Completely unprofessional.We came to there store to purchased a appliances,everything was fine we signed paper works due the financing approved our loan.And they told us they gonna deliver the appliances in a week due to non having stocked at the store.In a week we are waiting to delivery No call No show!We called them 20 times finally they answered and told us they gonna deliver it on the next day and they also have the tracking no# for delivery .we expected the next day for the delivery the whole day and again No call No show.we called them again for 40 times no answered our call,and it goes straight to voice mail.we called financing due to in a couple of days we started our 1st payment already.i spoke one of the representative and I explained to them the situation,so representative called the store many time no one answered and straight to voice mail.so they told me there gonna call them back again.In the afternoon representative called me back and told me that my appliances was cancelled,he asked me if I cancelled it?I said no!I called again the store no one answered so I leaved a message to them and asked for my refund.In about 10 mins the lady called me and told me that my appliances was cancelled due to out of stock.Okay!so I asked for my refund, she told me that shes gonna mailed it to me that day.so I was expected and waiting for my refund that it mailed to me in a couple of days.finally got my refund.

THE. BEST. SERVICE. I needed a fridge delivered the same day - a Saturday. Chris was nothing short of amazing!! He stopped at nothing to make sure our fridge was delivered on time and installed without a scratch (even when I wanted to just take the easy path which would have scratched it). HE EVEN FIXED MY FRONT DOOR!!!! And dont forget, all of this on a Saturday evening!! We will DEFINITELY be purchasing from Home Royalty again soon!!

This place is awesome to get appliances. Just brought a refrigerator right before closing and they were generous enough to do same day delivery. I recommend anyone who’s looking for easy approval and great customer service. I will return to get other items.

After browsing through many alternatives I decided to try a local business I hadnt heard of before as they promised better prices and much faster service. All those promises were fulfilled and more. They went out of their way and delivered even sooner than originally promised, plus helped with installation and took away my old microwave! I would recommend this company very highly.

They sold me a crosley refrigerator, when I thought I was getting a LG, the fridge shows up for delivery, and it looks like it was tossed around, when the protective covering was removed the fridge was dented all over the place, and appeared to be cheap thin steel. Better off going to lowes

They wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what Id envisioned owning, as we moved in to our new house. They delivered /installed for FREE. They even uninstalled the dud AND hauled it back to where I bought it.......ALL FOR FREE. In January of 2016 I bought a Samsung refridgerator, stove, washer, and dryer. The actual purchasing process was easy and quick. Even though they were out of stock of 3 of the items, I bought them knowing it could be up to two weeks. It actually ended up being nearly a month due to the shipping companys problems. Home Royalty definitely made up for the issues and stepped up to the plate, making us customers for all our appliance needs. I am now writing this review so late for a few reasons, one to say the company is a standup honest company with quality products and two because I just made another purchase, that was of an item they dont normally deliver, but did due to my vehicle not being capable of transporting the production without voiding warranty and because I have issues with one arm not allowing me to lift it.So overall: I gave them a five star review for being honest and having integrity in the customer service they provide with their great products.

Bad they trick you I bought a tv from them on face book page they send a nice picture of 8series Samsung and when they delivery bring me a 6series this its not a good place to buy its better to get it for a real store.

Completely unprofessional and ill-prepared.I purchased my 60 Samsung Smart TV and sound bar 3 months ago and had no idea they sell open box merchandise. The first TV had power supply issues and would not even turn on. Chris, the owner, came to my home an hour late from our scheduled appt, without the proper tools to replace the TV. I was given another 60 as a temporary replacement and the former was taken for repair. After hearing nothing regarding my purchased TV for approx 2 months, and the same issue happening again with the replacement, I called a second time. I was informed my TV had been sold and the replacement was mine to keep. I informed Chris the same issue had once again arisen, and was informed I would not be given any TV as a replacement. After changing his mind, he gave me a 32 as temporary replacement and took the 60. After keeping for two weeks and discovering another power supply issue, he returned the TV. Upon returning the TV and hour late from the scheduled appt, he realized he did not have the proper screws and left. When he came back he still did not have the proper screws. After discovering the screws, he realized he did not bring the power cord. After leaving his very respectful employee in my home for approx 30 min, he returned and allowed the employee to install. During the install and adjustments, I made various video recordings I will also post VIA YouTube. There was dirt and fingerprints on my TV screen, which is no major issue. However, as the TV was turned on I discovered bruising to my TV screen under two of the fingerprints. I called Chris and was given the run around immediately. He told me the technician and himself would be at my home the following Monday. After a no call no show, I called and was told he could not make it.Plans were made for Tuesday the next day, with no show as a result.Plans were made for Wednesday, no show due to weather conditions.Ive had to miss 3 days of work time, and was told today nothing would be done to resolve my issue.Please save yourself the headache, do not do business with this fraudulent and unreputable non BBB affiliated company.

My wife and i. Have came here 3 times at the time is supposed to be open and never there. Called to see wassup and no answer. This is garbage service. And they waste ppls time. Never come here period.
