Matthew patiently went through several different mattress options with me as I went around and “tested” the beds. After doing MONTHS of research on Bed in a Box, I decided I had to know what Memory Foam felt like. I went to this store and was greeted by Matthew. We enjoyed a nice, no pressure talk with Bob, the store manager, but had one more mattress we wanted to try before committing. Matthew was the best. My husband, daughter and I went shopping for sheer comfort and found it with Tempur-Pedic mattresses. We ended up buying 2 kings that day. Matthew is by no means a high pressure salesman. He just gives you want you need when you want it, information. He also made the process and delivery very timely. The two gentlemen that delivered them were Abner and Dilelo, and they couldnt have been more helpful or courteous. You can be sure when Im ready to purchase another mattress Ill be going back to Matthew in Cosners Corner.

I went to get a new bed for my guest room and William was the salesman who helped me. He was wonderful and knew everything about the beds and was more than helpful. He was very friendly and pleasant. I have never met a salesman like him before and it was a pleasure just talking to him about the beds. The sale was great and I got the best deal that I have ever gotten in my life at buying anything. I couldnt wait to tell my daughter and show her the new bed. I went to the store on Thursday and the bed was delivered on Saturday and they came within the time limit and the guys but the bed together really quick. So I am so pleased with this whole shopping experience that I plan to buy my next bed there also.

I seen the good ratings, but as a college kid on a budget I was very disappointed at this one. Maybe there were other associates at the time. There was only one person there when I arrive his name was William. He made me feel like I was talking to a used car dealer. Once he heard my budget was under 600 for a twin mattress by itself I was showed discount nasty floor models in the small backroom and not what was on the website, especially if I wanted quick delivery or to pick the mattress up myself. As an owner of a truck and the ability to drive to the dump saving money on delivery cost sounds good, every cent counts. When I ask about the models in the main room i was told it was way more than i could afford. I felt like I was dirt and couldnt have anything better then the well used and tried models. There just wasnt any understanding or care, I did not feel welcome or respected. If youre okay with higher prices, cold service and limited selection this is the place to go. Right around the corner is Mattress Firm and their service is amazing. I got a beautiful brand new twin from an associate who took the time to hear my needs and wants and work with me. Im glad I shopped around and compared prices. I even stepped up for delivery of my name brand 10 year warranty mattress, that I was told I couldnt afford elsewhere... I hope you have better experience or the time to look around. Youre not paying to be mistreated, offended and insulted.

He was very knowledgeable about the products he sold, took his time answering out questions and made us feel very comfortable - it can be intimidating to lay down on a mattress to test your comfort level with a stranger! When you are purchasing a Tempurpedic, all of the mattress retailers will have the same price and the same promo offer of financing (which you cant beat at 0% for 60 months!) but my other reason for choosing Mattress Warehouse over the others was the short time it took to be delivered! Purchased on a Saturday afternoon and delivered at 8:30am Tuesday! The two delivery men were very professional and took care not to scratch the leather on the sleigh bed, accepted coffee and a soda and were so polite! Speedy and professional from start to finish!
