I had a couch and loveseat delivered to my apt. in NYC. I visited theFreeport showroom several times and the salesmen were very help-ful and courteous. I primarily interacted with the manager Sharonewho was helpful from start to finish. The deliverymen were unableto fit the couch in the elevator, but they carried it up 5 flights of stairs.I recommend NY Furniture Direct without reservation.

I bought a living room set from here and my experience was great until the furniture arrived.I told the salesman that I wanted only new furniture.He said it will be brand new,but when it arrived it was the exact sofa set that was out on the sale floor.The reason I knew was because a mark that I remembered on it.Went back to the store to find out the sofa set was missing on the sale floor.Talked to the salesman and he said they had no choice.Very very disappointed and would never shop this store again!
