Their mobile pick-up service is excellent. They never get my order wrong. Coffee is delish and accurate. The food is fresh and they always heat it up nicely.

This Starbucks location has phenomenal and quick service. The staff is very friendly, especially Tina! She is a hard worker and makes sure everyone she serves is accommodated to their expeditions, but that goes for the entire staff! Go get your Starbucks from this location, you will not be disappointed!

Not a huge smoothie drinker but I enjoyed the smoothie my granddaughter recommended. It was quite good. Service excellent, friendly and courteous. 👍

Im actually trying to give zero stars but one is what they would allow. The workers are very rude... My coworker always said this, but I wanted to see for myself. Well! She was right! You dont get my business along with many others. You dont get my money if youre rude baby.

It was chaos. I eventually just grabbed a drink... no name on it. And.... the place smelled like rotting garbage. We all know that smell.I also noticed they had lots of empty curbside pick up spots but no handicap parking. A woman outside was upset about this.

My favorite Starbucks location. The staff always lovely, and they always make my drinks perfectly. I order through the mobile app, and sometimes I know that can get a bit messed up, but they always manage to make my order perfectly every time. If there ever was an issue, they were always so quick to fix it and apologize with no attitudes or issues. I will be back, as I order basically every day and they always manage to have my order ready by the time I get there for me! Love this Starbucks!

Multiple times I have placed a curbside order and no one comes out with it; it gets left on the pickup counter inside. Why offer the service if you dont follow through?

Absolutely on point and then some, this Starbucks location like all the rest makes delicious and perfectly crafted coffees. The thing that makes this place stand out and above . The STAFF is amazing the baristas are so kind and willing to help for example when your app won’t load and you have enough points for free coffee but barista just says don’t worry about it it’s on us AMAZING

Barista named Darienne was very rude.. she rushed me along and gave me rude responses while ordering and she even raised her voice a bit with me.. Not pleased with this location at all.

Normally, I order the java chip. Today I went in wanting a hot latte and Emi helped me order something Id love! She was sooooo helpful and so incredibly kind. While I waited for my coffee, I listened to her and her coworkers greet each customer the moment they walked in (despite being ignored by most of them). The mocha was AMAZING and I will definitely be making this location my main one. Thank you Emi!

Service was horrible!! After a 20 minute wait asked about my order and got sorry we are backed up. Only took 5 minutes after my asking. Watched other people get their own piece meal. This place needs serious improvement. Might want to start with a manager. I will not return!!

Great service. I visited two days in a row while on a trip and had good service from the staff. On Friday morning, however, the crowd inside the store was almost alarming with Covid still going on.

Management needs to step up & clean the place better. The windows & doors always look dirty..full of fingerprints.

The food was very good but in the store there are so many people and not a lot social distancing but it was fine.

Ordered in the cafe waited 30minutes after hearing the barista state they “lost” stickers for orders to be made, I asked for a refund. They prioritize mobile orders over walk in customers. Complete chaos. 6 employees working and not one had a designated station.

I never review anything but this lady was so rude to me I felt like I had to do this. I accidentally picked up the wrong cup and she wanted to cause a scene. Pointing at my name and said “ see ! This is you! You’re Michelle. You can’t pick up other people’s cups” I didn’t even touch the lid or the actual cup so she could just easily put a new sleeve on. For her to be that rude to me is uncalled for and I go there almost every morning so now I’m going to second guest myself now on going there.

Lady with accent gave me and my cousin attitude. We wanted to buy the color changing cups and she said “you know they’re just reusable cups right?” And we said we know.

Recently renovated, clean with a friendly staff. I dont know her name but there is a sweet lady that works there that always greets you by name and just brings a great welcoming vibe to the place. It you run into her you will know immediately who she is. I believe she is there during the day.

Let’s face it Starbucks is Starbucks. Really the major differences are due to employees. This one is fortunately improving, but still has a ways to go. It’s just run poorly. I guess finding good baristas is not easy. Like I said improving but not great yet. Sad too since this is the one by my house. It’s busy, parking is tough.

I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks (almost exclusively and nearly daily) for at least 10 years. I admit that I have a “customized” drink. I have always had outstanding customer service, which has only improved since Carolina became manager. Which is shocking, because how does one improve on outstanding? But she has. I often have my laptop and find a table to work at during the week. Carolina is always kind and eager to correct whatever issue someone may have, even if I wouldn’t consider it an issue. She and the rest of the employees there are phenomenal. If someone has an issue with Carolina, any one else there, or this location....it’s simple, that person can’t be please.

Only one guy knew how to make the drinks. He had to tell the other two newly hired girls how to make some of the drinks. The cashier didnt listen and tried to charge us for a refill thinking we kept wanting another latte. As a gold members, I get free refills on hot/cold tea and coffee. I told her that several times and she still rang it up as another latte. Finally the manager had to step in to tell her to take off the latte because I was asking for a hot coffee. Thats free. Again, because shes new Im assuming that was why she misunderstood. At least that is what I call benefit of doubt.They also renovated and the bars are lower so you can actually see them better. Theres also a bar by the counter to sit at. The garbage can is still a mess but what are you going to do when its busy?In time, Im going theyre going to be the success that I believe they can be.

I have lived in freehold for approximately 12 years. I Remember because that when I built my dream house. Up until this year I have never experienced any problems with this Starbucks location. After the addition of someone named Carolina, the quality and friendly approach has hit rock bottom . If I were you, I would drive for miles until I get to another location. Encountering Carolina is definitely an experience worth puking over!!!!!

I visited this Starbucks at 8am on 8/29 and when I left I was like I have to shoot them a review! It was my first time visiting this location, and Im glad I did. They were the nicest and friendliest people I have ever seen working at a Starbucks! Alot of the customers seemed to be regulars because they staff spoke to them as if they knew them, which was really nice to see. Everyones orders, as well as mine, came out quickly and correctly. I enjoyed my visit so came back the next day and had the same positive experience:)

Best thing target did was put Starbucks in! Some staff awesome . There was a guy who was awesome. Dont they train future employees to smile. It goes such a long way I guess I am correct You cant make people learn customer service its an inborn natural gift . We can show and teach the importance some people arent cut out to be in customer service. Target employees same way. Either training is off or companies are just hiring bodies. Not a wise decision.

Every single time I mobile order from here I get there and wait. People who come in after me leave before me when I put in an order from 15 mins ago. Half the time they tell me they forget. Sometimes they say the ticket machine didnt print it (but prints out every other order after mine). And other times they say they sold out of an item but it is not updated in the app. So now my money is gone, my time is wasted, and Im late for work. Im done.

Waited 13 minutes for Mocha Frappuccino I was 1 of 2 customers in the store. when asked why it took so long the managers explanation was the orders that are ordered from customers on the app ( these customers are not even in the store) are being filled first.There were 4 staff members in the store, 2 in the back, the manager taking register orders ( remember only 2 of us customers in the store). 1 person making hot and cold beverages and she looked as though she was of high school age. I counted 11 app ordered beverages on the counter pickup area. When I left there was 6 additional. Customers just waiting to place their orders in the store and still only 3 customers came in to pickup the pre ordered beverages..This is unacceptable customer service. I truly hope this is not the way of the future for Starbucks and any company of this sort.

We were in the neighborhood and needed, coffee obviously. We got the the chai latte with a hint of vanilla. It was the perfect amount of vanilla. I hadnt tried the nitro coffee yet so they offered me a sample. It was delicious, kind of reminded me of a Guinness. The double shot of espresso I had him add only helped an already great product. The service was great, I asked a bunch of questions and they were on top of their game there. I recommend the nitro coffee with a dash of the sweet cream and however many shots of espresso you think you can handle. Or, in my case as many as my girlfriend will let me get.

I am basically addicted to Starbucks and always enjoy my experience. I live in Marlboro so this store I only stop in once in a blue. I had ordered a Iced tea, and Im on a very restricted diet without any sugars .. my usual Starbucks accidentally put sugar and didnt notice until I was already driving off. I headed to this location, to get a new one (since the bad one got me a free reward😉). I had met Rita at the register and explained what happened. When I went to scan my reward she said no way ! I was so happy, I mean its a small gesture that spoke volumes. I work in customer service and know what dealing with upset, angry, disrespectful customers. Rita is awesome, this location is full of positive energy with great people !! Thanks

One person waiting for their drink, 6 waiting to order, literally 5 girls behind the counter looking at each other. When the drinks (and food for some) were ready they said the drink (no names), put it down and walked away. I recommend you do the same.....Walk Away.

Its a Starbucks ...they didnt have a salted caramel hot chocolate tho...but thats not on them ... thats more a company thing. I was offered a Snickerdoodle HC that was quite delicious tho 😊

Its a Starbucks so expect crappy service and premium prices for coffee. Really, if youre running a coffee shop should you really make your clients wait for coffee as it brews because the Barrister wasnt watching the coffee pots.I never have that trouble at Wawa and the coffee is cheaper and taste just as good. Plus, the food is better at Wawa.As far as my opinion, Starbucks once a novelty, day of reckoning has come and the downward death spiral has begun.
