The most important reason for the score I selected is because of my cashier lady Miss Odalis. Her customer service excellence is outstanding she is extremely professional, respectful, experienced, efficient and patient. She went out of her way to help me I purchased a few items and 3 large pillows she saw that I was struggling and she helped me fit them into target bags. I would give her 20 stars but the highest is 5. I will be a forever customer with target.

I tried returning an ink cartridge because I accidentally brought the wrong one and threw out the packaging because I thought i got the right one and didn’t realize i had the wrong one until it was too late. I tried calling them to see if I could even do the return and got hung up twice and when i got there they didnt want to take it. Id be less upset if at least they answered their phone when i called but no one ever answers the phone. At least the cashier was kind enough to explain. But i shouldnt have to make a 20 minute trip just to get an answer to my question. Very disappointed

Fast, courteous service. Even when I forget to use the app that Im on my way I dont have to wait long.

This Target is not too big so its easy to shop. On the other hand, it doesnt have as many products as the bigger targets.When it gets too busy, the store gets a little disorganized. The staff is ok. There is room for improvement in that area, they dont look too friendly. Every time Ive been there it is always clean. Their operations hours are very convenient they close at 10pm most days.

Clean store, but very small. Inventory isn’t the greatest. There have been times when items are shown in stock online, but when I go to the store, they’re actually sold out. Other than that, it’s still a nice place to run in and get a few small things.

I remember when stop and shop was there in the place of target... but I like the fact that they have korean food kits... but they always only have one in stock lol... I like trying different things and this store has some interesting things... overall good but can have more food diverstiy..

It was surprisingly calm shopping here around 5pm mid week. No lines for the self checkout and the store was pretty well organized.

Customer service is horrible, I stood at self checkout for 10 minutes to get an item voided. The screen said to wait for assistance and the light was red, there was a worker right there who completely ignored it and was busy talking to one of his friends who came into the store. You can’t get help at all there. I will drive the 20 minutes and go to farmingdale target because they are amazing there and there is always something monitoring self check out and will help you right away. This target is very small too with not much of a selection of things. The employees(not all) sit around and talk and don’t even help the customers.

Very clean . But sometimes when you look online and they say it’s at the store you take a drive for nothing . But I do love these products

Poor Customer Service! I was at the check out line at around 5:20pm, and there were two cashiers. One left after she was done with her customer. The line was building and the the guy (with the big bun on his head) was like “I’m leaving in a minute, so you are going to have to wait.” I thought he was joking, however, he left without having anyone cover for him. We were all left standing there without a cashier. The lady at customer service had a line for returns and could not come to the register to help out. I had to ask the guy helping out at self check out and store pick up to call someone to help us. It was a really bad experience. Your team seriously needs some up training! I will be avoiding this Target (Freeport)!

A little small compared with other Target. But, it us still well organized, well stocked and neat.

When to target Starbucks. I love target part. Not the Starbucks. Got my drink wrong instead of light ice the girl puts no ice. Another girl redid my drink fine. But give me a straw that was half open. That I threw out the straw.

I arrived here at 1057 and the maps says closes at 11. The doors were closed early and a worker walked passed me and ran to get back in the store. Not fair. Facilities should be closed when the time says on maps and google maps. If not, noted when the doors close and stop operation. Very unfair and disappointing and theres clearly still people shopping. I feel it was unfair and people that work here rush to go home. Maybe find somewhere else to work. Not cool

I have to say that during this pandemic being able to drive up to target and have all my items put in the trunk for me without me getting out, is everything. Thank you to the young man that carried everything out and placed it nicely in my trunk. The app is easy to use and instead of waiting a week for delivery this was a great option.

This Target is on the smaller side compared to others but they have a decent selection of items and the store is very neat and clean. The bathroom is also very clean. There is also a Starbucks on site if you feel like a cup of coffee. My only negative comment is they should supply a antibacterial wipe station at the entrance to wipe the cart handles. With all the viruses circulating, this would be a smart move to incorporate.

Be aware that Google Maps has the incorrect address. This location is more East and its located next to Bobs Furniture and across from Marshalls.

Love this location very convenient 95% of the time I can always find what I need with the exception of Scotts or Bounty toilet paper & Paper Towels.🤷🏾

Curbside pick up at the Freeport location has been a godsend with a parent who is at high risk during this pandemic. The associates worked efficiently and were very helpful.With the app you didn’t even have to wait,some of the times they were waiting for you to drive up,recommend highly!

Like many others have started, the service level at this location are subpar. The associates at this location are unnecessarily rude and management is complicit. One associate in particular named Jada should not be assigned to attend customer service as she does not know the meaning of the word . I will see to it that this location is audited by district and regional management. Pathetic!

It was really fast no wait at all!

I went to today to return an item and i’m unsatisfied with how i was attended. me and dad asked a tall, blonde, employee that had glasses on for help to return the item and all she said was “that’s nice” and walked away. I didn’t get her name because her name tag was covered.

I love the full size Targets - but they need to reassess how they manage these downsized stores. Their inventory is limited due to the size of the store so they run out of standard items quickly - and then the restocking of shelves is poor. Either that or they simply dont order enough - but whatever the reason I never am able to find everything I want due to empty shelves. I use this store only as a last resort!

More like a Target Express or Mini Target which is good for people who dont have energy or ability to traverse the regular size Target. Decent enough selection although not as extensive as normal. Even has a Starbucks. Staff is very helpful.

They are always out of items Halloween time,no candy Christmas time no Christmas things point is they never have anything school supply shopping and always out if everything if u know its gonna sell keep an ample supply like everywhere else

They always have the Marvel Legends figures I have and everybody is nice with no problems when I go there.

The employees in the Starbucks section don’tknow really know how to make drinks. Better off going to regular Starbucks. If you are a barista then you should know how to make the drinks.

Nice store on the inside, but compared to most other targets, this one is very small. They hold maybe half the amount of stock than at other targets. Good for a quick stop but they dont have everything.

I felt uncomfortable, intimidated and threatened by the three security guards that were placed at the beginning, the middle and the end of the self-check area. I have been to many Targets store and I have never seen such deliberate intimidation. I felt like I was committing a crime by using the self check out. I will definitely not recommend Target as a place to shop. WHY DID TARGET OPEN A STORE WITH SELF CHECK OUT IF THEY ARE GOING TO INTIMIDATE THEIR CUSTOMER. I was there today for quick shopping and after I finish shopping it was closing time for the store. i ask the cashiers if i can use the restroom. she ask the other person that if it was ok and they both said yes. but on my way to restroom a women that said she was the manager told me that i couldn’t use it, because they closed and i ask if please because it was an emergency. she didn’t care and she had an attitude. very mean women. i live in freeport and i promise my daughter never to go back to that target. i am a costumer and i thought the costumers come first. i am very upset. i didn’t take her name because i ran to get near a place to use the bathroom.

This review is actually about Target online. Target actually fulfilled an order placed with Google Express.Firstly, a shipping time of 6 days from Indianapolis to New York is ridiculous. Target has obviously not invested in any meaningful internet based order processing system.Secondly, I ordered 8 cans of Cincinnati Chili, a personal favorite, as my first test order. The cans were thrown into a large box with a token amount of uninflated plastic packing balloons. Needless to say, four of the eight cans were damaged in transit.I have never encountered such careless handling of product in my entire life. I can only presume that this order is an indication of their overall sloppy operation. I will not be back.Google Express was fantastic and issued a credit to be applied to a future order.

Not impressed!!! I walked in looking for an anniversary present and directed myself to the electronics section. There were three girls there just standing around talking. I walked around a few times hoping that one of them would ask if I needed help, (mind you Im shy when it comes to asking for help). Nothing! So I went up to them and said that I needed help they stared at me and one walked to me, she seemed bothered. I told her what I wanted she took it out and when I asked questions about the product she was of no help! Mind you the whole time she did not stop texting. Ive worked in retail before and I know that that is not acceptable!! All she said was that if I wanted it I had to pay there. I took a look and gave the product back to her and left. I love target but the customer service there was horrible!

Every single time I come here it’s always a nice and pleasant experience! They usually have what I need and looking for! My toddler loves coming here and whenever he comes with me the most nicest store employee named Michael always greets him and I! Michael is the nicest employee I’ve ever encountered in any Target! This Target is lucky to have him! Thank you for always being nice to my kid! And for that I will always shop at this Freeport Target! I also wanted to shout out Winston and Rafeh! Winston is a dream and he treats all the customers with kindness and Rafeh is an awesome manager he really takes care of the customers! I love this store! 💙

Today I went over to target, my mom needed some simple things for around the house. Clorox, catfood, garbage bags and such... I went about my business and collected what she needed. I chose to use self check out as I personally find it easier, upon arriving I noticed a security guard. The first security guard began to walk back and forth up the isle whistling. Still going over my head a different security guard approached and did the same. By the time I completed my transaction I was surrounded by 5-7 security guards hovering in the area. Uncomfortable doesn’t even begin to describe the feeling. I quickly finished my transaction and left. Afterward calling my Dad and explaining what I had just experienced. In what world does someone looking to steal from a store take the time to individually scan cans of cat food. Needless to say that was my last visit to the Freeport Target, I’ll take the trip to Westbury.

Today my second visit to this store since they opened. Very small and few selections. Horrible service! I found a nice comforter marked as $19.99 and the lady in charge in the express check out didnt honor the price and said that somebody just put the tag on the item and that its not the real price. I told her that there are more comforters back there same kind and marked with the same price (so she can check what i was talking about) she didnt bother and didnt honor the price. Not even a one star rating will do. Customer service is poor.I love shopping to Target but not this one. Vowed to not shop here ever!I went to Target in Westbury later during the day and happily found the same comforter with exactly the same price that i was denied at Target Freeport what a shame.

Like the fact that this Target is smaller than the others. I really enjoy the Westbury location obviously its their flag ship location but this location has its perks. It has all the essentials. You can be in and out within minutes. Kept Starbucks alive by putting one up front. Smart move. Should have a little bigger auto motive selection . Just having a 4 foot end cap isnt muchUnless I missed asile. I would go to check it out if your in the area . I also hear that Target is looking to open more of this size door. Been to this target 3 times already and never has what Im looking for. I asked where the alarm clocks were and they told me the section and no clocks around. I was looking for a dish drying rack and they only had the mats. I rather drive all the way to Hicksville to get the things I need.

The store was clean. I think their prices are just a bit too high. Im a comparison shopper and unless I was buying sale items, would shop elsewhere. The only reason I went there was to get a new Yoplait yogurt I havent found elsewhere. They did have it, but only 3 of the 5 flavors. Plus, there was ONE cash register open on a Friday evening. ONE.

Not a bad place to shop. This store is a bit smaller than other stores I have visited, however, the atmosphere and experience is the same as other stores.

The product I picked up is expired 2018!!! And the website is not allowing a return because it is a smoking cessation product ! Never again will I utilize target . Trying to quit smoking is tough enough without dumping money on expired products !

Only been there twice. First time was not bad but the second time the cashier did not want to help me. She had a really bad attitude and was sucking her teeth a lot In front of me. She actually left the register to help other customers because my card was not reading properly and did not even want to help me. Then when you call to talk to a manager they dont put you through a manager. Operator tries to solve your problem but trips over their words and doesnt really want to resolve anything. Ive been a red card member since 97 and I never had this experience before.

This is a tinier than usual Target but the selection is nice and I also think the workers here are nicer than the ones in Westbury. There is also a smaller crowd and tidier aisles than Westbury, which I almost actively avoid.
