Is the telephone broken here or is it just standard procedure not to answer it???????Very misleading signs in thisstore. They have a whole lot 50% off racks. I found a childs outfit from this rack but it did not ring up as 50% off at the register. They tried to tell me that customers move items sometimes but there were about 5 of these same outfits on that same 50% off rack. Its a shame that I had to convince the manager to honor their sign and give me the discount. Reluctantly, she gave it to me.

Nice place to get things, and quick to shop and get out quickly. People are very friendly and helpful to get what you need. And the price are far also. I shop there all the time when I need something.

How can I say it... sorted but a little messy, like their sister store chain Dollar Tree. But then again, prices are rock bottom. You get what you see.

Store is a mess and always check ur receiptI bought 5 items wich 2 of them had the wrong price!!Manager went with me to check and got mad with me!! Like is my fault they cant even put the right prices in the system!!

I love family dollar, this location is great besides the fact that there is only one worker each shift. But it has a great amount of variety!

This store freeport family dollar is in a good location but the service suck you dont get a good morning or a hello when you enter the building .they do not have the right size bags for they customer. they need to have a floor manager on site at all time.

Their prices were too high for what they sell. But a fun time to go late at night.

Hi! I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful, knowledgable and curious the staff was! Not only did Taeaha recommend cute holiday containers for me, the manager showed me what gift bags theyd fit in and a gentleman went and found me an ice brush scraper! All in English too! Prices are terrific! Yay Freeport! Love to see customer service is still around!!

Worst family dollar ever it’s super ghetto the manager wouldn’t do anything about a gift card I purchased there after it literally didn’t work with nothing anywhere it’s the most horrible service ever don’t recommend this place to no one

The Freeport store is large, with ample parking, & is well laid out with wide isles.The selection of items is endless, the quality is good, & the staff is helpful & courteous.

Store small and crowded but staff is helpful .

It was a mess, it was crowded and they only had two cashiers. One of the cashiers were on her phone.
