After shopping around to many spa dealers for months, we finally decided on our hot tub! Kevin is great and gave us all the necessary information to make an informed decision that was best for our family and budget. He also supplied us with all chemicals and filters to keep it running clean and smooth for a while. Definitely check them out!* I will post an update following delivery.

My husband and I received our spa just recently and we were having issues with our well water and what appeared to be a chemical reaction. This happened right before we were expecting guests for the weekend. We walked into the Fredericksburg shop and spoke to Kevin Drew. He instantly knew what the issue was and was able to calm my nerves with a cure for my sick tub. The next day he took the time to call and make sure all was well, which it was. We will continue to do business with him for any or all of our spa needs.

I love this place. I gently weep when they are closed! When I go here I am not let down. I will say when I went I here I looked at the floor and I saw it needed sweeping! Something in the way they move products attracts me like no other spa dealer! Props to Kevin *Plays lovely guitar solo

This place is fantastic - the definition of professionalism. Kevin Drew helped us purchase a spa and billiards table for our new vacation home. His old school approach and focus on customer satisfaction were apparent from the start. Both the spa and billiards table were first-time purchases for us, but Kevin was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions. He got us great deals on both, and worked hard to ensure that delivery and assembly were properly taken care of. Kevin also arranged for an electrician - with whom he has worked for 18 years - to hook up the spa and make necessary electrical modifications to the house to ensure optimum performance. We were very pleased with the quality of this work. Kevin also arranged for delivery of water — he literally took care of everything. Even after the purchases, Kevin followed up to ensure things were going well and to answer any questions. I bought a tub about 2 years ago and went to this store 2 years ago, their Fairfax location, and was treated like I was trash. The only redeeming thing about this business is Derick, their service technician.

Limited stock. Unenthusiastic salesmen. Never even have the chemicals I need for my hot tub which I bought through Luxury Pools and Spas. Not impressed!!!

We called for maintenance for our J-335 hot tub. Derek came over and removed the heater and thought to keep the water circulating because it was cold. The heater came in and Derek was over the next day to install, under less than ideal conditions. He called the next day to ensure all was OK. This is wonderful service.

Worst customer service experience. No greeting, nor did the owner ask if I needed assistance. Also, the items are upcharged. Go to Amazon (if possible) and save yourself the trip, the money, and the headache.

I needed service done. It took me calling multiple times to get someone to perform service. Then the service tech didn’t tighten the hoses back properly and I had two inches of water in the bottom of my jacuzzi. When I called they wanted pictures. I sent them and the tech called me right away asking why I took pictures and was rude. The tech came out the next day to fix it but then said I’ll order another pump and replace the light for you too. He has never returned. I ordered a new cover in September and was told 4-6 weeks. I called last week to get passed along to another office for the status who never called me back. Such poor customer service.

We were able to order and have a hot tub delivered within two weeks which was fantastic given the long lead times at most places. There were a couple of hiccups with delivery but the manager of our local store, Kevin, was very responsive and worked with us to get everything fixed. Really appreciate the staff at the Fredericksburg location.

The kids and I bought my husband an Olhausen table for his birthday. He absolutely LOVES it. He plays almost every night for a couple hours. The sales team was very informative and answered all our questions. They didn’t press us for a sale. Prices are very reasonable. We were able to choose felt and trim color to match our own decor. The accessories (cues, rack, balls) are excellent quality. All a great plus! The delivery/assembly crew came on time with a pre-arrival phone call. They were very courteous as well as meticulous, with a flawless assembly and ensured the table was perfectly balanced. I don’t write very many reviews but we are pleased!

Hassle free shopping. We have been there a few times with questions that they have answered every time. Finally made the decision to purchase our pooltable from them and we are very happy with the whole sales process.

I purchased a spa from Kevin approximately 2 months ago. From the moment I walked into his store just “shopping” I felt welcomed and educated without pressure to purchase. After a week or so, I returned to buy. Kevin made the process simple and pain free. He even helped me get an electrician out to wire up the unit. These gentlemen go the extra mile. The wife and I have been very impressed with there service. We have purchased a Jacuzzi Tub and a very nice Pool Table. We have enjoyed many hours of family fun thanks to Premium Spas and Billiards.

My husband and I needed new cues so we checked these guys out and was surprised of their ample selection of billiards products! We picked up two premium cues and super cool cases. Excellent customer service!

Went in looking at hot tubs, ended up with a tub and a 9 foot table and a 8 person jacuzzi package deal. The reason they dont have the prices on the tubs is Because there are so many different options and configurations. Staff are very knowledgeable and installation crew were very good at what they do. They even registered the tub for its warranty. Highly recommend.

I had been shopping for a new hot tub and had looked around at a few stores but just could not quite find what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised when I went into Premium Spas and Billiards. I finally found a Jacuzzi 400 series hot tub. If you are interested in a new hot tub, I was also impressed with the selection of pool tables. This is the place, I highly recommend them.

Totally unimpressed. Limited selection, sales staff that werent terribly knowledgeable. The Jacuzzi products were boring. None of the modern bells and whistles that you would have expected. I was hoping for tub variety, colors, finish, bluetooth, pop-up video panels... and instead I found a couple of very bland tubs, a blander brochure, a $15,000+ pricetag, and a 4+ week delivery window.... Jacuzzi doesnt seem to have been keeping up with the competition... Ill keep looking.

These guys went out of there way to square me away. Customer for life. Purchased pool table and spa. Very happy with both.

Was referred by the manufacturer to the store. I went there to look at the Spas and likely buy one. The only individual in the place was on the phone. He never acknowledged I was in the place. I wondered around, looked at the spas, tried to get his attention, called my wife to describe the spas ... after 10 minutes and zero assistance ... I decided to find a place that is really interested in selling spas. At least more interested than talking on the phone with a customer in the store. I wont go back. I WILL buy a spa ... just not from this store.

I had them move a pool table for me. The amount of detail that Bobby took to make sure that the table was setup right amazed me. I had thought of moving it myself and am glad that I did not. I highly recommend them to anyone.
