I love the nice people but I could and have found all of my books cheaper on Amazon. They were new as well, but I recommend getting used ones those are the best deals. Especially when they are in good condition. Ebay has some good options too. Have a nice day.

The service was good, people were walking around and helping everyone find their books. The staff was kind and understanding. There was a very long line to checkout and they seemed a little under staffed for it, but Id just chalk that up to the new semester frenzy. Overall, I was very pleased.

Book store is nice and staff is helpful. There is now a desk to greet people when they enter the bulding. It is in the lobby area before you enter the bookstore.

This review will pertain directly to the actual bookstore inside Germanna, and not the campus itself. It is very well-stocked, and the staff on hand can find you what you need almost instantly if you are having trouble. This being said, you have to drop any bags at the front (anti-theft policy), and a newcomer may easily miss the sign. I distinctly remember an employee being rude and pedantic when I first went, as I did not remove my backpack initially. For this I withold one star, but in every other regard I was completely satisfied.

They have all of the books youd need, and also often have cashiers whove taken the classes, so you can sometimes save money by asking what from the required materials list will actually be of much use.The computer deals are also good: I personally buy warranty-backed manufacturer refurbished, so I can get better performance and quality for less money with used enterprise surplus (Thinkpads, ASUS, Dell Optiplex, etc). But if you need the certainty of buying new, you wont find the cheap Walmart-grade Dells, HPs, and Acers for cheaper anywhere else. 5-10% off might not seem like much, but its the difference between a 4-thread or 8-thread CPU for format conversion in your graphic design class. The difference between 4GB RAM and 12-16GB for running VMs and compilers. The cost difference is small, but the usability difference is night-and-day.

Excellent customer service! The counselors and other staff, to include the cashier took time with us and were very resourceful and provided a pleasant atmosphere.

As long as you are willing to keep up with your studies the staff/teachers are willing to help you out.

Its an okay community college. Not very organized and professors are meh. But I got my degree!

Financial aid has taken over a month to reply. Staff cant do much about it, understandably. The staff however, is clearly overworked by the amount of students they have to see in the office. Hire more staff, or give them a raise because they look wore out

Its expensive, but this is a college. They have a nice little collection of stuff and I can always find the books I need there.
