Got a hot chocolate the day before that was cold, I dont even know how that happens. then today, it would be nice if they actually were there when the Store is open. youre better off just going to Starbucks

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Gloria Jeans Coffee shop. The customer service was amazing. The young lady who helped us was super sweet and took her job very seriously. I had the Carmel Turtle and my daughter had a Cookie Chiller and they both were delicious!! We both agree they were better then Starbucks!! I highly recommend this coffee shop and if your at the Freehold Mall definitely stop by and grab a specialty, coffee or chiller. The coffee shop is located in in the center of the mall infront of 5 BelowI will definitely will come back whenever I return to the mall.

Horrible experience! the lady at the cashier said the store was closed and then after a couple minutes I saw her serving someone else, very rude behavior.

Awful place to come upon! You can tell the bagels are always a constant week old and saved by the fridge due to their excessive firmness. Pastries are obviously not fresh either though! I got a chiller which I guess means icy chunks with barely any flavor. Kinda dirty place overall... BEWARE AND AVOID YOUR VISIT!!!!

The lady at the counter was not able to distinguish regular drink with the size (S,M,L) of it, rather spun an argument about how I ordered a regular drink which to her meant regular size. I was sure I told her M cappuccino regular. Poorly train staff + Somewhat okay coffee = poor experience

Manager scams customers and treats employees with great disrespect. Recieved phone calls from the manager after purchasing coffee about price increases and talked unprofessionally about his staff

Even Starbucks is better than this, somehow

Completely forgot my order. I was waiting there like for a good 10 minutes everyone who was behind me got their orders. I went with my family my entire family had already finished their drinks. Never coming here again. They dont care about their customers. The girl gave the 3/4 drinks to my family and literally cancelled my order, but I did not realize this until I saw that everyone was getting their drinks but me. Dont come here unless you want to wait for a while. One star for that reason. Most definitely wont be spending my money here again. Oh and they didnt even fill up my drink fully. If thats not a reason to not go here I dont know what is.

Good service, reasonable price and it’s good place to spend your time with your friends the atmosphere is awesome and taste of the drinks are nice.It is highly recommended and for me it’s as good as Starbucks .Strawberry ‘nd creamHot chocolate

My hot coffee was luke warm at best and the muffins I ordered for me and my grandson were frozen.

Stop here whenever I’m in the area. Love their coffee. Always greeted with a smile. Owner sometimes helps out too! Cool to see him working!

Its a good place to get a sweet coffee drink. Servers are generally nice and location is in a nice kiosk downstairs. Id recommend it to others who are into this type of drink. They have some light snacks as well.

I’ve only been here once so my review will be short. I had a coffee. It was decent. I’d try it again. I had no complaints and the girl working the counter was very helpful.

Love stopping by here when Im at the mall. They give out samples and this is how I was introduced to the white chocolate caramel cookie chiller. This has became one of my favorite drinks since!

I bought coffee and asked the guy to put a little bit of water cause there coffee is usually very strong and he put so much water that you can see the bottom of the cup clearly. All the other customers notice their coffees were lite too. So they all complaint. And the manager was very nasty. And did not wanted to give us fresh coffee. At the end he had to after all the complaints from everyone. He was very rude.

I everytime I go there its a different price for same 2 items I buy. One day Im spending 5 the next day Im spending 4 and the day after Im spending 6. Today I literally had the lady give 3 different prices before I stopped caring, I was so annoyed I didnt even want the stupid thing anymore.

I have to pay money for ice water crazy. very disappointed.

I am sure the coffee is fine but since they constantly have FoxNews on their television, I refuse to patronize this establishment. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. To reiterate: any business that plays FoxNews does not get my business.

Coffee is great but your workers never give right size asked for large you get small second time this has happen husband got regular coffee they gave him decaf you should hire people that speak English and understands english

Got a pumpkin spice chiller (which wasnt really pumpkin-y) and a string cheese which Im pretty sure I was charged close to $3 for..but wouldnt really know because I wasnt even offered a receipt.With Starbucks for a neighbor, youd think theyd try a little bit.
