For an outlet there was no deals/discounts. Store was huge. Its like walking in their catalog. If you were looking for something specific or special definitely your store. Prices were none the cheaper just normal overpriced stuff.

A more intimate L L Bean experience. Small store with deep discounts.

Large store with quite a bit packed in. Prices are reduced on a wide selection of clothing and apparel. Store is clean and well organized. My only disappointment (for this bag-nerd) was the small selection of bags and gear. Overall great store.

Your experience here will really depend on how busy the place is when you go. Lately when Ive been its been a madhouse, and its not nearly as well organized or as neat and appealing as the main store is. You can get some goods at a decent discount, but Id rather just buy new at the flagship store across the street.

LL Bean is great overall but their outlet is even better.I go around once or twice a year and every time I go I walk out with something. Most of my work clothes come from here. Great selection of shoes. Got some returned dress pants for almost free and some nice swim shirts. LL Bean quality at a deeply discounted price. They also have other brands outside of LL.Customer service is also solid. Been going for decades and will continue to.

It was a beautiful day so me and my sister went to Freeport shopping .Had a wonderful time shopping at L.L.Bean . Got what I was looking for .

Best to visit when they are having 40-50% off sales. Always check the sale racks at the flagship too because sometimes the deals are better there.

Other than LLBean, most of the shops didnt seem outlet like prices. Had better luck in CT outlets.

It was better years ago, but sometimes you can get good buys on good quality merchandise. Then go eat at Harraseeket Lobster Pound in South Freeport.

Ive been here several times in the customer service has always been amazing. The sales and deals tend to range between 20 and 50% and the selection changes every time.

Ive been shopping here for decades and love the quality. Purchased jacket and boots on this visit, but Ive also purchased home goods, furniture, and bedding, as well as clothing for the family and outdoor supplies.If youre in Freeport in the summer, check out LL Beans Summer Concert Series. Free, outdoor concerts with a variety of quality performers and bands, just bring your own chairs earlier in the day to reserve your spot.

The LL Bean flagship store is super fun. It is a beautiful campus to walk around and even with Covid-19 restriction is able to host outdoor lesson & activities like socially distant yoga outside. The store it self is really nice and doesnt feel like a regular department store with all the would and features that have been designed to mimic nature or natural features.

Great outlet with one of a kind items that will save you a bundle off regular retail. High quality apparel and other items that you come to expect from L. L. BeanI bought a convertible jacket whose liner is another jacket itself!! The fleece inner liner serves as a light covering for days that need just a something on. Zip on the outer shell and you have a warm and comfortable water shedding jacket that will take you through most New England Winters. A steal at $90!!!I have been to the L. L. Bean outlet many times. I always find something I need and sometimes I even find things I didnt know I needed. When youre in the Freeport area, stop by and take a look at the always changing selections. You wont be disappointed!!

LL Bean the must stop in FREEPORT. You have to visit the main store. Dont just go to the outlet. The customer service at either us Incredible. If Beans does t have it you dont t need it

As always a great experience. A sales clerk saw that I had a lot in my arms and offered to take my things up to the register to wait for me while I continued to shop.

We frequent the factory store once every few months and travel 2 hours to do so. Tim in customer service was the absolute best. Gave us tips on how to better our LL Bean experience from buying tips to future returns on defective products. Whatever theyre paying him isnt enough for how great of a job he did in helping us. It made the experience in the factory store that much better due to his Assistence.

I guess the definition of outlet has changed over the years! Items I held off from ordering online in hopes of a deal here, didnt happen for me. Yes there were items at great discount, but many other items were the same and others more than I saw online. Guess its just not for me.

The outlet store has great prices and a good selection. The shoes selection for men was a little small, but everything else was decent. They had a bunch of employees around to answer questions and help people out. It was a fun time and a pleasant experience.

Unlike many outlet locations, the quality doesnt suffer here, its still the same good ll Bean quality. We live very far away, so coming here is a treat for us! The only reason its not 5 stars is the prices. With the change in return policy, I am of the opinion they can lower their prices. I could be wrong but that is my opinion. But their customer service is over the top! The quality of their items are top-notch as well.

Plenty of staff to answer any questions but as usual prices are pretty high. Got a pretty slick camp stove. The girl was nice and gave me a 15% discount.

This is the place for THE best quality outdoor gear in the world and more! If you like outdoor activities you will find what you need here or it does not exist. They are open 24/7 365 days a year and if you want something to do at 3AM on a Friday night heres a really neat place to shop for chocolate covered blueberries, snowshoes and a whole lot more..

No denying the quality but their prices have gotten out of control. Even returns and seconds are outrageous. LL Bean has built their reputation providing excellent clothing for regular folks but have become too exclusive for their own (and our) good.

Bean makes great gear, and offers great customer service. Their prices are always fair if a little on the high side, but this flagship store offers tremendous variety for anyone interested in the outdoors. However, I do you find it odd that the flagship store, in its hometown, does not carry much at all in the way of any special size items, such as wide shoes or tall garments. While there are a small handful of such items, and the stock varies pretty wildly week to week, it is consistently poorly stopped and I am constantly referred to customer service or the website - again, in the flagship store. During a recent trip their outlet ended up having more wide options than the main store. I would love to give it five stars but this baffling exclusion prevents that fifth star.

Giant LL Bean store with crazy deals! Some of the items are advertised as returns (monogrammed) or irregular, but everything looks new and in good condition. There are many many great deals, you just need time and energy to look around.Free parking lot, friendly energetic staff, and great deals!

Head here before you go to the LL Bean flagship store - youll be surprised at the breadth of the selection. There may be only one of an item, or there may be a hundred.The pricing is definitely lower than the main store plus you can still apply any promotional discounts that LL Bean has now famously been running after so many years of avoiding that sales strategy.

This is a great outlet store. They usually have some really good deals on their products. I bought a pair of Bean Boots for 60% off. They have a decent selection for men, women and kids clothes and its not too far from their main store if you cant find what you are looking for. I wish they would have more hunting/fishing stuff though.

If you love LL Beans goods in their catalogue and online website - and you are in the area - then visiting both the main store and this outlet are well worth it. When I am in the area I find some great deals here on outdoor shoes and clothing. I usually make time to go both to the flagship store - which I love - and the outlet -

I love L.L. Bean, and Ive been a proud L.L. customer since I was a kid (grew up in Maine. I even remember their original building!). I love their merchandise, their staff and their customer service. Just visiting the Flagship store in Freeport is an experience in itself, and I really love to Christmas shop there.

I always enjoy going to the outlet store in Freeport. Easy parking during the week under the shopping plaza.

LL Bean is the reason Freeport exists. So if you love their products, you will love coming here. They have about 5 huge stores, and the bonus is free parking and the downtown of Freeport Village is charming. We had a nice day walking around and browsing through the boutique shops. Just dont expect good prices - its still LLBean.

Although an outlet store, the prices/discounts aren’t that great. Great quality clothes. Great shoes and boots. But be willing to pay for such great items.

I like Beans. As a construction worker, when I want work clothes I go for Carhartt. But I rely on Beans for the good quality non-work clothes as well as camping, fishing, boating. I just think they should cut back down to just the Freeport store and catalog sales - stop trying to expand your market in a Walmart world

Im a very picky customer about good quality, I must say Im more then pleased with L.L.Bean, to products to organization of the store/inventory to customer service. Its great, I have boots and slippers for four years now just starting to wear and tear. My slippery I wear basically everyday, starting to loose fur and what not. Traded them in for a new pair no questions asked. I couldnt believe it, just like that. And my boots well the bottoms were starting to wear out which is understandable, not going to last a lifetime and water started to leak through but I was in love with them and theyre so comfortable and broken in but no good to keep if my feet were getting wet, they reused the top part of the boot, replaced the bottom brand new. Great, and unexpectedly got new soles and laces. I hands down couldnt be anymore thankful. I definitely look forward to making more purchases with a place like this. Have you have slippers or boots last four years and JUST starting to wear out? Probably not. I highly recommend them, in fact I told an older coworker in the shop how comfortable they are and durable, he picked him self up a pair. No more words needed. Again, I very much appreciate this.

Pretty ordinary, uninspiring clothing for the most part. Dull colors, no sex appeal or real charm. Quality is just a notch or two above Renys, our local bargain stores. Other departments offer good, dependable outdoor equipment at ptemium prices, but Beans does stand behind everything they sell, and the staff is top notch too.

The outlet is always a lot of fun! I look for bags with my initials even though I dont need one. Hahaha. Everyone working was very helpful. At 7 on a Friday the outlet was the only store open in Freeport Crossing! Lots of empty buildings on Main Street!
