Romeo marine was very helpful every step of the way and all the guys working in the yard were helpful I had questions they answered them and gave advice on things I was doing myself. When it came time to put the boat in I asked when; romeo said how boat tomorrow morning?? On time and as promised these guysbwork hard here and care about the customers. Day of my launch romeo didnt like the way the engine was running so he jumped on the boat and took it for a ride with me and figured out the problem. Great customer service all around it was my first year there and I will be back for years to come Claudia in the office was helpful to me always explaining my yard bill and helping me break it downs I understood what I was paying for. All in all nice people reasonable prices and very helpful 👍

In the peak of the Boating season (end of March / beg of April) when all other marine service personal / mechanics were too busy scrambling to have boats in the water by Memorial Day, Romeo took the time out to haul / repair / launch my boat with the fastest turn around I have ever experienced from any boat yard. Specifically, I placed a call to Claudia on Wednesday afternoon, Romeo picked up / hauled my boat on Saturday and repaired / launched the Boat the following Monday.After having broken a spark plug off in the engine with extremely limited work space / plug access, they were able to extract the entire broken plug (wholly) without any debris entering the engine.
