Nick and Tom are the best delivery team in the Midwest. Highly recommend the delivery team on your delivery. Very productive perfectionist at there craft. Amazing and you can tell they have an overload of experience. Furniture pad wrapped like a 🎁. Freeport store has the best delivery service hands down.

I had been thinking about adding a love seat, with recliners. So I stopped by the Freeport Store and they had just what I wanted on display. Then I saw Adam, the owner (I first met Adam about 2.5 years ago). We settled on a price and I placed my order. The only drawback is the lead time - delivery is projected between 12 and 14 weeks. But, since all of the furniture I have is from Slumberland and the fact I am treated so well in the store that I could care less. It’s not the fault of the store. It’s the supply chain that has taken a beating because of the virus. Thanks Adam and your Associate!

I had a time limit to when I could have a sofa delivered. I’ve had multiple conversations with a salesperson via text and phone and she’s been extremely helpful in arranging the sofa getting delivered to my mother within the time frame I needed it. I went to the store in Freeport, IL in search of a bed for a student at my school who did not have one. They donated a bed at cost - full size bed- mattress and box spring for $140. They gave me the frame to put it on and offered free delivery too. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I love this store! I was looking for dining chairs to match my Kona bench and found exactly what I wanted. There is no pressure to buy, just helpful salespeople. The value for the price I paid was excellent. I would highly recommend shopping here for anyone looking to buy new furniture.

Price is very gimmicky highly inflated regular prices and then they advertise huge discounts. If you find something that is a good price just double check it with some competitors cuz it might not be a good price. For example an 8x10 rug regular price there is $400 and they will sell it for $250 but you can go to Menards and pick one up for 150. they just want you to see these half off prices and think youre getting a deal but the actual selling price is better on some items. The other issue is theyre on backorder for a lot of things not their fault per se but annoying to have a 12-week lead time for a chair.

Last month I purchased a couch for my boys. They just got their 1st apartment. Everything went great! About 2 weeks ago I purchased a really nice bed frame. $500 on clearance! The guys come set it up and do a great job. Two days later I notice a HUGE crack on the side of the headboard and you can see that it’s been glued back together. I call let them know what I see. The lady tells me she’ll call back to let me know if they can replace the headboard otherwise they’ll just have to pick it up. No apology for selling me damaged goods. Two days later and NOTHING. It’s beyond disappointing to make a $500 purchase for something that’s been damaged and not to get a call back with some type of follow up. My intentions were to purchase a bedroom set for my daughter but who’s to say something won’t be damaged with that. I’m not one to leave poor reviews but I’m so upset with my purchase and the lack of customer service.

Excellent service. Found an electric chair that fits granny fine on sale. I came in with alot if question marks above my head and I got them answered. 499 aint bad for that fancy power dump em out type. Granny loves it and I got my freedom back not plucking her up and out every 5 minutes.

I went in to check the status of a purchase I made online. Due to issues with the vendor, my order was delayed. I’m glad I stopped in because I would not have liked the chair I purchased. Instead, the salesman showed me better Lazy Boy options and I ended up with a whole new living room set! I was very happy with my service and the people at the store.

Came in hoping for a new bed for our daughter and after seeing options available, we purchased the bed WE had originally hoped for, at an extremely great price, and will be giving our daughter our practically new bed. Also found a beautiful headboard set that ties our room’s white trim with the expression colored side tables and furniture. Win win!!

Went in to find a.chair for my salon. I was greeted right away, was asked if I needed any help. I told them what I was looking for and they directed me to the area where I would find the item. Then I was told to let them know if I need any further assistance. This was greatly appreciated because for me there is nothing worse then being followed around like a culture stalking its prey. When I needed assistance i was helped with my item and was not pressured for anything further.

Bought a floor model bed, two pillows, and a picture. Prices were good for what I bought. Accidentally got the plush instead of the pillow top- easy exchange. Claudia helped me- I would suggest speaking with her.

My fiance and I ordered a bed and box spring and paid the entire amount the same day. We were told that it would be ordered on Monday and would come in the following Monday. We told them that we would come and pick it up and if it came in early to please call us so we could come get it earlier and they agreed. When our Monday came my fiance came to pick up the bed where he waited for an hour and then had to go back into the warehouse to find out that our bed was delivered to someone else that previous Saturday. So not only was someone else sleeping on our bed but they did not follow through with calling us to inform us that our bed had arrived. We were then told they would have to order another bed to be made for us. We were dissatisfied and requested our money back. The lady at the desk came up with an alternative plan where we could use their floor model while waiting for our bed to arrive. We were told that our bed would arrive on Thursday the same week that we had this issue. We agreed and they delivered their floor model the same day. It is now Thursday and I called to see when the bed would arrive so I could have it stripped and everything out of the way for the movers. I was informed that not only the bed was not shipped yet but they hadnt even ordered it. I asked why it had not been ordered when we were told it would be and was told that they dont order until Sunday and it would take a week for them to make it and ship it. It seems to me that none of these people are on the same page with the policies and procedures. I am extremely dissatisfied and once we finally get our bed will more than likely not shop at this store again!
