respecting our price range. I am satisfied with my purchase as well as his customer service skills.
