Ive been shopping at Aldi for about 10 years. The selection is always good especially the produce. Their meats are priced right. The employees have always been most helpful. I will continue to shop there.

Despite the store being extremely busy, people are still working to stay away from each other and wearing masks. The cashiers are super friendly, one of them even let a girl who was holding one item skip the line (lets face it, weve all been stuck in those long lines for 20 minutes holding a gallon of milk), and it was such a refreshing scene. Human kindness at its best!

1 register open and literally 20+ people waiting in line. The line extended from the registers to the back wall and took almost 15 minutes to checkout.

Good store. Remarkably clean for how busy it is. I have never been in there when it wasnt busy. Considering the size of the store there is a good selection of fruit and veg. Good meat. Organic dairy products. Good cookies and bread. Great place for baking goods and nuts. I shop there weekly. Friendly staff who work the lines remarkably fast. Bring your own bags, you can buy them there as well.

NOT WORTH THE RISK...AVOID!!! Cheap is great but they have profits ahead of customer safety. My wifes care was Severally Keyed right out front, the stores dont even have security cameras. She went in to complain and they couldnt tell her anything. AVOID!@

Love to poke around and browse. Madly disorganized and a little bit of this and a little bit of that. If you see something that interests you, youd be well advised to snap it up because, chances are, it wont be there the next time you go. Except for produce ( which their selection is generally pretty good ) dont even try using a shopping list.

Best grocery store ever. Great selection and always high quality. They offer a big selection of fresh and organic products. They even have some home items available like kitchen supplies and bedding at a reasonable price. You will have to bring a quarter to deposit for a cart and bring your own bags or you can purchase some from them for cheap. You will also bag your own items but thats a small price to pay to keep their prices down. My family has been going to Aldi since I was a kid and I can honestly say that they upped their game since then.

I am very fond of Aldi. Dont think thats gonna change. But its different now. I miss the presence of the person who used to run it. Dont know her name, but shed been there for years. You got to know who she was because, often enough, shed be helping with everyday tasks.. running a register or out on the floor stocking and assisting customers. She impressed me. Partly her work ethic, but also because the place used to run on a pin. Neat, efficient and well-stocked. Affordable. The new management seems to be slowly heading in that direction.

I really like that ALDI has some gluten free options. As a person living in a small town with very little g free options, it would really help if ALDI got more g free options like bread and more freezer stuff. Otherwise, very helpful with their very low prices!

We shop here all the time for basic staples and to try something different. They have good prices and good quality items. They also have household items, self care items, baby items, sometimes clothing and toys and holiday items. I enjoy this store a lot and they have awesome produce for a great price. I love going in and also having that what will I find feeling. You need a quarter for a cart, which I like and protects our cars from getting hit by them. You have to bring or buy bags, which isnt that bad and is a way to go green. You have to pack up your own goods, which help keep prices low... In addition to the other components above.

Prices are good if you dont mind a horribly designed entryway and parking lot, and its usually crowded which makes it even more difficult to maneuver, not only that the lines are long so be prepared to wait, if they decide to bring someone else out to open a lane be prepared to play a passive aggressive game of bumper carts to get over there. I hate shopping there but for some unknown masochistic reason I keep telling myself the prices are worth it.

You cant beat the prices at Aldis. The quality of their products is excellent, the checkers at our local store are fast and friendly. Shopping there beats playing bumper tag at the aisle ends at our local Wally World.

This store has the some of the best prices around on a good selection of food items. They also sell some household and seasonal items. Public bathrooms, floors, and shelves are clean. Produce is mostly fresh. Nice selection of fresh dairy, baked goods, canned, and frozen items. Cashiers are friendly and efficient. Some international and health foods are available. A great choice for saving about 30%-50% of what other stores charge.

I love an opportunity to save money ! Its amazing how much farther your money goes here. My wife and I have shopped here for many years. You get top quality for a great price. I wonder sometimes how some of those overpriced chain stores even stay in business. I guess its true, a fool and his money are soon parted....

Freeport, IL location is just horrible. Bad customer service. Cashiers are unhappy and rude to customers. Never have this issue at any of the locations in the Rockford area. Such a shame that I can’t shop at a store because of the cashiers. Maybe they should get self check out like other stores. Really starting to understand the appeal after today.

Aldis in Freeport Illinois is clean the staff is friendly and helpful in finding items. The produce department is excellent giving good fruit and fresh vegetables in a wide variety of stuff. Their prices are much better than other places. Their meat department is good the quality is good. You can get in and out in a relatively short time.

They are my go to for grocery shopping! They have best prices, food is excellent. Love the seasonal foods they bring in. Love some of the staff....the girls are great especially Jess!

Aldi provides high-quality groceries at an affordable price! It is usually busy but it is always clean. Ive been here dozens of times and never had a bad shopping experience.

Very nice, newly renovated, store. They always have low prices and quality is great(I know some of suppliers). Seasonal bargans are what they are so evaluate for yourself.

Aldi is getting a lot more upscale and diverse with their products while keeping the low prices theyve always been known for. I especially like that theyve hired more staff to keep their lines down. I like that you see more and more name brand products creeping into their lineup of already good products. I hope they expand their product lines just a bit more, as currently a trip to Wal-Mart or traditional grocery is required for some items. All in all, a great place to shop, with only minor tweaks necessary to make this chain of stores an excellent shopping experience.

One of the least expensive places to buy groceries in Freeport.Theyve recently remodeled their store to help save us even more money. Entrance at stop light is a little difficult to navigate.
